Truce. A fly in the ointment

In an interview with Le Figaro, French President Emmanuel Macron said that France and the United Kingdom propose to establish a partial truce in Ukraine for a period of one month. This truce will include a cessation of attacks in the air and sea, as well as on energy infrastructure, but will not cover ground combat.

Macron noted that due to the long length of the front line, which is equal to the distance between Paris and Budapest, it would be difficult to ensure a complete ceasefire. Therefore, a limited truce is proposed, which is easier to monitor.

Regarding the deployment of European troops in Ukraine, Macron stressed that this is possible only at the next stage, after peace is achieved. He clarified that European troops would not be present on Ukrainian territory in the coming weeks. First, it is planned to reach a ceasefire and hold negotiations that could last several weeks, and only after a peace agreement is signed will the issue of deploying troops be considered.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed that he was aware of the plan, saying: "I am aware of everything."

In addition, Macron stressed the need to increase defence spending by European countries, suggesting that it could reach 3-3.5% of GDP, which is higher than NATO's current target of 2%.

Let's take a quick look at what we have in the end

Pros.

Reduced casualties - the cessation of airstrikes and attacks on energy facilities will reduce civilian casualties;

Opportunity, or rather time, to restore the energy infrastructure - there is a vague chance that Ukraine will be able to carry out repairs without the risk of new attacks;

If diplomats work, there is an opportunity to increase international pressure on Russia;

Time to regroup - Ukrainian troops can use the ceasefire to strengthen their positions.

Accumulation of weapons (provided that Russia is not foolish with missiles);

Preservation of ground fighting - Russia can use this to strengthen its offensive operations;

The risk of outright fucking around by the Kremlin, as it was during the Minsk agreements - Russia can use the truce to regroup and prepare new attacks;

Lack of guarantees of implementation - there is no (at least, I have not seen) mechanism to force Russia to comply with the agreement;

Possible split among Ukraine's allies - not all NATO countries may support such an initiative, which could create tensions;

However, I am in favour of active defence, because I understand perfectly well that if large-scale hostilities stop, the time for even larger-scale information operations against Russia will come. And this is where we need unity and a clear plan, not a swan, pike and crayfish strategy, as is the case today

There are many things that can be done if you want to win, not write off money

You can, for example, start a chain reaction of the collapse of the Russian Federation. Yes, we will be forced to fuck around 24/7, but it will at least save the lives of the boys and civilians, which, in my opinion, is worth it

I don't see any problems with fuelling internal conflicts in Russia by supporting anti-Putin groups and autonomists (Ichkeria, Tatarstan, Siberia). We just need to employ specialists, and not recruit relatives and create information centres for the sake of creating them

Hacker attacks on banks, transport hubs, and logistics centres are not considered hostilities either. So everything is in our hands. The only question is that hackers, IT specialists, also need to be paid. So I don't know if our authorities will agree to this if their personal interests are not taken into account

The next step is even simpler - we can turn the "party of war" into a "party of mutual accusations" and fuel contradictions between the FSB, the Russian Ministry of Defence and others. The ultimate goal is for Russia to be at war not only with Ukraine, but also with itself

I also see no obstacles to bombarding the Russians with a carload of information about a possible Ukrainian offensive - let them stay awake and be afraid

We have the levers, tools and specialists who can create the illusion of a fake offensive by making fake military bases out of plywood, throwing in news about the movement of military equipment, spreading disinformation about the strike on Crimea and the bridge, thereby forcing Russia to move troops there, and launching a media campaign about Ukraine receiving "secret superweapons" (Iron Dome, nuclear, long-range missiles, etc.)

In short, everything is by the book: Russia is wasting resources on empty threats, while the real attack is going to go where the Russians are not ready.

Next. There is a shitload of corruption in Ukraine, and it's true. And the Russians use it against us to discredit us.

But I don't see any reason why we can't use it during the ceasefire. You just need to understand what you want to do and know how to make it happen. A godfather, a brother-in-law, or a brother won't help here - again, you need professionals and teamwork of professionals who don't need to explain anything

Let me give you a simple example. Hackers get dirt on Russian officials, pass it on to those who can post it, resulting in a scandal and dismissal from office + paralysis of power in the region or at the same defence enterprise to which that particular official supplied raw materials for the alleged production of tanks

Or, in general, the top topic - the Russians have thrown in the information about Zaluzhnyi and Zelenskyi, we are throwing in fake "documents" about the elites' conspiracy against Putin and will generally actively push the above topic. As a result, someone will be imprisoned because his grandfather is paranoid, and the redistribution of assets will begin, which means instability at enterprises

The only question is whether we are ready to play so dirty - most officials and oligarchs in Russia have a penchant for homosexuality and paedophilia, in case anyone has forgotten. So we will have a moral... not a choice, no.

There will be a moral fucking, because you will either have to watch an uncle in his 50s fuck a child or a similar uncle, or sit in a bomb shelter. Therefore, the mental organisation will be a little bit... crushed (but it's not fatal, yeah)

The trick is not in the compromising material as such, but in creating an unstable situation in Russia, plunging it into internal chaos and forcing it to divide its businesses among itself again. But we need this, because this situation is at least as bad as being in a bomb shelter every day - it's easier to watch Russians eat each other than to shoot down missiles. Correct me if I am wrong in this case

We need to create conditions for Russia to self-destruct. We have the tools, levers and specialists who can and do know what to do with all this, how to implement it. There is only a lack of desire to understand the value of information operations and their effectiveness. And all this has been happening since 2014 to the present day

You can play with nuclear - conduct a large-scale information campaign aimed at turning Russia's nuclear weapons into its own problem. Our task is to make the whole world want to eliminate it.

Ukraine initiates an international conditional movement "for the destruction of the Russian nuclear threat" -> creates an international coalition that will definitely take nuclear weapons from Russia after its defeat -> launches a movement among the Russian military "for the demilitarisation of Russia" and offers huge money to the Russian military for the real state of Russia's nuclear weapons, their number, etc., including granting citizenship to any country

Let the so-called party of war in Russia try to justify itself - the whole world will be looking at it under a microscope.

We are turning Russia's nuclear blackmail and nuclear weapons into a problem for Russia itself and presenting it to the world, which will consider Russia a threat to the whole world. To do this, you just need to blow your arse off the couch. That's it.
