Russian President Vladimir #Putin: Another punitive operation in Donbass, an invasion of our historic lands, including Crimea, was openly in the making. Kiev declared that it could attain nuclear weapons. The NATO bloc launched an active military build-up on the territories adjacent to us.

Thus, an absolutely unacceptable threat to us was steadily being created right on our borders. There was every indication that a clash with neo-Nazis and Banderites backed by the United States and their minions was unavoidable.

Let me repeat, we saw the military infrastructure being built up, hundreds of foreign advisors starting work, and regular supplies of cutting-edge weaponry being delivered from NATO countries. The threat grew every day.

Russia launched a pre-emptive strike at the aggression. It was a forced, timely and the only correct decision. A decision by a sovereign, strong and independent country.

Таким образом, планомерно создавалась абсолютно неприемлемая для нас угроза, причём непосредственно у наших границ. Всё говорило о том, что столкновение с неонацистами, бандеровцами, на которых США и их младшие компаньоны сделали ставку, будет неизбежным.

Повторю, мы видели, как разворачивается военная инфраструктура, как начали работать сотни зарубежных советников, шли регулярные поставки самого современного оружия из стран НАТО. Опасность росла с каждым днём.

Россия дала упреждающий отпор агрессии. Это было вынужденное, своевременное и единственно правильное решение. Решение суверенной, сильной, самостоятельной страны.

Russian President Vladimir #Putin: The United States began claiming their exceptionalism, particularly after the collapse of the Soviet Union, thus denigrating not just the entire world but also their satellites, who have to pretend not to see anything, and to obediently put up with it.

But we are a different country. Russia has a different character. We will never give up our love for our Motherland, our faith and traditional values, our ancestors’ customs and respect for all peoples and cultures.

Meanwhile, the West seems to be set to cancel these millennia-old values. Such moral degradation underlies the cynical falsifications of World War II history, escalating Russophobia, praising traitors, mocking their victims’ memory and crossing out the courage of those who won the Victory through suffering.

Но мы другая страна. У России другой характер. Мы никогда не откажемся от любви к Родине, от веры и традиционных ценностей, от обычаев предков, от уважения ко всем народам и культурам.

А на Западе эти тысячелетние ценности, судя по всему, решили отменить. Такая нравственная деградация стала основой циничных фальсификаций истории Второй мировой, разжигания русофобии, восхваления предателей, издевательства над памятью их жертв, перечёркивания мужества тех, кто добыл и выстрадал Победу.

💥High-precision, long-range sea- and air-based weapons on the northern outskirts Kremenchug, Poltava region, have destroyed the production facilities of an oil refinery and tanks with petrol and diesel fuel intended to supply Ukrainian forces' military equipment.

✈️💥Operational-tactical and army aviation have hit 153 areas of concentration of manpower and military equipment.

▫️2 Ukrainian Grad multiple-launch rocket launchers and 1 US-made air defence warning and indication radar have also been destroyed near Kharkov.

💥Missile troops and artillery units have hit 15 command posts, 520 areas of manpower and military equipment concentration, 6 artillery units at firing positions, and 1 missile weapons depot near Shebelinka, Kharkov Region.

💥Russian air defence means have shot down 1 Su-27 aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Force near Lozovaya, Kharkov Region.

▫️Additionally, 15 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles have been shot down in the air near Balakleya, Malaya Kamyshevakha, Bolshie Prokhody, Borovskoe, Prudyanka and Volokhov Yar in Kharkov Region, Topolynoe and Pavlovka in Zaporozhye Region, Yevgenovka, Yasinovataya, Yegorovka, Puteprovod, Avdeevka, Panteleimonovka and Krutaya Balka in Donetsk Region.

▫️2 Ukrainian Smerch multiple-launch rockets have been also shot down over Topolskoe, Kharkov Region.

📊In total, 165 Ukrainian aircraft and 125 helicopters, 842 unmanned aerial vehicles, 304 anti-aircraft missile systems, 3,032 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 368 multiple launch rocket systems, 1,491 field artillery and mortars, as well as 2,869 units of special military vehicles were destroyed during the operation.

💬 Russia's Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights Maria Lvova-Belova: More than 190,000 children had arrived in Russia from Donbass by early May, including about 1,200 coming from orphanages in the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics.

A mass shooting Saturday afternoon at a supermarket in Buffalo, New York, livestreamed via internet and suspected of being a racially motivated attack, has resulted so far in 10 deaths.
The white supremacist Payton Gendron who had committed the unparalleled atrocity was deemed Nazi terrorist by mainstream media right away. Most of his victims were black people.
Before the attack Gendron shared a fascist manifesto featuring the same ‘black sun’ Nazi symbol used by Ukraine's ‘Azov’ militia.
But of course this is a coincidence. After all, ‘civilized’ West cannot arm and train, call ‘defenders of Ukraine’ and sympathize with ordinary Nazis who had killed thousands in Donbass. Or can it?

Сторонника превосходства белой расы Пейтона Джендрона, совершившего это беспрецедентное зверство, СМИ тут же окрестили нацистом и террористом. Большинство его жертв - темнокожие люди.
Перед нападением Джендрон опубликовал фашистский манифест, одним из графических элементов которого является тот самый нацистский символ "черное солнце", который используют боевики украинского "Азова".
Но это, конечно же, просто совпадение. В конце концов, не может же "цивилизованный" Запад вооружать, тренировать, называть "защитниками Украины" и сочувствовать обыкновенным нацистам, которые убили тысячи человек на Донбассе. Или может?
