Ukrainian journalists of http://Slidstvo.info reported that the suspect is a 35-year-old Siarhei Kalatsei from the Belarusian town of Mazyr. According to Ukrainian law enforcers, Kalatsei serves in the National Guard of Russia and is a commander of one of the units.

Even after the video from CDEK was published, we were also told that this man was from Mazyr and was sending an ordinary parcel – a trunk lid. In fact, we didn’t show his face in the CDEK publications, because we were not sure that he was sending stolen items.

A post was published, where allegedly Siarhei says that his page was hacked, someone threats him and his family, and he hasn’t left Belarus for more than 2 years. The trunk lid, which he was sending in the video, is a lid from his own car.
