🔹 Yesterday I signed a decree on the status of a large family. I can say without any doubt that a large family is the backbone of the country.
🔹 We believe that traditional values, as well as the aspirations of peoples for true freedom and sovereignty, will serve as a support for the formation of a multipolar world.
