🇹🇷Art-Ankara Çağdaş Sanatlar Fuarı’nda bu yıl Rusya rüzgârı esecek!
9-12 Mart tarihlerinde Congresium Ankara’da düzenlenecek olan 9. Art-Ankara Çağdaş Sanatlar Fuarı’nın organizasyon komitesi tarafından yapılan açıklamada, bu yılki fuar etkinliğin ana konuklarının Rusya Delegasyonuna iştirak edecek sanatçı ve bilim insanlarının olacağı kaydedildi.
Rusya Federasyonu’nun farklı kentlerinden gelecek sanatçıların eserlerinin sergileneceği 2. kattaki Rusya standında, dünyaca ünlü DJ’ler Fake ve Okkultative’nin 9 ve 10 Mart tarihlerindeki performanslarının yanı sıra, ziyaretçiler için pek çok farklı atölye çalışması da gerçekleştirilecek.
Öte yandan, yine söz konusu fuar organizasyonu kapsamında 9 Mart Perşembe günü saat 15:30’da başlayacak olan “Puşkin ve Hikmet: İki Dahi” konulu uluslararası konferans, Türk ve Rus bilim insanlarını ve tüm edebiyat meraklılarını bir araya getirecek.
Çağdaş Rus edebi dilinin yaratıcısı olarak kabul edilen Aleksandr Puşkin’in eserlerinden ilham alınarak tuvale aktarılan yapıtlardan oluşan resim sergisinin açılışının ardından 18:30’da sahne alacak olan ünlü Rus opera sanatçıları ise Puşkin’in yapıtları üzerine bestelenmiş eserleri seslendirecek.
Fuar kapsamındaki etkinliklere ilişkin tüm haberleri sosyal medya hesaplarımızdan paylaşmaya devam edeceğiz.

❗️The situation has hardly changed since the Skripal poisoning. There is no new information or at least some element which would have clarified the situation.
Maybe at some point we will find out.
However, our requests, apart from purely formal replies, remain unanswered by the British authorities.
▪️The UK groundlessly accuses Russia of using chemical nerve agent against Sergei and Yulia Skripal. However, in 2017, OPCW certified full destruction of Russia’s chemical weapons.
▪️Former Porton Down Chief Executive Gary Aitkenhead did not deny producing Novichok at the facility.
▪️How could the British side in such remarkably short period of time identify the type of the substance used?
▪️Had the British side possess a standard sample against which to test the substance? Where had that sample come from?
▪️On the basis of which characteristics ("markers") has it been ascertained that the substance used in Salisbury “originated from Russia”?
▪️How can the delayed action of the nerve agent be explained, given that it is a fast-acting substance by nature?
▪️How was it possible for Sergei and Yulia Skripal to lose consciousness simultaneously several hours after coming into contact with the nerve agent, despite them being of different age, gender and body constitution.
▪️Why have Sergei and Yulia Skripal’s mobile phones been switched off for 4 hours on 4 March? Where were they during this period?
▪️How did it occur that first aid to Sergei and Yulia Skripal was "by a coincidence" provided by a senior British Army CBRN officer?
▪️How come not a single person providing first aid and further medical assistance to Skripals ever developed any signs/symptoms of nerve agent poisoning?

⚡️ On March 2, Ukrainian saboteurs committed an outrageous terrorist attack in two border villages in the Bryansk Region of Russia. We strongly condemn the act. The terrorists penetrated Russian territory, killed two civilians, and seriously wounded an 11-year-old boy.
Ukrainian officials have repeatedly acknowledged that all their actions are carried out with the approval and support of the United States and other NATO countries. The killings in the Bryansk Region were committed with NATO weapons. This raises a legitimate question about classifying those states as accomplices to such crimes and as sponsors of terrorism.
Russian investigative bodies have opened an investigation. This crime will not go unpunished.

🗓 February 26 marked nine years since the beginning of the Crimean Spring, which culminated in a referendum and the subsequent reunification of Crimea with Russia.
The starting point of these historical events was the anti-constitutional armed coup in Kiev orchestrated by the West. Its driving force was radical nationalists, who never hid their aggressive anti-Russia attitudes.
In the referendum held on March 16, 2014, the people of Crimea voted almost unanimously for its return to its native harbour. The question of Russian sovereignty over the peninsula was settled once and for all.
❗️ Today, the Kiev regime continues to plan a military seizure of Crimea and strikes against it, obviously unconcerned about the lives of the Russian civilians.
👉 Against the backdrop of the Ukrainian leadership’s aggressive statements regarding Crimea, the media reports that Kiev authorities would like to present Russian and Belarusian citizens in Ukraine with the following choice: either join the Armed Forces of Ukraine and fight, or be deported. Obviously, this issue would have arisen sooner or later. We believe that sober-minded Russians and Belarusians in Ukraine also realised this.
We are ready to accommodate all victims of the Kiev regime in Russia.

❗️ЕАЭС и ОАЭ начинают первый раунд переговоров по соглашению о зоне свободной торговли
Первый раунд переговоров начинается 6 марта, сообщил министр по торговле ЕЭК Андрей Слепнев в ходе интеграционного форума «Раздвигая горизонт: стратегия евразийской экономической интеграции в новых условиях и роль бизнеса».
💬«Сегодня начинают первый раунд в Объединенных Арабских Эмиратах, мы договорились работать в режиме fast track», - сказал Андрей Слепнев.
Решение о начале переговоров по соглашению о свободной торговле между ЕАЭС и ОАЭ было принято в декабре 2022 года Высшим Евразийским экономическим советом.
📌С 2015 по 2021 год объем торговли между странами ЕАЭС и ОАЭ увеличился в 4 раза, экспорт ЕАЭС в ОАЭ вырос в 4,7 раза, а импорт ЕАЭС из ОАЭ вырос на 47 %. При этом торговый оборот в период с января по октябрь 2022 года в сравнении с аналогичным периодом 2021 года увеличился еще на 55%.

Кредитование юридических лиц в национальной валюте выросло в ЕАЭС в 2022 году
Объем кредитов, предоставленных юрлицам в национальной и иностранной валютах за 2022 год, по сравнению с 2021 годом в 🇦🇲Армении увеличился на 14%, 🇧🇾Беларуси – на 11%, 🇰🇿Казахстане – на 10%, 🇰🇬Кыргызстане – на 13%. Сокращение кредитования бизнеса наблюдалось в 🇷🇺России (на 23%).
В текущем году снижение стоимости кредитования зафиксировано только в 🇧🇾Беларуси – 11% (-0,5 п.п.). Другие национальные (центральные) банки не меняли ставки: в 🇦🇲Армении (10,75%), 🇰🇿Казахстане (16,75%) и 🇰🇬Кыргызстане (13%) сохранены ставки с декабря 2022 года, в 🇷🇺России (7,5%) – с сентября 2022 года.

tarihte uzaya çıkan ilk kadın olan SSCB Kozmonotu Valentina Tereşkova'ya ait.
Baykonur Uzay Üssünden havalanan Vostok-6 uzay gemisi ile yörüngeye çıkan Tereşkova, tek başına tam 3 gün boyunca uzayda kalmış ve dünyanın etrafında 48 tur attıktan sonra Altay Krayı'na başarıyla inmiştir.
Kendisinden önce sadece 9 erkek kozmontun başardığı zorlu görevi henüz 26 yaşında iken başaran Tereşkova, bugüne kadar kırılamayan bir rekora da imza atmıştır: Kendisi uzayda tek başına görev yapan ilk ve tek kadın kozmonottur. Diğer tüm kadın meslektaşları söz konusu görevleri ekip üyesi olarak icra etmiştir.

💬 6 марта предотвращена попытка покушения на убийство общественного деятеля, председателя совета директоров группы компаний «Царьград» и основателя одноимённого телеканала К.В.Малофеева, организованная спецслужбами Украины. Преступление планировалось осуществить путем детонации самодельного взрывного устройства, закреплённого под автомобилем общественника.
Неудавшееся посягательство на жизнь К.В.Малофеева – ещё один пример глубоко преступной природы киевского режима, не брезгующего откровенно террористическими методами в подавлении инакомыслия, пополнивший длинный перечень его гнусных злодеяний против гражданских представителей медиасферы.
👉 В частности, аналогичную схему подрыва транспортного средства украинские боевики уже применяли в августе 2022 года при совершении диверсионно-террористического акта, в результате которого была зверски убита российская журналистка Д.А.Дугина.
👉 Ранее, в апреле 2022 года, удалось своевременно пресечь попытку террористической атаки против целого ряда видных российских журналистов и деятелей СМИ, готовившейся именно по заказу украинских силовых ведомств.
👉 Регулярный характер приняли прицельные обстрелы украинскими военными, в том числе из поставляемого странами-членами НАТО высокоточного оружия, работников российских СМИ.
👉 Объявлена охота за военными корреспондентами: за их головы назначено вознаграждение.
Помимо непосредственной вовлечённости украинских властей в планирование и совершение упомянутых и многочисленных иных преступлений, следует особо отметить сознательное бездействие профильных международных правозащитных структур.
❗️ Не сомневаемся также, что подобные акции осуществляются с молчаливого согласия, если не с подсказки его западных кураторов.

👉 Ранее, в апреле 2022 года, удалось своевременно пресечь попытку террористической атаки против целого ряда видных российских журналистов и деятелей СМИ, готовившейся именно по заказу украинских силовых ведомств.
👉 Регулярный характер приняли прицельные обстрелы украинскими военными, в том числе из поставляемого странами-членами НАТО высокоточного оружия, работников российских СМИ.
👉 Объявлена охота за военными корреспондентами: за их головы назначено вознаграждение.
Помимо непосредственной вовлечённости украинских властей в планирование и совершение упомянутых и многочисленных иных преступлений, следует особо отметить сознательное бездействие профильных международных правозащитных структур.
❗️ Не сомневаемся также, что подобные акции осуществляются с молчаливого согласия, если не с подсказки его западных кураторов.

Kiev regime continues to persecute journalists, including abroad.
On March 6️⃣ the Security Service of Ukraine made an assassination attempt against the founder of the "Tsargrad" TV-channel K.Malofeev on the territory of Russia, which have been prevented.
📍The organizers planned to blow up the Malofeev's car with an explosive device attached under it.
Similar tactics were used by the Ukrainian security service to kill the Russian journalist D.Dugina on 20 August 2022.
☝We remind that the safety of journalists and the struggle against impunity for those who intend to murder them are essential to preserve the fundamental right to freedom of expression, guaranteed by Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
👉The resolution of the 29th session of the General Conference invites the Director-General of UNESCO to condemn assassination of journalists and any physical violence against journalists as a crime against society; and the decision of the 33rd session of the Intergovernmental Council of the International Programme for the Development of Communication - to provide more information on non-lethal attacks against journalists in the Director-General's report.
📢We once again call on UNESCO, in accordance with the mandate, to stand up for the safety of journalists without discrimination as to nationality, country of origin or political views!

💬 We are seriously concerned over the escalation of tensions in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone. The ceasefire regime was repeatedly violated in the past few days. On March 5, an armed incident caused fatalities among the Armenian and Azerbaijani sides.
❗️ We are insistently urging the sides to display restraint and to de-escalate the situation. We reaffirm the need to unfailingly honour the provisions of the Statement by the Leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia of November 9, 2020 on a complete ceasefire and the cessation of all hostilities in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone.
Any issues related to ensuring security and activities in the Russian Peacekeeping Contingent’s zone of responsibility should be resolved peacefully. For this purpose, the sides should maintain contacts under the auspices of the Russian Peacekeeping Contingent.
👉 The incident once again confirms that it is imperative for Baku and Yerevan to resume talks as soon as possible, while implementing the provisions of trilateral statements by the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia of November 9, 2020, January 11 and November 26, 2021, and October 31, 2022. This also concerns measures to unblock economic and transport communications in the region, delimit the Armenian-Azerbaijani border and draft a peace treaty.
