Minister al-Shaybani receives a phone call from his Egyptian counterpart

Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Asaad al-Shaybani received a phone call from Egyptian Foreign Minister, Badr Abdel Aaty, where minister Abdel Aaty congratulated the Syrian people on their victory.

Abdel Aaty stressed his country's support for the Syrian people to ensure the unity of their territories and enhance security and peace, praising the new leadership of Syria, and wishing it success in the next steps.

For his part, Minister al-Shaybani stressed the importance of developing diplomatic relations between the two countries, pointing to the common denominators, long history and brotherhood binding the Syrian and Egyptian people.
