There are lots of declassified files on the CIA FOIA pages, chief among them SNIE 3/11-2-82.

It seems that Russia lost another one of its modern T-80BVMs.
It was reported as destroyed, but unless Ukrainian troops torched it, it seems only damaged. If it can be recovered, fixing it would make sense because T-80BVMs are some of the best tanks in the Russian military. https://t.co/b60TKxzxV9
