⚡️⚡️ Foreign Ministry statement on Ukraine’s strike at Kramatorsk.

On April 8, the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) committed yet another war crime by striking a railway station in Kiev-controlled Kramatorsk with a Tochka-U tactical missile.

Dozens were killed and over a hundred injured.

🕯 We convey our deep condolences to the families and friends of the deceased.

🚫 The choice of the target was not random – the Kiev regime is striving to maximise the number of civilian victims.

Their murders in Donbass have become standard practice for Ukrainian armed units in the past eight years. By cynically killing civilians in cold blood, Kiev is trying to blame Russia for its own crimes in order to discredit Moscow’s special military operation to defend the DPR and the LPR.

* * *

❗️ We urge the international community to objectively evaluate the crimes committed by Ukrainian units, to stop supplying them with arms and prompt Kiev to renounce its unacceptable methods of hostility.

⛔️Russian Defence Ministry denies statements made by Kiev regime about an alleged missile attack on the railway station in Kramatorsk, Donetsk Region.

📸In order to accuse Russia of an alleged missile strike on Kramatorsk railway station, Kiev regime has posted on social media pictures of Tochka-U missile launchers that took part in "Union Courage 2022" Russian-Belarusian exercise in February. All photos published by Kiev from "Union Courage 2022" exercise show non-Russian missile systems. Tochka-U tactical missiles whose wreckage was found near Kramatorsk railway station are used only by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

▫️An analysis of the engagement radius of the warhead, as well as the characteristic position of Tochka-U missile's tail section, clearly confirm that it was launched from a south-western direction away from Kramatorsk. This area is still under the full control of the Ukrainian military grouping troops in Donbass.

💥 High-precision missiles of Bastion coastal missile system have destroyed the Foreign Mercenary Collection and Training Centre near Krasnoselka, northeast of Odessa. High-precision air-based missiles destroyed a large depot of missile and artillery weapons near Nimirovskoe, Odessa Region. Aviation equipment of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was also destroyed at the Kanatovo military airfield in Kirovograd Region.

◽️ The results of radio intercepts show that in addition to Nazis from the Azov battalion and remnants of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, there is a significant number of foreign mercenaries in the occupied areas of the city.

▫️ Kiev has once again disrupted the prisoner exchange. The Ukrainian authorities repeatedly changed the format of the exchange overnight and then rejected the possibility of the exchange without giving any reasons.

◽️ Ukrainian nationalists continue to hold 6,362 foreign nationals from 13 countries hostage as human shield.

🚛 In Donetsk and Lugansk people's republics and Kherson Region, 197 tonnes of essential goods and food have been handed over to the population. Russian servicemen evacuated over 300 civilians from the combat zone in Kherson Region.

💬 Russian MFA Spokeswoman Maria #Zakharova on the planned exchange of prisoners of war between the Russian and the Ukrainian Side:

❗️ Ukraine turned down all proposals and agreed-upon positions without explaining its motives.

Before that Russia and Ukraine negotiated a plan for exchanging prisoners of war. It was intended to do everything under the established procedure, as stipulated by humanitarian norms and in cooperation with international organisations.

We have every reason to believe that the situation with captive Russian service personnel (and their condition) leaves much to be desired.

Also: The Kiev regime notified that it does not intend to honour the Geneva Convention.

Not only are Western countries aware of Kiev’s crude violations of international humanitarian law with regard to Russian prisoners of war. They receive all information, and they are also trying to help Ukrainian authorities avoid responsibility.

⚡️ Statement by the Russian Defence Ministry (excerpt from the MoD briefing of 09.04.2022)

❗️ Kiev nationalist regime is preparing another provocation to accuse Russia of allegedly massacring civilians in Irpen, Kiev Region

☝️ Units of the Russian Armed Forces left the town more than a week ago.

◾️ The Security Service of Ukraine plans to bring the bodies of local residents killed by Ukrainian artillery shelling from the morgue of the town hospital on Polevaya Street to the basement of a building on the eastern outskirts of Irpen.

◾️ Then a staged action with shooting and "destruction" of an alleged "Russian reconnaissance group" that arrived in Irpen "to kill witnesses of Russian war crimes" will be staged by the Security Service of Ukraine in Puscha-Voditskii forest area.

◾️ At the same time, the bodies of captured Russian servicemen previously killed by nationalists under torture will be presented as "undeniable evidence" in the forest.

◾️ This cynical staged action is organised for later distribution of video footage through the Western media.
🇷🇺 FM S.Lavrov said that Kiev presented its draft agreement on April 6, which marks a departure from the provisions recorded at a meeting held in Istanbul on March 29.

Earlier Kiev said in the Istanbul document that future security guarantees for Ukraine would not apply to Crimea and Sevastopol. However there are no such statements in the new draft agreement.

Lavrov also said that Russian troops had deescalated the situation in the Kiev and Chernigov area after the Istanbul meeting as a gesture of goodwill in order to facilitate efforts to make an agreement. "In response, a provocation was staged in Bucha, which the West immediately used in order to introduce another package of sanctions, and Ukrainian neo-Nazis carried out atrocities against Russian prisoners of war.

The previous document also says that Ukraine will be able to host military drills involving foreign parties only with the consent of all guarantor countries, including Russia. However, the new draft document does not contain this provision.
The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, on the 9th of April commented on the remark of the head of European diplomacy Josep Borrell about the priority of a military victory over a political solution of the conflict in Ukraine.

She noticed that the European Union has become “the economic department of the North Atlantic Alliance”. Such statement by the diplomat was made for the first time in the history of the European Union.

🕯 April 11 is the International Day of the Liberation of Nazi Concentration Camps.

The date was established to commemorate the uprising of the inmates of Buchenwald, one of the largest death camps in the Third Reich.

On April 11, 1945, the inmates started a rebellion after learning that the Allied forces were close. They disarmed and captured 200 guards and kept control of the camp until the US troops arrived.

DYK that Majdanek, Poland, was the first Nazi camp to be liberated. The Red Army set its inmates free in July, 1944. After that, the soviet forces liberated Belzec, Sobibor, Treblinka, Auschwitz, Stutthof, Sachsenhausen, Ravensbruck and many other extermination camps.

☝️ Before and during WWII, the Nazis established a network of 14,000 death camps. Overall, 18 million people were sent to Nazi camps, 11 million of them were killed.

The system of concentration camps was destroyed after the routing of Nazism, condemned by the Nuremberg Trials as a crime against humanity.

🎙 #Opinion by Maria Zakharova:

💬 Foreign Minister of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba has called on scholars throughout the world to investigate the causes that have led to the atrocities in Bucha: “For many years, Russian political elites and propaganda have been inciting hatred, dehumanising Ukrainians, nurturing Russian superiority, and laying ground for these atrocities. I encourage scholars around the globe to research what led to Bucha.”

Kuleba’s call has been echoed by Alexey Arestovich, an adviser to President Zelensky, who wrote: “So, these are the buttons we need to press. Incite concern with a statement and after that, evoke a feeling of guilt: ‘While the boys are out there in the trenches, you are having a good time in Kiev nightclubs, you bastards!’ Or say: ‘You are not giving money to the army.’ And then press the button of security needs. After that, make the persons in question ‘part of a significant group’ and reward them. The first set of buttons is to raise concern, and the second group is aimed at rewarding them and leading them to where we want them to be. In other words, first we scare them silly, and then we show them a way out, foster their expectations and tell them what they must do, and that after that everything will be great. We are nurturing their expectations and a feeling of being part of specific groups: ‘We are brothers,’ ‘We are Ukrainians,’ ‘We have repelled a terrible Russian onslaught, which means that there is nothing to fear,’ ‘Ukraine is respected throughout the world,’ ‘Ukrainians are the best soldiers, they will fight to the bitter end,’ ‘We won’t be deceived.’ Being part of a significant group, feeling that they are part of the significant group that is working to solve the problem. ‘Those who are on Maidan are the good guys.’ And this leads us to a feeling of pride and self-praise: ‘Ukrainians are the best soldiers in the world, we can defeat anyone.’ And then they are offered a reward, that is, they must be shown what will happen if they do this or that.”

This is how the Ukrainian fighters who staged the criminal provocation in Bucha were trained. Next time Kuleba should not appeal to “scholars around the globe” but to Alexey Arestovich, “a politician, intelligence officer, blogger, political and military columnist, actor, organiser of psychological seminars and trainings and a charity fund for psychological support to the military” who fought against people in Donbass in 2014-2017. This is how he is described on Wikipedia. Arestovich will tell Kuleba how cyborgs were created in Ukraine.

❗️New false staged provocations to accuse the Russian Armed Forces of allegedly abusing the population of Ukraine are being prepared by the Kiev regime under the guidance of the British intelligence services in Sumy region.

❗️Representatives of the Ukrainian and Western media have been invited to Seredina Buda town in Sumy Region, which was formerly under the control of Russian troops, to conduct staged video footage. In order to conceal the provocation and prevent it from being exposed by real witnesses, a curfew has been imposed in the city and the local population has been forcibly evicted from the places where the filming took place.

▫️In Nizhnyaya Syrovatka near Sumy, bodies are being dragged into one of the basements of residential buildings to be presented as allegedly another victim of the Russian Army. As conceived by the "British filmmakers", units of Russian troops allegedly massacred and humiliated civilians as they withdrew. Another fake will be promoted by the Western media in the very near future. Its aim is to further increase Russophobia against the backdrop of Europe's rapidly developing economic crisis.

❗️Please note that Russian troops withdrew from this location three weeks ago - on March 20. Such events, if they really happened, could not have failed to become public in such a long period. Moreover, the Kiev regime is looking for any reasons to accuse Russia of genocide of the Ukrainians. A whole network of foreign information-psychological influences on the population is currently operating in Ukraine, producing "dirty tricks" on a professional basis. We will see the results of their anti-Russian activities more than once.

▫️The Ukrainian authorities also make extensive use of interested countries and non-profit organisations.

▫️For example, the French leadership has sent a group of French servicemen and the Gendarmerie to Ukraine to collect information on alleged crimes committed by Russian servicemen, together with representatives of the "International Commission on Missing Persons" (created at the initiative of the USA).

▫️On April 11, French special operations forces personnel, together with technical experts from the French Gendarmerie and the Interior Ministry, arrived in Ukraine via Germany and Poland through the so-called "diplomatic corridor".

Given the partisanship of these "experts", there is no hope of an impartial investigation. Apparently, their main areas of activity will be to cover up numerous war crimes against the population of Ukraine and the Donetsk and Lugansk people's republics committed by the Ukrainian authorities over the last eight years, as well as fabricating accusations against the Russian Armed Forces.

💬I often hear questions about is it possible to be quicker? It is possible. It depends on the intensity of the hostilities, and the intensity of the hostilities, unfortunately, has to do with casualties in one way or another.

▫️Our objective is to achieve all our goals while minimizing these casualties. And we will act rhythmically, calmly, according to the plan that was originally proposed by the General Staff.

"Was Russia supposed to turn a blind eye on the creation of "anti-Russia" on the territory of its neighbor country and wait until the NATO headed by the United States place its missiles on there so it would take only 4 to 5 minutes to reach the heart of Moscow from the eastern Ukrainian side?"

🎙 Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov’s interview with Rossiya television network (April 11, 2022)

READ IN FULL

💬 This is a major shift in the policy of the EU and the entire West under the leadership of the US (there is no doubt about that) that occurred after the start of our special military operation. Their current policy is rooted in bitterness and derangement (excuse the non-diplomatic word choice), though it’s not all about Ukraine but rather turning that country into a bridgehead from which Russia can finally be subjugated and subordinated to the global system built by the West even though the Cold War ended and the USSR and Warsaw Treaty disappeared.

The West was moving closer to our borders all the time despite its promises not to expand NATO, statements to the effect that we were no longer adversaries and many other things. Our special military operation is designed to put an end to NATO’s unlimited expansion and to keep the US and other NATO countries from achieving total world domination.
