Ukraine made first prisoner exchange with Russia, rescuing 10 Ukr servicemen in exchange for 10 Russians. Ukraine also sent 11 civilian Russian sailors who had been rescued from a sunken ship near Odesa to the Russians. For this, 19 Ukrainian civilian sailors are returning home
