❗️Главный элемент антироссийской пропагандистской кампании наших бывших западных партнёров состоит в том, чтобы обвинить Россию в неспровоцированной агрессии против своего соседа, продиктованной некими имперскими амбициями, стремлениями захватить чужую территорию и уничтожить Украину как таковую.
Поверить в эти абсурдные утверждения можно лишь только если забыть про восемь предшествовавших началу нашей СВО лет. Именно столько преступный националистический режим, который пришел к власти в Киеве в результате поддержанного Западом антиконституционного переворота, вел кровавую войну против жителей Донбасса. Их единственная вина была в том, что они хотели оставаться русскими и видели русскими своих детей, чтили память предков и презирали героизируемых новой властью нацистских приспешников.

Благодаря известным откровениям ряда отставных западных лидеров, сегодня не остаётся сомнений в том, что под прикрытием одобренных СБ ООН Минских соглашений Запад целенаправленно готовил Украину к войне против нашей страны.

Мы предупреждали о недопустимости военного освоения коллективным Западом территории соседней Украины, что создавало прямую угрозу нашей национальной безопасности. Но Запад раз за разом демонстрировал вызывающее пренебрежение в отношении российских озабоченностей, продолжая приближать военную инфраструктуру НАТО к нашим границам.

Заявления ряда стран, что Россия виновата в разрушении региональной и глобальной системы безопасности, лицемерны.
Сейчас наши западные коллеги предпочитают об этом не вспоминать, но в конце 2021 года Россия выдвигала целый ряд конкретных инициатив по деэскалации и укреплению доверия в Евроатлантике. Мы предлагали США и НАТО подписать договоры по гарантиям безопасности.

This national holiday epitomises the heroic history of our Army and Navy and the unbreakable link connecting all generations of defenders of the Fatherland. It embodies our deep gratitude to the faithful sons and daughters of the Fatherland, to all those who did not spare themselves as they fought the enemy defending their native land and their people, underwent trials with honour and emerged as a victor, and who crushed foreign invasions. So it was at Lake Chudskoye and on Kulikovo Field, near Poltava and Borodino, and in the victorious May of 1945.
On this day, deep respect and the warmest words go to our dear veterans who defeated Nazism and upheld the freedom and independence of the Motherland. Your feats during the Great Patriotic War will forever remain in the historical memory of our people as a vivid example of patriotism and courage and will serve as an inexhaustible source of spiritual strength. The current generation of Russian soldiers and officers preserves and enhances the military traditions of their grandfathers and great-grandfathers.
I would like to extend my heartfelt greetings on this holiday to our military personnel, volunteers, mobilised citizens, and specialists in various professions who are participating in the special military operation. Our troops are heroically fighting the neo-Nazism that has taken root in Ukraine, protecting our people in our historical lands, and are fighting courageously and heroically.
❗️ Modern and efficient Army and Navy are a guarantee of the country's security and sovereignty, and a guarantee of its stable development and its future. That is why, as before, we will give priority attention to strengthening our defence capability.

🔹In the first place, it has become obvious that the main element of anti-Russian propaganda campaign of our former Western partners is to accuse Russia of unprovoked aggression against a neighbor, motivated by some sort of imperial ambitions, aspirations to seize someone else’s territory and obliterate #Ukraine as such.
One can believe in these absurd allegations only if one forgets about the eight years that had preceded our special military operation. Eight years is how long the felonious nationalist regime that came to power in #Kiev after a Western-supported anti-constitutional coup d’état had waged a deadly war on the people of #Donbass. Their only fault was that they wanted to stay ethnic Russians and raise their children as ethnic Russians, revered the memory of their ancestors and despised Nazi collaborators whom the new authorities glorified. To start the “history count” from 24 February 2022 while ignoring everything that had happened before – this is how the West deliberately tries to mislead everyone and conceal the true reasons of this conflict, which are key for understanding the prospects for a peaceful settlement.

To all our concerns, the West time and again responded with defiant neglect and continued bringing NATO’s military infrastructure closer to our borders.

🔹Of course, we used to suspect that behind the European exterior there was some dormant Russophobia, but to say frankly, we could never imagine what scale it would assume once released. It is not limited to an obsessive desire to defeat Russia on the battlefield with the hands of Ukrainians. It goes down way deeper. In order to please the most primitive Russophobes from among Poles and Balts, European capitals and European institutions hold events where ways to dismember and disintegrate our country are discussed.

🔹 It was Russia who, on the eve of the Ukrainian crisis, had consistently offered to the West to sign agreements on mutual security guarantees, and promoted proposals regarding all-encompassing and indivisible security across the Euro-Atlantics. But all those were arrogantly rejected. Why Brussels would need this if, starting from 2009, the European Union had been promoting completely different ideas through its Eastern Partnership? The EU promoted the need to split with Russia and made our neighbors choose who they want to be with, either Russia or the EU. This logic clearly manifested itself in the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement, which triggered the Maidan coup of 2014 and ignited the acute Ukrainian crisis, the final phase of which unfolds in front of us now.

🔹One may say, “wait, but Europe is a union based on shared values in the first place. The proverbial freedom, equality, and brotherhood. Democracy and human rights. This is what always made Europe so alluring”. Alas, the EU failed to deliver on these standards. Back in the day the EU let in the Baltic states with their Russophobia and apartheid-style approach to Russian-speaking population. But instead of curing them, the EU got infested itself. Brussels has long lost its perspective in terms of freedom of media, having reduced it to tough censorship and ban on non-conforming opinions. Over the recent years, this “bouquet” has started to include rapidly progressing blindness to manifestations of neo-Nazism, namely complete disregard for Nazism in Ukraine and results of the vote on annual UNGA resolution that condemns glorification of Nazism.

Today marks exactly nine years since the European Union officially supported the anti-constitutional coup d'état in Ukraine. Brussels issued no reaction to the fact that the agreement signed between the Ukrainian President and opposition leaders was outright trampled on.
On 24 February 2014, the European Commission deemed lawful the ouster of Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovich and the appointment of Aleksandr Turchinov as head of state.
❗On 13 April 2014, "Acting President of Ukraine" Aleksandr Turchinov announced that the country's National Security Council had decided to launch a large-scale anti-terrorist operation that would involve the armed forces. An operation to suppress its own people. Back then, for some reason, the "democratic" West was not worried about the fate of ordinary Ukrainians …

🔹Очередные рестриктивные меры ЕС в отношении России, как и все предыдущие, нелегитимны.
🔹 Впервые ЕС включил в санкционный «пакет» запрет на транзит ряда товаров через территорию РФ. Подобные действия наносят вред не столько России, сколько в целом международной торговле.
🔹Содержащиеся в десятом «пакете» ограничения деятельности российских СМИ являются нарушением Международного пакта о гражданских и политических правах
🔹Безусловно, без ответа десятый «пакет» не останется.

🔸 You and your other colleagues deny the universal human rights and freedoms of Russian-speaking Ukrainians, if you believe that the Kiev authorities who attacked them were a victim, and if you keep silent about a campaign of terror that was unleashed against them.
🔸 Cessation of hostilities in Ukraine is something that only collective West is not interested in. As we all know now, the West did not let the Kiev regime make peace in April-May last year. Our Western colleagues are okay with things as they are: Russians and Ukrainians killing each other, Western defense industries reaping fantastic profits and getting a site to test new weapons, NATO getting rid of old weapons and rearming gradually. In addition to this, Washington is weakening its European competitors who demonstrate an unprecedented degree of subservience and impotence. Most importantly, the West eagerly rubs its hands hoping to preserve, by means of weakening Russia and threatening China, its global monopoly.
🔸 A resolution to this conflict is inseparable from issues related to an equitable and indivisible Euro-Atlantic security architecture. Now it exists only for the US and its allies in NATO.

22 февраля 2023 г. исполнительный комитет Международной федерации журналистов (МФЖ), штаб-квартира которой находится в Брюсселе, проголосовал за приостановку членства «Союза журналистов России». В качестве обоснования названо открытие региональных отделений «Союза российских журналистов» в ДНР, ЛНР, Херсонской и Запорожской областях.
🔹Очевидно, что это политизированное решение, которым МФЖ продемонстрировал свою готовность следовать курсу на противоборство с Россией и целенаправленую зачистку публичного пространства от российских источников информации. Почему-то здесь никто не вспомнил ни про права журналистов, ни про недопустимость дискриминации по признаку гражданства. Наших соотечественников попросту «наказали» за их работу, за осуществление профессиональной деятельности.
🔹Странно, что западные журналисты, которые поддерживают введение по сути ограничительных мер в отношении своих российских коллег по цеху, не задумываются о том, что они сами могут оказаться на их месте, однажды став «неправильными» источниками информации.

🔹On 22 February 2023, the Executive Committee of the International Federation of Journalists (IFJ), headquartered in Brussels, voted to suspend the Russian Union of Journalists from membership. The decision was presented as a response to the Russian Union of Journalists establishing its branches in the Donetsk People’s Republic, Lugansk People’s Republic, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions.

Our compatriots were simply "punished" for their work, for carrying out their professional activities.
🔹Oddly, the Western journalists who virtually support restrictive measures against their Russian colleagues do not think that they might find themselves in their shoes, one day becoming the "wrong" sources of information.

⚡️ О Стамбульских договоренностях по продовольствию и удобрениям
По мере приближения окончания второго срока действия (120 дней) «черноморской инициативы» по вывозу украинского зерна в СМИ нарастают спекуляции относительно дальнейшего развития событий. С подачи Киева и Вашингтона активно раскручивается тезис о том, что инициативу нужно не только сохранить в имеющихся параметрах (3 порта – Одесса, Черноморск, Южный на 120 дней с возможностью продления на аналогичный срок при отсутствии возражений сторон – России, Турции и Украины), но увеличить по времени и охвату (сразу на год с добавлением дополнительных портов). При этом делаются неуклюжие попытки апеллировать к усилиям ООН по обеспечению глобальной продовольственной безопасности.
В этой связи следует вновь напомнить о концепции «зерновой сделки» Генсекретаря ООН в целом и о том, как заключались Стамбульские соглашения 22 июля 2022 г., в частности. Как известно, в качестве мер реагирования на усугубление продовольственного кризиса на фоне пандемии COVID-19, бесконтрольной денежной эмиссии западных стран и форсированного перехода на «зелёную экономику» А.Гутерреш выступил с предложением по нормализации поставок продовольствия и удобрений из России и Украины в рамках единого «пакета». Данное предложение было формализовано в Стамбуле 22 июля 2022 г. в виде одновременного подписания двух взаимодополняемых договоренностей – вышеуказанной «черноморской инициативы» и Меморандума Россия-ООН по продвижению отечественной сельхозпродукции.
Их синхронная реализация в увязке друг с другом призвана снизить угрозы голода и оказать помощь нуждающимся странам Африки, Азии и Латинской Америки.
Однако на практике до сих пор, через 8 месяцев после заключения, выполняется только одна часть «пакета» – по вывозу украинского продовольствия. Причем выполняется в далеких от заявленных гуманитарных целей параметрах. Прогресс в реализации Меморандума Россия-ООН по нормализации нашего сельхозэкспорта стремится к нулю. Причина – упорное нежелание западников признавать вторую часть «пакета» А.Гутерреша и продолжение ими санкционных ограничений, которые, несмотря на все голословные декларации Вашингтона, Брюсселя и Лондона, распространяются на продовольствие и удобрения. Фактически, ооновцы пытаются работать над изъятиями нашей сельхозпродукции из-под рестрикций, которых не должно быть, в принципе, коль скоро это касается глобальной продовольственной безопасности. Работают безуспешно.
Наглядный пример – безвозмездная передача российских удобрений (262 000 тонн), заблокированных в портах Латвии, Литвы, Эстонии и Нидерландов, беднейшим странам. Полгода спустя единственной отправленной партией остается поставка в Малави (20 000 тонн), которая пока ещё не дошла до получателя.

Таким образом, вынуждены констатировать – предложенный А.Гутеррешем и подписанный в Стамбуле 22 июля 2022 г. «пакет» договоренностей не работает. Главная проблема – саботаж западными странами выполнения Меморандума Россия-ООН. Очевидно, что американцам и европейцам нет дела ни до потребностей нуждающихся стран, ни до усилий ООН, которую они давно и упорно пытаются превратить в послушный инструмент обслуживания своих политических целей.
❗️ Пора прекратить разыгрывать продовольственную карту. Львиная доля зерна из Украины идет по демпинговым ценам на фураж в Евросоюз, а не в беднейшие государства. Российскому же сельхозэкспорту чинятся откровенные препятствия, как бы ни убеждали всех в обратном европейцы и американцы, которым не привыкать говорить неправду.

Such claims go in line with similar unfounded statements disseminated by Euro-Atlantic NGOs.
🇷🇺 The Russian Federation regards all such information as intention by the West to carry out a provocation in Ukraine using toxic chemicals, presuming that amid hostilities the international community will be unable to organise an effective investigation, the real organisers and executors may escape accountability, and the blame could be placed on Russia.

4 марта исполняется пять лет с инцидента, связанного с «отравлением» в Солсбери российских граждан – Сергея и Юлии Скрипалей.
▪️За все эти годы истинные обстоятельства произошедшего так и не были установлены британскими властями.
▪️С 2018 ситуация вокруг С. и Ю. Скрипалей превратилась в один из элементов всеобъемлющего антироссийского курса Лондона.
▪️Очевидно, что события 2018 года были лишь «пробным шаром» в планомерной информационно-психологической кампании, направленной на демонизацию России.

Образ многополярного мира. Цивилизационный фактор и место России в формирующемся миропорядке
Ключевые тезисы
🔹 Мир движется от глобализации к формированию множества цивилизационных платформ и далее – к взаимодействию и интеграции между ними. Это длительный исторический процесс, целая эпоха, в которую мы вступаем.
🔹 Цивилизационные общности не могут и совсем необязательно должны быть равновеликими по экономической и военной мощи, размерам территории или численности населения. Их объединяет то, что они обладают способностью влиять на глобальные процессы, привносить в мировую дискуссию свой взгляд на решение проблем.
🔹 Критерии, которым отвечают цивилизации и иные глобально значимые игроки:
- способность и наличие воли осуществлять суверенную, независимую внутреннюю и внешнюю политику;
- наличие достаточного комплексного экономического, военного, демографического, научно-образовательного и технологического потенциала.
- ресурсная обеспеченность, позволяющая сохранять социально-экономическую устойчивость и поддерживать высокий уровень самодостаточности национального хозяйства.
- способность выступать «точкой сборки» сопредельных географических пространств, играть ведущую роль в интеграционных проектах.
- наличие собственной философии развития, своего, «авторского», видения международной политики, самобытного и значимого в мировом масштабе культурного и духовного потенциала.
🔹 Гарантировать свободу и благополучие всех государств многополярного мира, независимо от принадлежности к той или иной цивилизационной группе, призвано соблюдение принципа суверенного равенства, закреплённого в Уставе ООН. Выступая за соблюдение этого принципа, мы отстаиваем важнейшую константу в деле демократизации международных отношений, защиты культурно-цивилизационного разнообразия и строительства многополярной миросистемы, при которой ни одно государство не должно быть ущемлено.
🔹 Деколонизация 1960-х гг. не привела к обретению новыми независимыми государствами полноценного экономического и политического суверенитета. Неоколониализм призван был обеспечить безостановочную перекачку ресурсов развивающегося мира на нужды «золотого миллиарда». После распада СССР и социалистического содружества эта система распространилась практически на весь мир под лозунгами глобализации.
🔹 В начале XXI века ускорившийся в силу развития трансграничной кооперации подъём Глобального Востока и Юга сломал эту экономически и морально несостоятельную парадигму. В 2021 г. страны БРИКС превзошли долю «семёрки» в общемировом объёме экономической активности, сформировав 32 процента мирового ВВП по ППС. За экономическим развитием приходит политическая субъектность. В каждом из мировых макрорегионов выдвинулось глобально значимое государство-лидер или несколько таких стран.
🔹 Есть основания полагать, что импульс для качественного преображения ситуации дала специальная военная операция России. Об этом свидетельствует неготовность Мирового большинства присоединяться к антироссийской санкционной и политико-пропагандистской кампании Запада.
🔹 Осознание того, что правила игры меняются, в принципе могло бы само по себе стать стимулом для всех договариваться. Но пока мы видим, как англосаксы, а точнее – их правящие элиты, сделали ставку на силовую реставрацию «однополярного момента» начала 1990-х годов. Для этого они добиваются расчленения цивилизационных общностей на удобные для поглощения сегменты по формуле «разделяй и властвуй».
🔹 Цивилизационный фактор в международных делах – примета времени. В момент смены исторических вех усиливается борьба идей и представлений о будущем. Но эта коллизия происходит не в абстракции и не в вакууме. Её рамку задаёт геополитический и цивилизационный облик многополярного мира, который рождается сегодня.

⚡️ On the Istanbul food and fertiliser agreements
There are mounting speculations on further developments as the expiration date of the second 120-day term of the Black Sea Initiative on exporting Ukrainian grain draws nearer. At Kiev and Washington’s instigation, it is being insinuated that the initiative should be both preserved in its existing parameters (the three ports – Odessa, Chernomorsk and Yuzhny – for 120 days with the possibility of another 120-day extension, if none of the three parties – Russia, Türkiye or Ukraine – have any objections) and expanded in terms of time and space (for one year with the addition of more seaports). This is being accompanied by clumsy attempts to invoke UN efforts to ensure global food security.
In this connection, a reminder of the UN Secretary-General’s grain deal concept in general and of how the Istanbul Agreements of July 22, 2022 were signed in particular, is in order. As is common knowledge, Antonio Guterres suggested a package deal to normalise food and fertiliser supplies from Russia and Ukraine as a response to the worsening food crisis against the background of the Covid-19 pandemic, uncontrolled Western money printing, and an accelerated transition to the green economy. This suggestion was formalised in Istanbul on July 22, 2022, in the form of the simultaneous signing of two mutually complementary agreements – the above-mentioned Black Sea Initiative and the Russia-UN Memorandum on promoting Russian agricultural products.
Their synchronised and interconnected implementation is designed to reduce the threat of hunger and provide assistance to needy countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America.
☝️ But in practice, eight months after the signing, just one part of the package – the exportation of Ukrainian food – is being implemented. Moreover, the mode of its implementation is far from the announced humanitarian aims. <...>
Progress in implementing the Russia-UN Memorandum on promoting Russian agricultural exports is tending towards zero. The reason is the West’s stubborn unwillingness to recognise the second part of the Guterres package and their continued application of sanctions, which, despite all the empty declarations by Washington, Brussels and London, still extend to food and fertilisers. In fact, UN officials are trying to lift restrictions on Russian agricultural products; these restrictions must be null and void in a situation where global food security is at stake. But the UN efforts are futile. <...>
Thus, we have to state that the package of agreements proposed by Antonio Guterres and signed in Istanbul on July 22, 2022 is not working. The main problem is that the Western countries are sabotaging the implementation of the Russia-UN Memorandum. As is obvious, the Americans and Europeans are totally unconcerned with either the needs of destitute countries or the efforts of the United Nations, which they have long and persistently attempted to turn into an obedient tool for serving their political interests.
❗️ It is high time they stopped playing the food card. The lion’s share of Ukrainian grain is sold at dumping prices for fodder in the EU rather than in the poorest countries. At the same time, they openly put obstacles in the way of Russian agricultural exports, no matter what the Europeans and Americans say to the contrary. After all, they are not strangers to telling lies.
☝️ The West is shamelessly burying the humanitarian package initiated by the UN Secretary-General.
