🕯 21 августа отмечается Международный день памяти и поминовения жертв терроризма, призванный воздать должное жертвам террористических актов, а также защитить права тех, кто пострадал от подобных преступлений.
Терроризм представляет серьёзную угрозу международному миру и безопасности, от которой не защищена ни одна страна. Ежегодно от рук террористов страдают и погибают тысячи людей.
❗️ Сегодня к использованию террористических методов открыто прибегает киевский режим. Украинские националисты атакуют российские гражданские объекты за тысячи километров от зоны боевых действий, используют тактику индивидуального террора против российских журналистов. Страны НАТО поддерживают эти варварские действия, продолжая поставлять Киеву оружие и обучать солдат ВСУ.
☝️ Важно помнить, что терроризм – это преступление, не имеющее оправдания, независимо от того, когда, по какой причине и кем совершены теракты.
🌐 Россия выступает за повышение эффективности и скоординированности многостороннего сотрудничества в сфере противодействия терроризму, в том числе в рамках ООН. На международной арене наша страна регулярно выдвигает инициативы, направленные на перекрытие идеологической, материальной и кадровой подпитки террористов.

And that is what lies at the core of our Association's forward-looking strategic course – the course that reflects the aspirations of most of the world’s community, the so-called global majority.
🔹 Over the last decade, mutual investments among the BRICS countries have increased six-fold. Their overall investments in global economy have doubled, and their total exports have reached 20 percent of the world exports.
🔹 The objective and irreversible process of the de-dollarization of our economic ties is gaining pace. We are working to fine-tune effective mechanisms for mutual settlements and monetary and financial control.
🔹 Russia stands for greater cooperation within BRICS as regards reliable and uninterrupted supplies of energy and food resources to the world markets. We are consistently increasing supplies of fuel, agricultural products and fertilizers to countries in the Global South, making a significant contribution to strengthening global food and energy security, addressing acute humanitarian issues and fighting hunger and poverty in countries in need.
🔹 Our country has the capacity to replace Ukrainian grain, both commercially and as free aid to needy countries, especially since our harvest is again expected to be perfect this year. As a first step, we have decided to gratuitously provide six African countries with 25‑50 thousand tonnes of grain each with free delivery of these cargoes.

Тогда ещё не было очевидно, насколько опасен уран в качестве оружия, и до 90-х годов все данные на этот счёт носили спорный характер. Однако применение натовскими войсками в ходе агрессии в Югославии боеприпасов с обеднённым ураном стало бесчеловечным экспериментом и продемонстрировало на живых людях реальные последствия его использования.
В 2015-2017 годах парламент Италии (как страны, чей контингент в ходе агрессии НАТО на Балканах активнее всего применял боеприпасы с обедненным ураном) выпустил 252-страничный доклад о последствиях воздействия обеднённого урана и радиоактивного тория на военнослужащих ВС Италии. Были опубликованы данные по итальянским военным: из 7500 подвергшихся воздействию токсичных веществ и радиации скончались 372 человека (5% – летальность: каждый 20-й человек). Причём умирали от мучительных онкоосложнений.
Теперь, к сожалению, та угроза, о которой Россия неоднократно предупреждала украинское население, подтверждается и на украинской территории.
👉 Вот показатели Хмельницкой области Украины. В мае там был зафиксирован значительный всплеск радиационного фона – с 80 нанозиверт до 140-160 нанозиверт. Характерный пик – всплеск радиоактивности – в тех же числах был зафиксирован и в западных воеводствах Польши. Причина, вероятно – та же, что и на Украине: подрыв боеприпасов с обеднённым ураном, которые были размещены на складе в городе Хмельницком.
⚠️ Украинцы должны понимать, что британцы поставляют настоящий яд – гарантию раковых опухолей, и требовать вывезти снаряды с обеднённым ураном как можно скорее из страны.

• Russia warned people in Ukraine about this threat many times, but unfortunately it is about to materialise on the Ukrainian territory too. British and American supplies of radioactive and highly toxic depleted uranium munitions are turning Ukraine into a territory that is unsuitable for living. The radioactive contamination of soil is already underway.
📈 There was a substantial surge in radiation reported in Ukraine’s Khmelnitsky Region in May. A similar spike in radiation was also reported around the same time in Poland’s western regions. In both cases, the explosion of depleted uranium munitions at a storage facility in Khmelnitsky was probably what caused the spikes.
• Every warehouse with depleted uranium munitions and every tank carrying them can potentially lead to a surge in cancer rates, leaving behind deadly and toxic soils, and posing a mortal danger for all living being.
☝️ Ukrainians must understand that the UK supplies them with a true poison, since there will be no getting away from tumours, and demand that depleted uranium munitions be shipped out of the country as quickly as possible.

🇺🇸🇪🇺 At present a self-proclaimed “civilized” minority led by the US – that accounts for just 15% of the global population – is trying to impose its will on other States and peoples, provoking them into confrontation with 🇷🇺Russia and 🇨🇳China for the sake of preserving its position of hegemony.
❗️The Western OSCE participating States like to hold forth on the terms and conditions for resolving the situation in Ukraine. ⚡️ 27 августа 2023 г. российскими средствами контроля воздушного пространства над акваторией Черного моря была обнаружена приближающиеся к Государственной границе Российской Федерации воздушная цель.
▫️ Для опознавания воздушной цели и недопущения нарушения Государственной границы Российской Федерации в воздух был поднят истребитель Су-30 из состава дежурных сил по противовоздушной обороне.
▫️ Экипаж российского истребителя идентифицировал воздушную цель как разведывательный БпЛА MQ-9A «Reaper» ВВС США.
▫️ При приближении российского истребителя иностранный разведывательный БпЛА выполнил разворот от Государственной границы Российской Федерации.
▫️ Российский самолет благополучно вернулся на аэродром базирования, нарушения Государственной границы Российской Федерации не допущено.
▫️ Полет российского истребителя выполнялся в строгом соответствии с международными правилами использования воздушного пространства над нейтральными водами с соблюдением мер безопасности.

⚡️ On 27 August 2023, Russian airspace control systems detected an aerial target approaching the State border of the Russian Federation over the Black Sea.
▫️ In order to identify the aerial target and prevent a violation of the State border of the Russian Federation, a Su-30 fighter jet was scrambled.
▫️ The Russian fighter jet identified the aerial target as a U.S. Air Force MQ-9A Reaper reconnaissance UAV.
▫️ As the Russian fighter approached, the foreign reconnaissance UAV made a U-turn away from the State border of the Russian Federation.
▫️ The Russian aircraft returned safely to its home airfield and there was no violation of the State border of the Russian Federation.
▫️ The flight of the Russian fighter aircraft was carried out in strict compliance with international rules on the use of airspace over international waters, with observance of safety measures.

7 – 13 August 2023
▪️The Ukrainian military fired a total of 100 shells of 152 and 155mm calibre at towns and villages of Donbass. Three residential house buildings and three civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged.
▪️Six settlements of the DPR were shelled 98 times with MLRS HIMARS and large-calibre weapons
Three civilians were killed in Donetsk. Eleven civilians, including a boy born in 2012, were injured. 28 residential houses, including apartment blocks, and 10 civilian infrastructure facilities were destroyed and damaged.
▪️As a result of shelling from the side of the UAF on the town of Novaya Kakhovka in the Kherson Region, one civilian was killed and another seriously injured.
▪️In the DPR, the residential areas came under fire from the Ukrainian Armed Forces 50 times.
▪️Four residential areas of the DPR were shelled by the UAF 37 times. In total, the Ukrainian military fired 118 projectiles of 152-mm and 155-mm calibre, including American M854 equipped with cluster warhead with cumulative-shrapnel elements. Three civilians were injured; 12 residential buildings, mostly apartment ones, and two civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged or destroyed.
In the Belgorod Region, four border municipalities were attacked with the UAVs. The Ukrainian militaries also shelled several settlements from howitzers and mortars.
▪️In 24 hours, the Ukrainian military launched more than 90 shells at the settlements along the left bank of Dnieper in the Kherson Region.
The Ukrainian Nazis attempted to carry out a terrorist attack against facilities in Crimea using 20 UAVs for this purpose. Some of the UAVs were brought down, while the rest was suppressed by the electronic warfare systems. Also, two C-200 surface-to-air missiles converted into a strike configuration were fired against the Crimean Bridge. No casualties or destructions were reported.
▪️The Ukrainian militaries shelled the village settlement of Volfino in the Glushkovsky District of the Kursk Region. In total, ten incoming strikes were recorded. One shell hit a residential building. Three civilians were wounded by the fragments of the projectile.
