Well, first of all, no one asked the Nazis for their opinion.

Second, let us talk about the notion of morality.

UNIAN, a Ukrainian state news agency, decided to poll its readers, asking them who among Russia’s prominent television presenters, frontline correspondents and opinion leaders they would prefer to see follow in Daria Dugina’s, Vladlen Tatarsky’s and Zakhar Prilepin’s footsteps as terrorist attack victims.

This is exactly the way they framed the question.

The terrorist Kiev regime wants its media to match its inhumane nature.

Vladimir Solovyov, Margarita Simonyan, Anton Krasovsky, Dmitry Kiselev, Sergei Mardan and Semyov Pegov all made the execution list. What a bloody undertaking, but for Kiev, this is business as usual.

Nearly 50,000 people have taken part in the poll so far. Judging by the number of likes and hearts under the post in question, ordinary Ukrainians, indoctrinated as they are by thermonuclear Nazi propaganda, are receptive to terrorist ideology which has all the signs of a criminal offence.

Do you think there was anyone among the patrons of the Kiev puppet show intervened to bring their underlings back to reason? Or perhaps the specialised international structures voiced their indignation? Not at all.

They had other things in mind when they nurtured this enraged rabble. Yet another American son of a gun will get away with everything, even direct incitement to carrying out a terrorist attack, as in this case.

The Third Reich was proactive in drawing up watchlists and designating enemies among artists, cultural figures, researchers and politicians whose elimination was viewed as a priority. The Kiev regime went even further by engaging society at large not only in its smear campaigns and Nazi segregation, but by making them directly involved in terrorist activity. Well, it's a fact now: the student has surpassed the master.

We assume that any gross interference in regional affairs, particularly using military force, as well as the deployment of foreign military contingents on Syrian territory, are unacceptable.

❗️ According to our sources, the Americans have started establishing the Free Syrian Army near Raqqa, Syria, with the involvement of representatives of local Arab tribes, as well as fighters from ISIS and other terrorist organisations. Their goal is obvious: they want to use these fighters against the legitimate authorities of the Syrian Arab Republic to destabilise the situation in the country.

🎙 Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov’s answer to a media question on launching the denunciation of the Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe (CFE)

❓ Question: Today, the President of the Russian Federation signed a directive on your appointment as his representative at the review of the denunciation of the Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe (CFE) by both chambers of the Federal Assembly. This suggests the conclusion that Russia will soon withdraw from this treaty. Why did Russia take such a step now? After all, it suspended this treaty many years ago.

💬 Sergey Ryabkov: This issue is long overdue. The treaty was signed in 1990 and entered in force in 1992. It has become desperately obsolete. The agreement on adaptation drafted at Russia’s insistence and signed in 1999 has become invalid due to the destructive position of the US and other NATO members.

he NATO countries were de facto obviating the treaty by moving eastward. This is why we had to suspend it in 2007. That said, we left the door open, giving the Western countries an opportunity to reconsider their attitude to the treaty and show common sense. But there was little common sense in the West even at that time and the situation did not improve.

Recently, Helsinki and Stockholm applied for NATO membership. Finland joined NATO and signed an agreement with the US, which created a foundation for deploying American troops on Finnish territory. These events have substantially worsened the military-political situation in Europe. Under the circumstances, the CFE Treaty has finally become a vestige of the past.

☝️ Hence, the President of Russia made a decision to submit a draft law on denunciation of the treaty to the Federal Assembly. <...> Apparently, it is time to take such measures.

📢 9 мая с.г. в Посольство поступило обращение (по электронной почте и по телефону) гражданки Российской Федерации Ковалевой Татьяны о пропаже ее дочери, Чумак Юлии Андреевны, 2000 г.р., якобы прибывшей в Манилу 6 мая с.г. для трудоустройства в одной из местных компаний и не выходившей на связь с родственниками после указанной даты.

В ходе общения с Т.Ковалевой сотрудники консульского отдела Посольства просили предоставить дополнительные данные о деталях поездки её дочери. Разъяснили порядок действий в подобных ситуациях. Рекомендовали также обратиться с заявлением в органы внутренних дел Российской Федерации об объявлении Ю.А.Чумак в розыск по линии Интерпола. Направили соответствующие обращения в компетентные ведомства Республики Филиппины.

Посольство продолжает выяснять все обстоятельства, связанные с данным обращением.

💬 The Arctic region, which is playing an increasingly important role in world politics and the economy, is one of Russia's priorities.

As a country presiding in the Arctic Council in 2021-2023, Russia has invariably acted in line with the common interest, which is to ensure the sustainable and safe development of the entire Arctic region, the wellbeing of the Arctic population, including the indigenous peoples of the North.

The Russian presidency’s comprehensive programme was oriented towards achieving these objectives. More than 100 themed forums, some of them with international participants, were held as part of the programme.

☝️ Unfortunately, the Council’s full-scale activity was suspended by Western member countries under the absolutely far-fetched pretext that it related to the situation in Ukraine, which was provoked by the Western countries themselves. We consider this step by our Western colleagues politically motivated and counterproductive as it leads to a disintegration of collective approaches to the responsible management of the Arctic.

However, we still believe that the Arctic states bear a special responsibility for the consistent development of this region. It is our understanding that further effective work and the future of the Arctic Council in general will depend on whether we can find possibilities to continue a civilised dialogue in the interests of preserving the Arctic as a territory of peace, stability and constructive cooperation.

💬 When serving the interests of collective West, the ICC acted as a full-fledged accomplice in NATO’s military aggression against Libya. The crusade of the US-led coalition against this once thriving country completely ruined its statehood and triggered a protracted civil war which, now calming down, now flaring up again, has claimed or contorted hundreds of thousands civilian lives.

Libya suffered immense economic damage and was thrown back for decades in terms of development. Countries of the region still suffer from the terrorist threat that was the direct consequence of those events. This is a real disaster, where the ICC is directly involved.

☝️ The Libyan case clearly demonstrated that the so-called ICC justice has an on/off switch. It just takes one snap, one tip from Washington to make the ICC replicate fakes and start cases or on the contrary, terminate any activity that Western masters may find displeasing.

As soon as the US imposed sanctions on ICC judges and Prosecutor, preliminary consideration by the Court of American, British (and other NATO members’) war crimes in Afghanistan and Iraq stopped in no time. As a result, there are hundreds of thousands casualties, but not a single perpetrator. The ICC is a real champion of “sweeping under the rug” the wrongdoings of its masters.

❗️ Being a politicized puppet mechanism which stems from an agreement among a limited number of states, the ICC should not be given opportunities to interfere with the routine functioning of the United Nations and its bodies. 💬 I am delighted to offer my greetings to the participants in the 11th St Petersburg International Legal Forum.

• Today, Western countries seek to shift the blame on someone else by accusing Russia of violating international law. In doing so they refer to the international law they had trampled in Yugoslavia, Iraq, and Libya when they unleashed their wars of aggression against them. They tried to do the same in Syria.

🌐 The Western elites have taken on board the worst colonial-era traditions in their effort to split up the world into what they call democracies and authoritarian regimes. The overtly racist statements by EU foreign policy chief, Josep Borrell, who described Europe as an idyllic “garden” and the rest of the world as a “jungle,” demonstrate the very essence of this syndrome of exceptionality.

• Making extensive use of illegitimate unilateral restrictions has become an integral part of the rules-based order for the Western countries. This is a gross violation of the UN Charter’s letter and spirit. Only the Security Council has the right to enact and enforce sanctions.

🇷🇺 Russia has been a consistent advocate of respecting international law with the UN Charter at its core, as well as of strengthening the legal and democratic principles in interstate interaction. This is why we remain committed to reinforcing the UN’s central and coordinating role in international affairs.
