@PPoutsup @hejtas Yes @PPoutsup is right.
Also the linkage with the capture film was too readily accepted on pro-Ukrainian twitter and TG IMO. I was dubious when it was first made as the soldiers don't wear the current blue arm bands and there is possibly a trace of snow in the film.

Ukraine has Tochka-U tactical ballistic missiles, but if they had more Neptuns, which have a land-attack option, or other longer-range missiles it would be much more risky for Russia to mass forces for an operation like what they're doing in the Donbas.

I think a lesson that analysts in Russia will draw from this conflict is that Putin waited too long to start this war. If Russia had launched this invasion more than a year ago, Ukraine would have lacked operational Neptuns and would have had fewer Javelins and other weapons. 3/

What he is saying is so obviously coerced.... and he is making it so incoherent it makes those feeding him the rubbish look stupid. Important thing is he survived the first 45 minutes.
