I think it is mostly the use of HIMARS together with Tochka-U in the Donbas that is most proving effective (not sure Uragan or Grad are playing that role). It appeared Russia was having some success countering Tochka-U, but they seem to be having more success recently. 4/

This was my first geolocation ever.
It took me about 45 min.

Russian sources said a hospital was hit by the strike but in reality the hospital is 1.5 km away from where the center of the blast was and not in the general direction of the blast where the camera was facing.

@KofmanMichael I think the addition of HIMARS is helping with Tochka-U strikes. I don't think they have a solution to HIMARS, and S-300V/S-400 weren't designed to counter them.
