Ukrainian FM Kuleba: “Russian FM Lavrov spreads disinfo by falsely alleging Ukraine wants to restore its nuclear arsenal. Once again: This is a cynical, blatant lie by Russia who itself fires at nuclear facilities in Ukraine. Safe zones must be established around them to prevent disaster in Europe.”

💬 #Zakharova: Just look at what kind of turncoats they are! Simply read their statements, read what the Ukrainian leadership has been saying publicly. There was also more said, behind the scenes.

This is how it goes:

💬 Secretary of the National Security Council Alexander Turchinov, April 2018:
“With all these events behind us, we can draw a conclusion that few will like. Giving up nuclear weapons was our historical mistake. The security guarantees are not even worth the paper on which they were written.”

💬 Head of the Servant of the People parliamentary group Davyd Arakhamia, July 29, 2021:
“I think that Kravchuk made a fatal mistake by getting rid of nuclear weapons after signing a meaningless memorandum. Basically, this mistake has been haunting us ever since. It dwarfs all the other mistakes by all other presidents. Had we been a nuclear power, everyone would have talked to us and sought to reach agreements in a different manner.”

💬 President Vladimir Zelensky, February 19, 2022:
“Since 2014, Ukraine has made three attempts to convene consultations of guarantor countries under the Budapest Memorandum. All three failed. Today, Ukraine is making its fourth attempt, which is my first attempt as President. Make no mistake, this is the last try for me, and for Ukraine. I am seeking to initiate consultations under the Budapest Memorandum, and instructed the Foreign Minister to convene the them. If they do not take place yet again or do not result in security guarantees for our state, Ukraine will have the right to view the Budapest Memorandum as a dead letter, which calls into question the entire package of decisions adopted in 1994.”

A deep dive into the genesis of the Nazi comeback in Ukraine & how the West nurtured Nazi collaborators & their descendants.

💬 May 9, 1945. Berlin has surrendered, and the Nazi Reich has been condemned by the peoples liberated by Soviet soldiers and allied nations. Soon, the Nuremberg Trials will begin, condemning Nazism as a criminal and misanthropic ideology. Collaborators and Nazi accomplices in Ukraine are facing a difficult choice: should they continue fighting the Soviet regime on the liberated territory, or escape to the West?

<...>

Ukrainian Nazis that fled from fair trial 75 years ago have returned to the place they were expelled from by Soviet soldiers via their children and with direct support from the West.

⚡️The Ukrainian crisis and Russophobia

#Opinion by Prof. Mark Neimark, Dr. Sc. History, Diplomatic Academy of the Foreign Ministry of Russia

💬 The US leadership should have taken heed of a far-sighted warning given 25 years ago by the authoritative diplomat and analyst George Kennan, known for his contribution to the development of the Moscow containment concept. He possessed unique knowledge of Russia’s capabilities and potential and, based on his awareness, warned that “expanding NATO would be the most fateful error of American policy in the entire post-Cold War era.”

❗️It is clear that the West’s centuries-old pulsating fears of Russia are here to stay, as are the never-ending phantom pains of Russophobia.

⚡️ #Opinion by Maria Zakharova:

Hoping to make use of the surprise wave of Ukrainophilia in the countries of the “progressive” West, the Kiev regime is churning out numerous “mobilisation” initiatives.

It has flown off the handle, because aggressive pacifists in Washington, Brussels and other “peace-loving” NATO capitals have stopped reacting to their Ukrainian wards’ shenanigans, even despite public discontent in their own countries.

All is grist that comes to Kiev’s mill. Its embassies are using their information resources to recruit volunteers for a “foreign legion,” while the authorities back home issue weapons to anyone willing to take them. They have released and armed criminals. They are recruiting students and sending them to fight miliary professionals after a three-day intensive training course. And now they have launched a virtual mobilisation, probably because the fake news resources of their psychological operations centres have been frayed.

The other day, Ukrainian Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation Alexander Bornyakov announced the creation of an international IT Army of Ukraine.

The recruiting method is the same as in the case of the “legion” of foreign volunteers. This digital unit is ready to accept hackers, cybercriminals and other cyber-rabble from all over the world. Unlike the dogs of war in the material world, these “cyber warriors” don’t need to travel thousands of kilometres to risk their lives during the demilitarisation of Ukraine. Today they can sit in their warm chairs and do for money what they would have been sent to prison for yesterday.

Kiev has no scruples about disclosing the criminal goal of its mobbing campaign: to target the socially significant digital infrastructure associated with Russia, without any exceptions for the civilian sector or vital facilities. In other words, the targets are hospitals, maternity wards and nuclear power stations. Kiev also calls for hacking the accounts of major Russian companies. In plain English, Kiev has given its blessing to future cyber warriors for cyberterrorism.

Barely three days after Kiev’s plans for an IT army were announced, Rosneft subsidiaries in Germany suffered the largest hacking attack since the beginning of the special operation in Ukraine. Pro-Ukrainian cyber warriors penetrated the corporate network, stole a large amount of data and destroyed 20GB of data to cover up their tracks.

This created major risks for Rosneft’s operations and the functioning of local oil refineries, including the one in Schwedt, which supplies fuel to the majority of filling stations in Eastern Germany. In light of the rising prices of gasoline and diesel fuel, the German authorities instructed the law enforcement bodies to investigate the attack despite the hackers’ “noble mission.”

This is quite revealing. The collective West keeps stepping on the same rake again and again. While using the “the end justifies the means” principle (or rather anti-principle) in their political games, the liberal democracies opted for recruiting the “forces of darkness,” such as Nazis in Ukraine or Islamic radicals in the Middle East, which have turned their weapons against their employers. By giving the Kiev regime a free hand to release more genies from the lamp, its patrons should remember that they will have to deal with the monsters themselves very soon. I doubt that the IT Army of 300,000 volunteer hackers (the figure was mentioned in Kiev) will dissolve itself and will stop its intrinsically, not to mention legally criminal activities. They will most likely turn their weapons against Western countries.

This is how a cyber-ISIS is being created.

✍️ Excerpts from the article by the Russian Foreign Ministry Diplomatic Academy’s Vice-Chancellors Oleg Karpovich and Mikhail Troyansky «Serbian scenario for Russia?»:

💬 For many people in Russia, the campaign to “cancel” our country, which resulted in an unprecedented rampage of banal Russophobia, came as an unexpected shock. Having introduced the principle of collective responsibility for all Russians in retaliation for Russia’s special military operation in Ukraine, it may appear that the West has crossed the boundaries of ethics and common sense.

👉 In search of an analogy, one can go back to the early 1990s. Back then, Yugoslavia faced this kind of smear campaign for the first time. Its government “dared” to fight for the country’s territorial integrity.

<...>

❗️ A cynical attempt to use psychological warfare, blackmail and banal intimidation to force the citizens of Russia to oppose their state and their people will most likely have the completely opposite effect.

⚡️ #Opinion by Maria Zakharova:

What an amazing piece of American investigative reporting we have here.

It reveals that Kiev and its Western patrons have been manipulating the public opinion on a mind-blowing scale.

It turns out that the image cultivated by all Western media for a month now by casting Ukraine as a victim results from a sophisticated and systematic effort by very serious people, probably for a lot of money.

First, the jokes about the communication guidelines turned out to be true. They do exist with the best Western PR agencies drafting key messages and what words must be used and when. They make video compilations for broadcasts and issue recommendations on sources. There is a direct ban on using “unverified media,” i.e., those that were not approved in the West.

Yaroslav Turbil is described as a key figure of the Ukrainian propaganda machine. A native of Kiev, he is linked to US intelligence and is head of Ukraine.UA, a website operated by the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry that often serves as a source of planted propaganda stories.

The investigative journalists analysed these propaganda materials and concluded that the Ukrainian propagandists seek to spin various topics like the Zaporozhskaya Nuclear Power Plant or the no-fly zone in Ukraine and serve them to a network of Western PR services, including the British PR Network and the US lobby groups like SKDKnickerbocker, Yorktown Solutions and Your Global Strategy. Those, in turn, have the experience of working with the Western media to deliver the right message to the Western audiences.

Judging by this investigation, those who masterminded this approach have partners, including Novaya Gazeta, Meduza, Dozhd, Mediazona and Russian-language services of the Western media such as the BBC.

This is a rigorous and differentiated effort. There are memes for the younger audience and serious political analysis for experts.

The authors of the investigation did not hide the mind-blowing scale of this system, which includes over 150 entities and major figures for communicating the Ukrainian vision of the conflict to the entire world.

Who pays for all this? This is not an easy question, but at least part of the PR effort is paid for by government subsidies allocated by the UK, the US and the Czech Republic, as well as entities belonging to billionaire George Soros, incredible as this may sound.

This giant squid has penetrated with its tentacles every TV set, website of major Western media and every newspaper to cultivate a worldview that is simple and clear. The creators of this mechanism couldn’t care less that it is at odds with reality.

The world has not seen a disinformation campaign of this kind since the cult of the Caesars.

BioBiden

We can get a rough idea of the US political elites’ involvement in the military biological activity in Ukraine if we rely on open sources as well as leaked documents. Below is an attempt to reconstruct the chronology of this involvement, though not a comprehensive one. There are many gaps in this truly diabolical plan that are still to be filled.

1991 – the US launches the Nunn-Lugar programme for the former Soviet countries to control/eliminate Soviet weapons of mass destruction including bioweapons. The Pentagon's Defence Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) was named as the programme’s main executor.
1993 – the Ukraine-US Agreement on the Prevention of Proliferation of WMD is signed.
2005 – an additional protocol is signed to the agreement between the Ukrainian Health Ministry and the DTRA on the prevention of the proliferation of technologies, pathogens and know-how that can be used to develop bioweapons. This is the start of the transfer of the Ukrainian military biological potential into US specialists' hands.

2000s – large US military-industrial companies are engaged in military biological activity in Ukraine.
2005-2014Black & Veatch Special Projects, a DTRA contractor, builds and upgrades 8 biolabs in Ukraine instead of eliminating military biological infrastructure, as was originally claimed. One of the facilities, a biolab in Odessa, has been financed since 2011 for the study of “pathogens that can be used in bioterrorism attacks.”

2007 – US DoD employee Nathan Wolfe founded Global Viral Forecasting Institute (subsequently - Global Viral), a biomedical company. The mission stated in the charter is non-commercial study of transborder infections, including in China.
2009Rosemont Seneca Partners is established by former US Secretary of State John Kerry’ stepson Christopher Heinz and incumbent US President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden.
2014 – anti-constitutional coup d’etat in Ukraine.
2014 – Hunter Biden joins the Board of Directors of Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian energy company.
2014Metabiota, a private commercial organisation specialising in the study of pandemic risks is detached from Global Viral. Neil Callahan and John DeLoche, employees of Hunter Biden’s company Rosemont Seneca Partners are appointed to the board of Metabiota. Global Viral and Metabiota begin to get funding from the US Department of Defence.
2014 - Metabiota shows interest in Ukraine and invites Hunter Biden to "assert Ukraine's cultural & economic independence from Russia".
2014 - Metabiota and Burisma Holdings begin cooperation on an unnamed "science project in Ukraine".
2014 - Metabiota, Global Viral and Black & Veatch Special Projects begin full-fledged cooperation within the US DoD programmes.
2014-2016 - Implementation of Metabiota and US DoD contracts, including a $300,000 project in Ukraine.
2016 – US citizen Ulana Nadia Suprun, a descendant of Ukrainian Nazis, is appointed Acting Health Minister of Ukraine. The US DoD and Ukraine’s Health Ministry cooperation programme is greatly expanded.
2016 – an outbreak of swine flu among Ukrainian Defence Ministry personnel guarding a biolab in Kharkov, Ukraine; 20 dead. The incident is hushed up.
2016 – former US Assistant Secretary for Defence Andrew Weber is appointed head of Metabiota’s global partnerships department.
2016EcoHealth Alliance, a Global Viral founder Nathan Wolfe’s structure, is engaged in the study of bat-transmitted coronaviruses at the research centre in a Wuhan laboratory, China.
2016 – the DTRA and Ukraine’s Health Ministry extend the contract after getting approval from the Ukrainian Defence Ministry.
2019 – the COVID-19 mutated bat coronavirus pandemic begins with an outbreak in Wuhan.
February 24, 2022 – launch of the Russian Army’s special operation in Ukraine.
February 24-25, 2022 – rapid elimination of strains in biolabs in Ukraine.
March 8, 2022 – US Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland openly acknowledges the existence of cooperation between the US and Ukraine in pathogens.

💬 There is another way the Americans are trying to exploit the ongoing crisis in Europe incited by the West and Ukraine (beyond the evident).

For decades, European communities and later the EU have been purely economic unions. They have coordinated their general political dossiers (including their common foreign policy), but Brussels has never put military issues and national defence up for discussion.

At the latest EU summit in Brussels, US President Joe Biden openly urged NATO and the EU to agree on a deeper partnership. Of course, the idea was presented as necessary for defence purposes: united Europe needs protection. Who can provide it but NATO? The Alliance will provide troops and may conduct a cyberoperation, if need be. NATO will shield Europe, the message was.

However, the Washington strategists have a different plan in mind. Since the United States has dominated NATO since its founding, they want to keep an eye on everything that happens under the EU umbrella. Washington does not want a developed, strong, united and independent Europe, as indicated by the fact that the United States supported Brexit, and by the very nature of the anti-Russian sanctions that are mainly hitting Europe.

👉 Washington wants the EU integration project to become NATO’s makeweight, a “regional economic department,” and rule the entire Western world from Capitol Hill in this new configuration.

💬 Boris Johnson has urged the Russian government to treat the Briton detained in Mariupol while fighting on the side of the Ukrainian government forces “humanely and compassionately.”

Here is what we have to say in this respect.

Boris, we know that you personally and your Government have disavowed the British subjects who have fallen victim to British propaganda and went to Ukraine as mercenaries to kill people there.

Don’t pretend to be worried. You are utterly unconcerned about the fate of Britons in trouble. They didn’t drink champagne with you at Downing Street, and so they can wait for your protection till kingdom come.

I would like to tell the following to those Britons who are concerned about their compatriots: Don’t worry, Russia is taking care of them. They are given food and drink, as well as any other assistance they may need, just as the other foreigners who have surrendered or have been detained.

Unlike the Ukrainian fighters who brutally kill prisoners and torture civilians, the Russian Armed Forces are committed to humanitarian law. If there were no media censorship in Britain, everyone there would know this.

At the same time, we urge the British authorities to treat the citizens of Ukraine “humanely and compassionately,” as Boris Johnson said, by stopping the delivery of weapons to Ukraine. The more weapons London is sending to Ukraine, the more citizens of Ukraine die as a result. But the BBC will never tell Britons about that.

💬 Russia's Permanent Representative to the International Organizations in Vienna Ambassador Mikhail Ulyanov:

The Russian Ministry of Defence is right when it points at high probability of provocations in Ukraine involving chemical substances.

🔸 Such provocations and staged incidents have been tested in Syria many times and proved to be very successful.

🔸 There is the need to be vigilant.
