It should be noted that the formation of rifle battalions of territorial troops in the Lida and Kobryn districts has begun. Reservists are being recruited, some of them have already received summonses.

Despite the increase of training period at the training grounds, the Belarusian army is still not ready for any offensive military action. The main reasons are lack of modern weaponry and low morale of soldiers.
