I said unlikely that they captured it (not that I know). But my assumption is based on where else they were on their filming trip which was south of Kreminna (and I know the area) and the fact that most of what they release is bullshit.

Footage of a Russian RS-28 Sarmat ICBM test launch from Plesetsk Cosmodrome on April 20. The missile reportedly hit a target at the Kura Missile Test Range in the Kamchatka Krai.

Pentagon said that Russia notified the US before the launch.
