👩👦The 5th anniversary International Photo Contest “Mother and Children in National Costumes” is being held under the auspices of the Commission of the Russian Federation for UNESCO with the support of the Federal Agency for Nationalities of Russia.
📸Photo Contest is designed to demonstrate the national flavor of the peoples of Russia and friendly foreign countries by expressing the diversity of their nation’s culture through national costume, with the help of talented works by photo artists.
👨👩👧One of the goals of the international photo contest is to preserve traditional family values, strengthen intra–family and intergenerational relations, and form family traditions.
🤝The implementation of the activities of this project is aimed at helping to preserve the national identity, cultures and traditions of the peoples of Russia and friendly foreign countries in the context of the increasing pace of globalization of society through the national costume of mothers and children.

🗓On April 26, Saint Petersburg 🇷🇺 hosted the 20th ASEAN-Russia Senior Officials' Meeting (#ARSOM).
🔹️The meeting was co-chaired by the Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation H.E. Mr. Andrey Rudenko 🇷🇺 and Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia H.E. Mr. Kung Phoak 🇰🇭.
🔹 Participants discussed ways and means of further promoting the ASEAN-Russia Strategic Partnership in political, economic and humanitarian spheres. They agreed to undertake steps to deepen practical cooperation in such areas as science and technology, energy security, education, people-to-people ties and digitalization.
🔹The meeting reiterated shared intention to jointly address challenges and threats, strengthen ASEAN-led regional security architecture in Asia-Pacific. Issues of promoting cross-platform links between #ASEAN, #EEU and #SCO were also on the agenda.
🔹️On the sidelines of the ARSOM H.E. Mr. Andrey Rudenko held bilateral consultations with the heads of delegations of Cambodia 🇰🇭, Indonesia 🇮🇩, Lao PDR 🇱🇦 and Vietnam 🇻🇳.

👉 6-я Межсессионная встреча Регионального форума АСЕАН по безопасности (#АРФ) в сфере использования информационно-коммуникационных технологий (#ИКТ);
👉 13-е заседание Вспомогательной группы открытого состава.
В мероприятиях приняли участие порядка восьмидесяти представителей органов государственной власти стран-участниц АРФ. Делегации Бангладеш, Индии, Индонезии, Камбоджи, Сингапура, Таиланда и Филиппин присутствовали очно. С обращением выступил Председатель Рабочей группы ООН открытого состава (РГОС) по международной информационной безопасности (#МИБ) Б.Гафур.
В ходе встречи обсуждено текущее взаимодействие в рамках АРФ, а также планы на перспективу, включая организацию по инициативе России семинара по противодействию информпреступности. Рассмотрен ряд новых инициатив. Особое внимание уделено актуальным вопросам повестки МИБ в ООН, прежде всего, в рамках РГОС и Спецкомитета по разработке универсальной конвенции по борьбе с использованием ИКТ в преступных целях.
🤝 «На полях» мероприятий АРФ проведены двусторонние консультации по МИБ с делегациями из Индонезии, Сингапура и Камбоджи. Подтверждена взаимная заинтересованность в дальнейшей координации на ключевых многосторонних и региональных площадках по МИБ, укреплении сотрудничества в данной сфере.

Registration for the International Scientific Physics Olympiad is open
Teams from different countries are invited to participate in the International Scientific Physics Olympiad (ISPhO), which will be held from July 3 to July 11, 2024 in Khanty-Mansiysk (Russia). The event is organized by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation and the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) with the support of the Government of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area-Yugra.
The Olympiad consists of theoretical and experimental parts. Problems can be proposed as part of the topic list (http://asianphysicsolympiad.org/syllabus.html) used in the Asian Physics Olympiad (APhO). The working language of the Olympiad is English.
The organizers provide accommodation, meals, excursions and various entertainment activities for Olympiad participants. Transport costs are paid by the participants themselves.
