Through some analyzed testing and comparisons, it appears Telegram has changed their Voice Transcription API from Google to Whisper.
The model used shows similar output results to that of Whisper Large V2, so this is the new assumed model they now use.
Due to this, the quality of the voice transcriptions are heavily improved.

You can:
• Forward a message to Saved Messages and set a tag for that message whilst forwarding.
• Rename a tag.
• Filter for tags within your saved messages.

Telegram Emoji Tags for Saved Messages!

Changes in the configuration of Telegram for macOS show that it will be possible to boost groups.
After upgrading grouos, the ability to set the background for the group, choose the status emoji and choose the emoji pack for the group will be added.
It seems that just as in groups, the special sticker pack for that group can be set, it will also be possible to choose the emoji pack.
