Footage of a Russian RS-28 Sarmat ICBM test launch from Plesetsk Cosmodrome on April 20. The missile reportedly hit a target at the Kura Missile Test Range in the Kamchatka Krai.

Pentagon said that Russia notified the US before the launch.

I don't believe they captured it. I believe another RuAF or LPR unit was there first....Other film shows them south of the town. They have come to take selfies.
