@KorwinKrul69 @JMS60418993 It’s different for both Europe and Russia. Because Europe is very densely populated and doesn’t have many open areas while Russia is barely populated outside the cities. So traffic in Europe would be the usual but traffic in Russia outside a city going to the border is unusual.🇺🇦

The residents of Kursk Oblast of Russia registered as reservists were forbidden to leave the oblast.

The military commissar of Kursk Oblast, Vladimir Rodionov, ordered reservists who are currently outside of the region to return to it within three days.
