Living in Belarus means being a criminal just for standing in the street:
3 women and 3 men, who were just standing in the center of the town, were arrested in Mazyr (Belarus), @kykyorg reports.
This was considered a crime. They were fined from 480 to 2240 rubles (~$160-760).
