8 апреля украинскими вооруженными формированиями было совершено очередное военное преступление - нанесён удар тактической ракетой «Точка-У» по железнодорожному вокзалу.
Сообщается о десятках погибших и более сотни раненых.
🕯 Выражаем глубокие соболезнования родным и близким погибших.
🚫 Объект обстрела был выбран неслучайно - киевский режим стремится к максимальным жертвам среди мирных жителей.
Их убийство в Донбассе за прошедшие восемь лет стало привычной практикой для украинских вооруженных формирований. Хладнокровно уничтожая гражданское население, Киев пытается переложить ответственность на российскую сторону, чтобы дискредитировать специальную военную операцию по защите ДНР и ЛНР.

The two Leaders exchanged greetings on the 30th anniversary of diplomatic ties between the two countries and discussed topical issues on the bilateral agenda and prospects for cooperation in regional formats, including within the Caspian Five. They reaffirmed their mutual resolve to further promote the strategic partnership between Russia and Turkmenistan.
Vladimir Putin invited Serdar Berdimuhamedov to visit Russia. The invitation was accepted with gratitude.

🚫 On April 8, Krzysztof Krajewski, the Polish Ambassador to Russia, was summoned to the Foreign Ministry in Moscow where a resolute protest was lodged in connection with the March 23, 2022 decision to declare 45 officials of Russian diplomatic missions in Poland personae non grata.
The Russian side told the Ambassador that it saw this step as confirmation of Warsaw’s deliberate efforts to completely destroy bilateral relations. Responsibility for this rests entirely with the Polish side.
ℹ️ As a retaliatory measure following Poland’s unfriendly move to expel Russian diplomats and under the principle of reciprocity, 45 officials from the Embassy of the Republic of Poland and its consulates-general in Irkutsk, Kaliningrad and St Petersburg have been declared personae non grata. They will have to leave the territory of the Russian Federation by midnight April 13. The relevant note was presented to the Ambassador of Poland to Russia.

💬 Кощунственное решение латвийских парламентариев подлежит решительному осуждению со стороны всех здравомыслящих сил не только в России, но и во всём мире. Его можно также охарактеризовать как попытку унизить проживающую в Латвии русскоязычную общину, бережно хранящую память о подвигах героев-антифашистов.
В то же время данный законодательный акт не вызывает удивления, поскольку правящий в Латвии режим давно хорошо известен своими неонацистскими предпочтениями и попытками обелить зверства подручных гитлеровской Германии. The Truth is: this horrific and crude provocation was done by the Kiev regime, aimed at maintaining the anti-Russian hysteria in the West at the cost of lives of the people of Kramatorsk, a predominantly Russian-speaking city in the Donbass area, that has suffered greatly in the past 8 years under the Ukrainian Neo-Nazis.

🚨Read extracts from the statement of the Russian Permanent Representative to the OSCE Alexander Lukashevich «Gross violations of the rights of the Russian and Russian-speaking population in some OSCE participating States as open disregard for international law and international legal instruments» (OSCE Permanent Council meeting, 7 April 2022):
🔺Canada, USA, «collective» Brussels and EU member states foment unprecedented Russophobic sentiments, condone Russophobic actions, ignore hate speech in all public and social strata.
🔺In their anti-Russian fervor, they consciously disregard the fundamental principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and their international legal obligations, including those under the relevant international covenants.
🔺In violation of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, in some OSCE pS Russian-speaking minors are bullied, humiliated, insulted, and beaten in schools. Not to mention psychological pressure and creation of conditions that hinder educational process.
🔺Campaign has been launched to eliminate Russian presence in the global information space, Russian journalists are banned from expressing their opinions, Russian-speaking residents of some OSCE pS are denied the right to access to information in their native language.
🔺A number of U.S. social media platforms have willingly joined the campaign of rabid Russophobia. Meta stated that in the context of situation in Ukraine, it will not prohibit its users from calling for violence against Russians and the Russian military.
🔺We are concerned about the safety of Russian-speaking journalists and civic activists, incl. in light of the appearance in Latvia of an equivalent of the notorious Ukrainian website «Myrotvorets», which publishes data of those who support Russia's actions in Ukraine.
🔺Unfortunately, some OSCE executive structures - ODIHR and RfoM - turn a blind eye to the mass Russophobia. Apparently they are too busy spreading fakes on their social media about Russia's special military operation in Ukraine.
🔺We call on OSCE pS to stop neglecting their international obligations and to finally start practically countering Russophobic hysteria.

❗️ Ukraine turned down all proposals and agreed-upon positions without explaining its motives.
Before that Russia and Ukraine negotiated a plan for exchanging prisoners of war. It was intended to do everything under the established procedure, as stipulated by humanitarian norms and in cooperation with international organisations.
We have every reason to believe that the situation with captive Russian service personnel (and their condition) leaves much to be desired.
Also: The Kiev regime notified that it does not intend to honour the Geneva Convention.
Not only are Western countries aware of Kiev’s crude violations of international humanitarian law with regard to Russian prisoners of war. They receive all information, and they are also trying to help Ukrainian authorities avoid responsibility.

▫️During the day, more than 80 residents, including 14 children, were evacuated from the basements of residential buildings near the contact line.
▫️IFV-1 infantry fighting vehicles and armoured personnel carriers were used to safely evacuate civilians from under AFU fire.
▫️The movements of the evacuation units were camouflaged with smoke.
▫️All people were taken to safe locations. The inhabitants affected by the shelling were provided with qualified medical assistance by Russian servicemen, including at the medical unit of the special-purpose medical unit.

❗️ Kiev nationalist regime is preparing another provocation to accuse Russia of allegedly massacring civilians in Irpen, Kiev Region
☝️ Units of the Russian Armed Forces left the town more than a week ago.
◾️ The Security Service of Ukraine plans to bring the bodies of local residents killed by Ukrainian artillery shelling from the morgue of the town hospital on Polevaya Street to the basement of a building on the eastern outskirts of Irpen.
◾️ Then a staged action with shooting and "destruction" of an alleged "Russian reconnaissance group" that arrived in Irpen "to kill witnesses of Russian war crimes" will be staged by the Security Service of Ukraine in Puscha-Voditskii forest area.
◾️ At the same time, the bodies of captured Russian servicemen previously killed by nationalists under torture will be presented as "undeniable evidence" in the forest.
◾️ This cynical staged action is organised for later distribution of video footage through the Western media.

💬 The new Russia made an attempt to meet the West halfway. We demonstrated our readiness to compromise, making unforgivable concessions in some cases. The West cynically took advantage of such a constructive approach.
❗️ The Russian Side finds efforts of the NATO members to "militarily explore" the territories of Ukraine and Georgia and establish a network of US biolabs along our borders totally unacceptable!
☝️ Today it is extremely important to achieve the demilitarization and deNAZIfication of Ukraine. There should be no threats to the Russian Federation coming from the Ukrainian territory. This is the objective of our special military operation.

On the planned Ukrainian provocation in Irpen
According to confirmed reports, the Kiev nationalist regime is preparing another provocation to accuse Russia of allegedly massacring civilians in Irpen, Kiev Region.
It’s important to recall that units of the Russian Armed Forces left the town more than a week ago.
The Security Service of Ukraine plans to bring the bodies of local residents killed by Ukrainian artillery shelling from the morgue of the town hospital on Polevaya Street to the basement of a building on the eastern outskirts of Irpen.
Then a staged action with shooting and "destruction" of an alleged "Russian reconnaissance group" that arrived in Irpen "to kill witnesses of Russian war crimes" will be staged by the Security Service of Ukraine in Puscha-Voditskii forest area.
At the same time, the bodies of captured Russian servicemen previously killed by nationalists under torture will be presented as "undeniable evidence" in the forest.
This cynical staged action is organised for later distribution of video footage through the Western media.

Facts. The false-flag nature of what happened in the city of Kramatorsk - an unthinkable, cynical attack on civilians - is getting more evident by the minute.
Not only a Tochka-U missile was used (this alone is an answer - Russian forces have literally 0 of these armaments), the m.o. and the ballistic trajectory point to the Ukrainian military & Neo-Nazi units as the responsible party.
The serial numbers themselves on the very missile that killed people this week is a near match to the one fired by the Ukrainian army in 2015 against the town of Alchevsk (a documented case) - 9M979-1 Ш91579 in Kramatorsk and 9M979-1 Ш91565 in Alchevsk. Same batch?

🔺The Russian Federation is opening daily from 08:00 to 19:00 (Moscow time) 🌊 a humanitarian corridor, which is a safe lane south-west of Ukraine's territorial sea, 80 nautical miles long and 3 nautical miles wide.
🔺Information on the operation of the Maritime Humanitarian Corridor is announced in navigational warnings through the World Navigation Alert Service (Area 3, Cadiz, 🇪🇸 Spain). Every 15 minutes every day on international VHF radio channels 14 and 16, the Russian Navy transmits messages in English and Russian containing detailed information on the operation of the Maritime Humanitarian Corridor.
🔺At the same time, the 🇺🇦Kiev authorities continue to fail to acknowledge and shy away from engaging on the issue of ensuring the safe passage of foreign vessels to the assembly area.
🇷🇺The Russian Federation is taking a full range of exhaustive measures to ensure civilian navigation in the Black Sea, the Sea of Azov and the Mediterranean.
📍Once again, we call on the International Maritime Organization and the management of ship-owning companies to influence official Kiev to take measures aimed at unblocking and securing the departure of foreign vessels from Ukrainian ports.

⚔️ The Odessa Operation took place from March 26 to April 14, 1944. In the early hours of April 10, the 8th Guards Army and the 6th and the 5th Attack Armies, along with guerilla forces attacked hostile forces in Odessa after a short shelling attack. By 10 a.m. Soviet troops had fully liberated Odessa.
🕯 During the Nazis’ Siege of Odessa, which lasted 907 days, 82,000 citizens perished, and an additional 78,000 people were sent to Germany to work as slave labourers.
🎖 Twenty seven units and troops, which distinguished themselves during the liberation of the city, were designated “Odessa” units. For heroism and bravery displayed during battle 14 people were awarded the title of the Hero of the Soviet Union. In 1965 Odessa was awarded the title of #HeroCity.
