🇷🇺🇩🇪📞 President of Russia Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with Federal Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany Olaf Scholz.

👉 The discussion focused on various aspects of the situation around Ukraine. Vladimir Putin again explained in detail Russia’s fundamental approaches to the special military operation and pointed out the destructive policy of Western countries, including Germany, pumping the Kiev regime with weapons and training the Ukrainian military.

☝️ The President of Russia called on Germany to reconsider its approaches in the context of the Ukrainian developments.

Vladimir Putin and Olaf Scholz also touched upon certain aspects of implementing the July 22 Istanbul package deal on the export of Ukrainian grain from the Black Sea ports and the unblocking of food and fertiliser exports from Russia. The parties emphasised the need for bona fide comprehensive implementation of the grain deal, which implies the elimination of all barriers for Russian exports.

❗️ We believe we need to negotiate. This is an axiom of diplomacy. The #OSCE cannot be in an eternal "waiting mode" - as it is now. It can’t also justify its further existence by the task of “punishing and restraining” #Russia

💬 Крайне разочарованы стилем и методами работы польского Действующего председательства. Сожалеем, что Варшава не смогла победить внутренние комплексы, приподняться над историческими обидами в интересах укрепления коллективных основ работы #ОБСЕ

🔸 Остро нуждаются в переподтверждении принципы консенсуса и невмешательства во внутренние дела друг друга. Надо прописать в документах #ОБСЕ культуру компромисса и отказ от «двойных стандартов»

🔸 Необходимо сохранить единое общеевропейское пространство «от Ванкувера до Владивостока», не допустить его фрагментации, отрыва западной части континента от восточной

❗️ We are outraged by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs statement regarding the plans to create a “special tribunal for the crimes of Russia’s aggression.”

In addition to their attempts to involve the International Criminal Court, the Western countries have decided to push forward the idea of ​​creating another openly politicised "judicial" body which, in fact, has absolutely nothing to do with justice.

We demand that French diplomats, who are so sensitive about human rights issues, not divide people into “right” and “wrong”, “their own” and “others.” Of the numerous teams of lawyers and crime experts that France is sending to Ukraine, at least someone should look into the widely covered atrocities committed by the Ukrainian nationalists and visit Russian territories that are subjected to the Ukrainian forces’ artillery and missile fire.

This is not the first time that we are encountering Western countries’ hypocrisy in the humanitarian aftermath of hostilities. The crimes committed by the United States and its allies in Yugoslavia, Iraq, Libya, and Syria, to name a few, which led to numerous civilians being killed with weapons manufactured by the US or European defence companies, can be clearly seen by the people of these countries, their neighbours in the regions, and everyone else who is not part of the notorious “golden billion.”

This attempt by the Western countries to quickly cobble together a quasi-judicial mechanism, unparallelled in its legal nihilism, is yet another example of the double standards practiced by the West. This insider system will never have jurisdiction over Russia.

👉 We suggest that Paris start by creating a special tribunal for its own crimes committed during colonial wars, various punitive operations, and interventions in various parts of the world.

❗️ Возмущены заявлением Министерства Европы и иностранных дел Франции относительно планов создания некоего «специального трибунала по преступлениям агрессии России».

В дополнение к попыткам привлечь Международный уголовный суд страны Запада решили продвигать идею о создании очередной откровенно политизированной «судебной» инстанции, по сути, не имеющей ничего общего с правосудием.

☝️ Требуем, чтобы французские дипломаты, столь внимательно относящиеся к проблематике защиты прав человека, не делили людей на «правильных» и «неправильных», «своих» и «не своих». Из многочисленных бригад юристов и криминалистов, отправляемых Францией на Украину, следовало бы выделить хотя бы одного эксперта для изучения получивших широкую огласку злодеяний украинских националистов, а также посещения обстреливаемых ВСУ российских территорий.

Не в первый раз сталкиваемся с лицемерием западных стран при обсуждении гуманитарных последствий боевых действий. Преступления США и их союзников в Югославии, Ираке, Ливии, Сирии, других странах, приведшие к многочисленным жертвам среди мирного населения от оружия американских и европейских оборонно-промышленных компаний, очевидны для жителей пострадавших государств, их соседей по региону, всех тех, кто не входит в пресловутый «золотой миллиард».

Нынешняя попытка западных стран создать на скорую руку беспрецедентный по своему правовому нигилизму квазисудебный механизм – очередной пример практики двойных стандартов Запада. Над Россией у такого междусобойчика юрисдикции никогда не будет.

👉 Рекомендуем Парижу начать с того, чтобы создать специальный трибунал по собственным преступлениям в ходе колониальных войн, различных карательных операций, вмешательств в самых разных частях света.
