🔹 Согласно СМИ, Белый дом просит у конгресса дополнительные ассигнования для обеспечения бесперебойного потока вооружений на Украину. И это при том, что общая военная помощь с момента прихода нынешней администрации к власти превысила 4 млрд долл. Может быть, лучше использовать эти средства для простых американцев, на которых обрушилась рекордная инфляция?
🔹 Очевидно, что за действиями Вашингтона скрывается стремление любыми способами затянуть российскую специальную операцию, пытаясь нанести максимальный ущерб России, и воевать до последнего украинца. США хотят сохранить очаг нестабильности в Европе. Тем самым сплотить вокруг себя западных союзников, чтобы удержать позиции Соединенных Штатов на мировой арене. Тем не менее мир идет к многополярности. Этот факт игнорировать нельзя.
🔹 Конфликт на Украине и образ России как внешней угрозы также активно эксплуатируются правящими кругами для отвлечения внимания избирателей от собственных провалов в госуправлении и нарастающего кома политических и социально-экономических проблем в США.
🔹 Все это наводит на мысль о том, что украинский конфликт был умышленно спровоцирован Западом. Соседнюю страну используют как военный таран против нас. Россию не получится поставить на колени. Иллюзорные западные проекты остались в прошлом. Пора бы понять это и уважать российские национальные интересы.
🔹 Подчеркну, что наша специальная военная операция не направлена против украинцев. Основные цели: защита ДНР и ЛНР, нейтральный и безъядерный статус Украины, демилитаризация и денацификация этой республики. Для нашей нацбезопасности важно устранить угрозы, исходящие с украинской территории из-за ее освоения НАТО. Стоящие перед нами задачи будут выполнены в полном объеме.

Some key messages from Vladimir Putin to the UN Secretary General during open part of their meeting in the Kremlin on 26 April

⁃ We always consistently supported the UN as the only truly universal organisation. UN Charter should be the only set of rules for everybody. We don’t share “rules based order” as well as claims of other countries for exceptional rights. All countries should be equal.
⁃ Problem in Ukraine is a consequence of 2014 anticonstitutional coup. Crisis in Donbass happened when residents there rejected this coup and faced military action from Kiev. Minsk Agreements could save this issue but Kiev after 8 yrs publicly rejected them. We had to act to prevent genocide there and recognized statehood of Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics. We responded to their call for help and started Special Military Operation in accordance with Article 51 of UN Chater.
⁃ However we don’t reject diplomacy, there was some progress at the negotiations in Istanbul, but then Kiev backtracked and we faced Bucha provocation. We know who exactly is behind it. We can’t “save for later” principle issues of Crimea or Donbass, no security guarantees will be given without solving this issue.
⁃ Residents of Crimea and Sebastopol expressed their will in a similar way to the residents of Kosovo and even held a referendum which Kosovo didn’t do. The right to self determination is consistent with UN Charter. Kosovo was a precedent.
⁃ There are no military operations under way in Mariupol. A number of Ukrainian military are blocked in “Azovstal” plant, more than 1300 soldiers have already surrendered. If there are civilians together with them in “Azovstal”, the soldiers should let them go. Otherwise they will be acting like ISIS terrorists using civilians as a human shield. If they surrender they will be treated well, UN and ICRC can check the way we are treating prisoners.
⁃ Claims that humanitarian corridors in Mariupol are not working are false, more than 140 000 people have already used them to go to Russia or Ukraine.

💬 Канадский вице-премьер Христя Фриланд на недавних заседаниях министров финансов «Большой семерки» и «Большой двадцатки» активно выступала за исключение России из мировых финансовых институтов и международных организаций.

Параллельно Оттава вновь увеличила поставки вооружения на Украину, включая ПТРК «Карл Густав» из состава вооруженных сил Канады.

Все это – ответ на якобы новые свидетельства «зверств российских военных». Незадолго до встречи в формате G20 Христя Фриланд прямо заявила: «В Украине совершались военные преступления. Доказательства, которые мы видели, просто ужасают».

Это выглядело бы неумелым фейком, если бы не было бы кровавой исторической реконструкцией событий времён Второй Мировой войны.

За 80 лет до «Бучи» важная польская украиноязычная газета «Краковские вести», цензурируемая и управляемая Третьим Рейхом, публикует заметку о «замученных “убийцами из НКВД” людях, которые лежали на улицах Львова» в оставленном городе после отступления Красной Армии («Краковские вести», 6 июля 1941 года). При этом делается акцент на национальности убитых. 8 июля 1941 года «Краковские вести» пишут о том, что «большевики расстреляли 1500 этнических украинцев пулеметным огнём в Луцке». Нацистский Рейх обвинял интернациональный Советский Союз в геноциде.

«Краковские вести» прекрасно осознавали свою роль в этой истории – в контексте Украины они были пропагандистским проводником фашисткой Германии для всего мира. Об этом прямо написано в передовице «Не плачь, а побеждай» («Краковские вести», 6 июля 1941 года, Б.Халит): «Позитивное в этой великой беде [погромах] состоит в том, что страшные погромы украинцев попали в поле зрения всего мира. Потеря десятков тысяч сознательных, активных граждан болезненна, их места не смогут занять новые люди, пропагандистский эффект, достигнутый погромами, не сопоставим с потерями. Но так как они погибли только потому, что были сознательными украинцами и больше всего любили Украину, то мы должны позаботиться о том, чтобы их драгоценная кровь не пропала даром; мы должны использовать ее на благо... Мы должны сделать из нее моральный капитал для нашего народа... Теперь у нас есть возможность, печальная возможность, но тем не менее возможность, которую мы не можем упустить. Еврейская мафия во всех своих ответвлениях — от коммунистического до масонского — давно убрала из мировой печати слово «Украина» или любыми способами пыталась его принизить. Вот почему теперь, когда наше национальное имя снова появилось на первых полосах крупных периодических изданий, мы не можем упустить этот интерес, хотя его предыстория столь трагична».

Ничего себе реминисценция? Только всё это происходит на наших глазах.

Вновь Украина «вышла на первые полосы», а нас абсолютно безосновательно обвиняют в том, что мы хотим Украину «отменить» так же, как они отменяют все русское. Вновь нацисты используют пропаганду и трагедию для того, чтобы очернить Россию. Вновь для них это – «возможность печальная, но все же возможность». Бездоказательно, рассчитывая исключительно на эмоциональный эффект. Вновь жизни людей – лишь разменная монета в пропагандисткой игре за общественное мнение – традиционная тактика нацистов.

А теперь самое главное. Фанфары.

Редактировались «Краковские вести» - этот важный инструмент фашистской украиноязычной пропаганды – Михайло Хомяком, журналистом-коллаборционистом с Украины.

Помимо преступного прошлого известен он еще только одним фактом своей биографии. Михайло Хомяк – дед Христи Фриланд, вице-премьера Канады.

📌 Information regarding fake news by some media aimed at showing in a negative way actions by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation at the Chernobyl NPP (ChNPP)

❗️In connection to the fact that some media are distributing fake news regarding actions by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation at the ChNPP the Permanent Mission of the Russian Federation has sent a note verbale to the IAEA Secretariat. Its key points are as follows:

🔵 The footage conveying CNN publication of 9 April 2022 «Ukrainians shocked by ‘crazy’ scene at Chernobyl after Russian pullout reveals radioactive contamination» is not consistent with the reality. It is demonstrating dosimeter readings in the area where, as stated, Russian troops were located, – 0,58 µSv/hour. For comparison, natural radiation levels in different parts of the world are from 0,1 to 1,0 µSv/hour (in Moscow – 0,1-0,3 µSv/hour; in Helsinki – 0,2-0,6 µSv/hour). After 30 days of 24-hour irradiation with dose rate of 0,58 µSv/hour the accumulated effective dose would reach approximately 0,4 mSv. This is less that the half of the permissible annual dose for population (1 mSv), 50 times less than the permissible annual dose for nuclear workers (20 mSv) and is comparable to the dose received after one chest X-ray procedure (0,3 mSv).

🔵 In the mentioned footage a CNN reporter and accompanying persons are in a room, wearing ordinary shoes and without any respiratory protective equipment and gloves. This testifies that they recognize the absence of danger.

🔵 Statements on «inevitable development of radiation disease among Russian troops after visiting the Red Forest» circulated by the Ukrainian and the Western media, as well as by the NNEGC «Energoatom», are also false. Even if such a visit would have taken place, additional radiation burden would be extremely low and wouldn’t be able to do any significant harm to human health.

🔵 The CNN publication demonstrates dosimeter readings on the Red Forest border – 11,32 µSv/hour. In this case the accumulated effective dose after 30 days of 24-hour irradiation would reach approximately 8 mSv. This is also less than the permissible annual dose for nuclear workers (20 mSv) and 125 times less than the dose leading to an acute radiation disease (1000 mSv).

🔵 Statements on damage allegedly caused by Russian military personnel to facilities located on the site of the ChNPP, that was left by the Russian Armed Forces of the Russian Federation March 31, 2022, are not consistent with the reality either. The photos taken during the time when the Russian military forces were staying at the ChNPP are attached. They demonstrate working condition of premises of the ChNPP and the Analytical Laboratory “Ecocenter”, as well as normal radiation levels at the site and the fact that documentation, including archives, was preserved in due condition.

In one of the previous episodes of my vlog I touched upon the blatant provocation by Ukrainian forces in Kramatorsk.
Today let’s talk about another provocation against my country which happened in Bucha. I would like to draw your attention to the article in the British “the Guardian” website under the title, I quote, “Dozens of Bucha civilians were killed by metal darts from Russian artillery” dated April 24, 2022. You can find the link in the text version of my presentation (https://www.theguardian.com/world/2022/apr/24/dozens-bucha-civilians-killed-flechettes-metal-darts-russian-artillery).
Despite the fact that the editors obviously believed that they were adding “evidence” of the responsibility of the Russian side for killings of civilians in Ukrainian Bucha, in reality “the Guardian” highlighted irrefutable proof that it was Kiev regime and its Armed Forces that caused the death of civilians and used their bodies to blame Russian troops, who controlled the area back in March.
Let me explain this obvious conclusion in detail. The author, interpreting information by forensic doctors, claims that “dozens of civilians who died during the Russian occupation of the Ukrainian city of Bucha were killed by tiny metal arrows from shells of a type fired by Russian artillery”.
The text explains that “tiny metal objects” in a shape of a dart are called “fléchettes”. It is an outdated anti-personnel weapon mostly used during the first world war and still widely used by the Ukrainian Army. There is plenty of evidence of the use of such shells against residents of Donbass as from 2015.
Theoretically such kind of shells might be used by the Russian Army as it is compatible with our guns caliber. Therefore “the Guardian” does not hesitate to claim that those were used in Bucha by the Russian Forces. But if we jump to such a conclusion we would be at odds with the logic. Russian troops left the area on March 30 – the day after another round of Russian-Ukrainian talks in Turkey. Few days later the Ukrainian side started to claim that our forces have executed a number of civilians before leaving Bucha. But how could they do it with heavy artillery if our troops were still stationed there? Wouldn’t they harm their fellow brothers in arms in such a case?
And how “fléchettes” got into their bodies. This version seems to be a strong one. But how will one explain the pictures of the corpses with hands tied lying across the streets of Bucha? These images do not fit into the version of Russian shelling. But they perfectly fit in the scenario that these people were caugh by Ukrainian shellings aimed at Russian troops and then the corpses were placed in the streets of Bucha in a way that would look like they were tortured and executed after Russian troops left Bucha. An upbeat video made by the mayor of the town shot on March 31, after the departure of the Russian forces, does not mention any corpses on the streets. This video also fits the scenario that implies that Bucha had witnessed a terrible provocation by Ukraine designed to put the blame on Russia and to make the world freeze in the light of the cruelty of its soldiers. There is simply no other plausible explanation.
It goes without saying that the journalists from “the Guardian” will not dare to make such an obvious conclusion – they would prefer everyone to “keep calm and blame Russia”. Вашингтон и Варшава прорабатывают планы установления контроля Польши над ее «историческими владениями» на Украине. Об этом говорится в заявлении директора Службы внешней разведки России (СВР) Сергея Нарышкина, распространенном пресс-бюро ведомства. «По поступающим в Службу внешней разведки России сведениям, Вашингтон и Варшава прорабатывают планы установления плотного военно-политического контроля Польши над "своими историческими владениями" на Украине», - говорится в заявлении. По данным СВР, первым этапом «воссоединения» должен стать ввод польских войск в западные области Украины под лозунгом их «защиты от российской агрессии». C администрацией Байдена обсуждаются модальности предстоящей миссии. «Согласно предварительным договоренностям, она будет проходить без мандата НАТО, но с участием "желающих государств". Конгресс США принял решение о ленд-лизе для Украины.
Мотивы Вашингтона понятны.
Ленд-лиз позволит увеличить прибыль американских военных корпораций в несколько раз.
Так было и в период Второй мировой.

Вдумайтесь: СССР получал вооружение от США по ленд-лизу. Об этом говорили как о помощи союзников.
Наша страна спасла мир от фашизма дорогой ценой — 27 миллионов погибших.
Возвращали долги, ограничивали себя многие годы, поставляя в США по взаиморасчетам платину, золото, лес, бесплатно ремонтировали американские суда и т.п.
Но только спустя 61 год после Великой Победы, в 2006 году, были завершены эти выплаты!

Ленд-лиз — это товарный кредит, причем недешёвый: за все боеприпасы, технику и продовольствие, которые поставят США, расплачиваться будут многие будущие поколения граждан Украины.
Зеленский загоняет страну в долговую яму.
