It's clear the big fuel tanks aren't burning in this image. I dont think it matters, I think they are empty, there are smaller tanks in the NE corner which I believe have been covered up by camo netting.

I have previously found images where they have done the same thing on other air ports. TS-1 is a Russian jet fuel . Image have been masked by me to prevent people from geolocating it, since it has been submitted to UA authorities.
