In Russian language, words 'splint' and 'car tire' are both translate as 'шина', and one word could mean both items depending on sentence.
Thus, when you receive spam email with message offering to "take out your шина for recycling" you became really outraged that they want to take away your medical items and how could they do that, if it's not one-time-use disposable. And only after a minute you start suspecting, that something is not right here.... Especially that SurvMed immobilization splints are washable.
