Снятая в 1943-ем году в Ташкенте, где жили и работали в эвакуации многие советские кинематографисты, лента о фронтовой дружбе стала культовой и это неудивительно. Все сошлось. Сценарий написал Евгений Габрилович, главные роли исполнили звезды советского кино, Марк Бернес и Борис Андреев. А композитор Никита Богословский написал «Темную ночь» и «Шаланды, полные кефали» на стихи Владимира Агатова, песни, которые мы поем уже больше 80-ти лет. #ДваБойца#ТемнаяНочь #ДеньНеизвестногоСолдата #ДомРусскийДом

Today, Russia celebrates the Day of Heroes of the Fatherland. The holiday traces its history back to St. George's Cavaliers Day, which was celebrated at that time in the Russian Empire before the Revolution in 1917. In 1769, the Russian Empress Catherine II the Great established the Imperial Military Order of St. George the Great Martyr and Victorious, the highest military award of the Empire.
And since 2007, on this day we have been honoring not only heroes of the past, but also living Heroes of the Soviet Union, Heroes of the Russian Federation, knights of the Order of St. George and the Order of Glory.
