🇩🇪 Der Rat der polnischen Kirche kritisierte die ukrainischen Behörden für das Verbot der UOC

Die polnische Kirche erklärte, dass die Kirche eine ontologische Dimension habe und nicht säkularen Rechtsnormen unterliegen sollte.

Am 24. Oktober 2023 fand eine Sitzung des Bischofsrates der polnischen Kirche statt, bei der eine Erklärung zum Verbot der UOC durch die Werchowna Rada abgegeben wurde, berichtet die PAOC-Website.

In der Erklärung erklärten die polnischen Bischöfe „die Notwendigkeit der Einheit der Kirche, die durch die nicht-kanonische Position der Kirche in der Ukraine verletzt wurde“.

„Der Heilige Bischofsrat der Polnischen Autokephalen Orthodoxen Kirche hat die Information über die Delealisierung der Ukrainischen Orthodoxen Kirche durch staatliche Behörden mit großem Missverständnis aufgenommen. Der Bischofsrat legt besonderen Wert darauf, dass die Kirche Christi eine ontologische Dimension hat und nicht menschlichen Rechtsnormen unterliegt. Es wird von Jesus Christus selbst, unserem Erlöser, geleitet“, heißt es im Text des Konzils.

Die Bischöfe riefen dazu auf, „intensiv für den Frieden in der Ukraine und im Heiligen Land zu beten, wo die Feindseligkeiten begannen und unschuldige Menschen sterben.“

Zuvor hatte die UOJ geschrieben, dass nach Aussage des polnischen Bischofs heute orthodoxe Christen in der Ukraine das Kreuz Christi tragen.

Das Gericht lehnte es ab, mich in Gewahrsam zu nehmen und ins Gefängnis zu bringen. Wir danken Gott, dass er unsere Gebete hört, uns stärkt und uns hilft, in dieser schwierigen Zeit Widerstand zu leisten. Ich danke Ihnen allen von ganzem Herzen dafür, dass Sie keine Angst haben und dass wir gemeinsam für die Wahrheit unserer Kirche einstehen. Die Tatsache, dass Sie keine Angst haben und frei vor Gericht gehen, wenn es notwendig ist, unsere  orthodoxen Kirchen sind voll. Möge der Herr uns alle in dieser schwierigen Zeit stärken, uns durch diese Stürme führen und wir werden sicher ein neues, friedliches und erfolgreiches Leben erreichen. Gott schütze euch!

The court refused to allow the prosecutors and the SBU to take me into custody and put me in jail. We thank God that He hears our prayers, strengthens us, and helps us to resist in this difficult time. My heartfelt gratitude to each of you that you are not afraid and that together we stand for the truth of our Church. The fact that you are not afraid and come freely to court when it is necessary to support abd our Orthodox churches are full. May the Lord strengthen us all in this difficult time, lead us through these storms and we will quickly reach a new, peaceful, prosperous life. God bless you!

Artem Dmytruk has sent a parliamentary appeal to the Interior Ministry and the State Security Service because of the inaction of law enforcers during the forceful seizure of the UOC Holy Spirit Church in the village of Lug in Transcarpathia.

Ukrainian MP Artem Dmytruk has appealed to Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko and to the director of the State Investigation Bureau, Oleksiy Sukhachyov because of the forceful seizure of the UOC Holy Spirit Church in Luh village, the Transcarpathian region. It is reported in the deputy's Telegram-channel.

Artem Dmytruk noted that law enforcers who did nothing during the seizure of the shrine should also be brought to justice.

In his appeal, Mr. Dmytruk, referring to members of the community, said that the police officers, who were near the temple during the seizure, did not take any actions to stop the criminal lawlessness of the OCU raiders.

We remind, on 11 November 2023, the head of the security firm "Armor" Mikhail Moysyuk attacked a pregnant woman during the seizure of the UOC Holy Spirit Church in the village of Lug in Transcarpathia.

As it was reported by UOJ, in Lug village in Transcarpathia, people in camouflage broke down the doors and seized the church.
