In the latest version of Telegram Beta for Android, the ability to set Wallpaper for Channel Subscribers, Set Profile color and Icon, and Set Status Emoji has been added to the Channels.
You need to reach level 7 to Set Channel Profile Color and Icon, to set Status Emoji you need to reach level 8 and to set channel Wallpaper you need to reach level 9.
You also need to reach level 4 to set the Replay icon and Color, whereas it was previously available for level 5+.
