βͺοΈThe CRJ PSA flight plane's black boxes were recovered. The Flight Data Recorder is intact, data is being recovered;
βͺοΈThe CRJ PSA Cockpit Voice Recorder had water in it it, but NTSB is confident data can be recovered;
βͺοΈThe Sikorsky helicopter's flight data recorder/cockpit voice recorder is one box, which has been recovered. NTSB is confident data can be recovered.

Now, the only way for the Western part of Canada to get oil to the Eastern part of Canada is to send it through America.
In addition, Canada is more depending economically on being able to export oil to the US, than the US is on importing oil from Canada. As the video explains, Canada cannot refine that type of raw oil, and sells it to the US at a discount which can refine it.
