#Instructions

The President has approved instructions on the development of healthcare

🔹The Russian Government is to present proposals on involving the National Medical Chamber in developing public healthcare standards and regulations.

🔹The Russian Healthcare Ministry has been instructed to involve the National Research Institute for Emergency Children's Surgery and Traumatology in coordinating provision of medical help to children injured in military conflicts, terrorist attacks and emergencies.

🔹The Russian People's Front (public organization) has been recommended to present annual reports on monitoring healthcare services.

#Instructions

🔹Approve the Strategy for the Sustainable Development of the Azov Sea Region to 2040.
🔹Extend the National Technological Initiative.
🔹Oversee the implementation of a social capital standard for business.

#Instructions

Vladimir Putin signed a list of instructions concerning the development of youth sports

The measures approved by the President included:

🔸establishing a non-profit organisation in the form of a foundation, aimed at supporting youth and popular sports;

🔸further improving the Physical Culture and Sports Unified Digital Platform;

🔸adjusting the federal athletic performance standards;

🔸applying funds paid by betting companies as special purpose deductions for making youth sports more accessible, in particular for children from low-income families.

The President approved a list of instructions following the 27th St Petersburg International Economic Forum

The measures included:

🔸establishing special mortgage terms for families with children as part of the preferential mortgage programme;

🔸ensuring that amendments are introduced to the legislation of the Russian Federation so that individuals belonging to a single group of companies have the right to apply for investment tax deductions;

🔸recommending that the State Duma adopt Federal Law On Developing Creative Industries in the Russian Federation;

🔸instructing the Government to take additional steps in cooperation with the Bank of Russia to encourage Russian joint-stock companies to list shares on the domestic financial market.

#Instructions

Following the June 4 meeting with Government members, the President instructed the Cabinet to:

🔹submit proposals for additional measures to support agricultural producers hit by the cold spell of May 2024;

🔹secure funding for providing disabled people with rehabilitation technology equipment, acquired both in exchange for electronic certificates and otherwise;

🔹take steps to increase the throughput of the M8 Kholmogory Motorway;

🔹make provisions for the emergence and development of automobile tourism routes, with itineraries including the M4 Don, M8 Kholmogory, M11 Neva, M12 Vostok motorways, and sections thereof to be considered first priority;

🔹ensure all citizens of the Russian Federation are able to use their driver's license to check into hotels as of July 1, 2025.

The President gave the instruction to convert the Organizing Committee of RUSSIA EXPO International Exhibition and Forum into the Organizing Committee of the Russia National Centre

Additionally, the President issued an order to design a strategy for showcasing Russia's achievements in various fields of economy and culture at international events and to take the necessary steps to produce educational media that would give an insight into the experience of organizing RUSSIA EXPO and the activities of the Russia National Centre.

The President approved a list of instructions following the recent session of the Council of Science and Education and his meeting with recipients of research mega-grants and leading scientists

The measures included:

🔸ensuring the creation of separate federal projects focused on developing the most important state-of-the-art technologies and advanced training and retraining of qualified personnel;

🔸providing for measures aimed at achieving a higher level of training in mathematics, physics, chemistry, and biology both in comprehensive schools and occupational education institutions;

🔸developing a unified programme on the basis of the Russian Science Foundation aimed at attracting leading scientists and young researchers to Russia's higher education institutions and mega-grants programme scientific organisations;

🔸taking steps to bring in leading scientists and specialists (including from abroad) to take part in scientific research and development carried out in Russia, in particular projects related to the creation of unique scientific facilities (particularly mega-science installations).

#Instructions

Following the August 22 meeting on the situation in the Belgorod, Bryansk, and Kursk regions, the President gave the following instructions:

🔹the territorial defence forces of the Belgorod, Bryansk, and Kursk regions are to be funded from the federal budget;

🔹funds to compensate damage caused to industrial and agricultural facilities are to be allocated from the federal budget;

🔹arrangements are to be made to ensure evacuated children can receive in-person education at educational institutions in other regions, with the option of remote education to be taken into consideration;

🔹prompt assistance is to be provided to the Belgorod, Bryansk, and Kursk regions with preparations for the heating season.
