🇷🇺 Traditional values include human life, dignity, human rights and freedoms, patriotism, civic consciousness, service to the Fatherland and responsibility for its destiny, high moral ideals, strong families, productive labour, the primacy of the spiritual over corporeal, humanism, charity, justice, collectivism, mutual assistance and mutual respect, historical memory and the continuity of generations, as well as the unity of Russia’s peoples.

The National Security Strategy of the Russian Federation assesses that the situation in Russia and the world requires emergency measures to defend traditional values.

⚠️ Threats to traditional values come from:
• extremist and terrorist organisations,
• some news media and communication platforms,
• the actions of the United States and other unfriendly foreign states, several transnational corporations and foreign NGOs,
• the activities of some organisations and individuals in the territory of Russia.

Destructive ideological influences on Russian citizens are threatening the demographic health of the country.

🇷🇺🇺🇳 15 ноября на о.Бали в Индонезии «на полях» саммита «Группы двадцати» состоялась встреча С.В.Лаврова с Генеральным секретарем ООН А.Гутеррешем.

❗️ The footage of the wreckage detected in Przewodów, published in the evening of 15 November in Poland, has been identified without a shadow of a doubt by professionals of Russian defence industrial complex as elements of S-300 air defence guided missile of Ukrainian Air Force.

The statements of various Ukrainian sources and foreign officials on the fall of alleged 'Russian rockets' in Przewodów are a deliberate provocation aimed at escalating the situation.

We also want to stress that no missile strikes were launched at any facilities in Kiev within high-precision firepower's massive attack on the facilities located in Ukraine.

All the destructions in the residential quarters of the Ukrainian capital, demonstrated by the Kiev regime, are the direct consequence of the fall and self-destruction of the air defence missiles launched by Ukrainian forces from the foreign-manufactured air defence systems deployed within the city limits.

ℹ️ We want to emphasise that the high-precision attacks were launched only at the targets located in Ukraine and no closer than 35 kilometres from the Ukrainian–Polish border.

Несмотря на это, фиксируем возмутительную публичную реакцию на происшествие в целом ряде стран НАТО, средствах массовой информации, которые в унисон без желания разобраться в ситуации поспешили растиражировать абсолютно ложные, голословные утверждения о том, что виновником может быть Россия.

Проведены т.н. «консультации» западных структур, породившие новую волну бездоказательных обвинений, которые однако быстро пошли на спад. Усматриваем в этой вакханалии умышленные действия, предпринимаемые в рамках проводимой на Западе на системной основе антироссийской кампании вокруг Украины.

☝️ При этом обращает на себя особое внимание, с какой оперативностью обвинения в адрес России начали выдвигать представители киевского режима. Похоже, что власти в Киеве всячески используют любую возможность для обвинений России и попыток консолидации западной поддержки на фоне того, что режим Зеленского, похоже, утомил их покровителей. Тем более что предварительные данные об этом инциденте указывают на Украину.

16 ноября в МИД России был вызван временный поверенный в делах Республики Польша в Российской Федерации Я.Щлядевский.

Дипломату было указано на неприемлемое нагнетание в Польше антироссийской истерии вокруг инцидента с падением 15 ноября 2022 года в польском населённом пункте Пшеводуве двух ракет, повлекшего за собой гибель людей.

Несмотря на ночное время и отсутствие на тот момент какой-либо достоверной информации о произошедшем, Варшава посчитала нужным вызвать в МИД Польши Посла России и устроить из этого политическое шоу.

Акцентировали, что российская сторона ожидает от Варшавы прекращения всяческих антироссийских спекуляций в связи с этим инцидентом. Напомнили, что все исчерпывающие разъяснения о непричастности к нему наших Вооружённых Сил были оперативно даны Министерством обороны Российской Федерации. ⚡️ Russian Foreign Ministry Statement on false accusations of Russia's involvement in the missile incident in Poland.

In connection with two missiles landing in the territory of the Republic of Poland on November 15, 2022 near the Polish-Ukrainian border, the Defence Ministry of the Russian Federation immediately provided comprehensive clarification on Russia’s armed forces not being involved in this incident.

Despite this, we have noted an outrageous public reaction to the incident in a number of NATO countries and the media which, without looking into the situation, scrambled as one to spread absolutely fake and unfounded allegations about Russia potentially being responsible. The Western organisations held “consultations” which gave rise to a new wave of unsubstantiated accusations, which, however, quickly subsided.

We see this mayhem as a deliberate effort made as part of a systematic anti-Russia campaign conducted by the West around Ukraine. At the same time, the speed with which accusations against Russia were made by the Kiev regime is notable.

Kiev seems to take every opportunity to blame Russia and to try to consolidate Western support as the Zelensky regime appears to have tired its patrons. In addition, the preliminary data about this incident point to Ukraine.

❗️ We are confident that an impartial investigation and publication of the results will expose the facts of this provocation.

⚡️ О «черноморской инициативе» по вывозу украинского продовольствия

18 ноября истекает срок действия четырехсторонней «сделки» (Россия-Турция-Украина-ООН), подписанной в Стамбуле 22 июля. Текст документа предусматривает его автоматическое продление на очередные 120 дней при отсутствии возражений какой-либо из сторон.

Таких возражений не поступило.

Российская сторона также допускает техническую пролонгацию «черноморской инициативы» без каких-либо изменений по срокам и охвату.

❗️ В Москве чётко и откровенно подчеркивали и продолжают подчёркивать взаимоувязанный «пакетный» характер договоренностей по украинскому продовольствию и эффективному выполнению российско-ооновского Меморандума по нормализации отечественного сельхозэкспорта.

Мы приняли к сведению активизацию работы Секретариата ООН по выполнению взятых им на себя обязательств в этой связи и предоставленную нам информацию о промежуточных результатах его работы по снятию препятствий на поставки российских удобрений и продовольствия. Все эти вопросы должны быть решены в ходе 120 дней, на которые продлевается «пакетная сделка».

Отмечаем, что после наших многократных напоминаний стали предприниматься усилия по разблокированию задержанных в портах ЕС около 300 тысяч тонн российских удобрений, которые Россия безвозмездно передает нуждающимся развивающимся странам. Дальнейшее затягивание в осуществлении этих остро необходимых им поставок недопустимо.

⚡️ Press release on the Black Sea initiative for the export of Ukrainian food

The four-party deal by Russia, Turkey, Ukraine and the United Nations, signed in Istanbul on July 22, will expire on November 18. The text of the document provides for its automatic extension for another 120 days in the absence of objections from any of the parties.

No such objections have been received.

The Russian side also allows for the technical extension of the Black Sea initiative without any changes in its terms or scope. Moscow has clearly and openly emphasised that the agreements on Ukrainian food and the effective implementation of the Russian-UN Memorandum on the normalisation of Russian agricultural exports is a package deal, and that remains unchanged.

We took note of the intensification of the UN Secretariat’s effort to fulfil its obligations in this regard and the information provided to us on the intermediate results of its work to remove obstacles to Russian fertiliser and food exports. All these issues must be resolved within 120 days, the period for which the package deal is to be extended.

We note that, after our repeated reminders, efforts have begun to be made towards unblocking the nearly 300,000 tonnes of Russian fertilisers detained in EU ports, which Russia is donating to developing countries in need. Further delay of these urgently needed shipments is unacceptable.

⚠️ It should also be absolutely clear that any attempt to use the humanitarian corridor in the Black Sea for military provocations will receive a harsh response.

We believe that Russia’s considerations and concerns will be fully taken into account in the coming period, which will ensure well-coordinated work without any imbalances and the due result achieved from the full implementation of both Istanbul agreements in the interests of global food security.

⚡️ Foreign Ministry Statement on the District Court of The Hague’s verdict on the MH17 criminal case

On November 17, the District Court of The Hague delivered a verdict to two Russian nationals, Igor Girkin and Sergey Dubinsky, and Ukrainian citizen Leonid Kharchenko, ruling that they were guilty of complicity in the crash of Malaysia Airlines MH17 in eastern Ukraine on July 17, 2014. The defendants were given life sentences. A fourth defendant, Russian citizen Oleg Pulatov, was declared not guilty.

❗️ Both the proceedings and the outcome of the trial prove that the process was based on a political order to prop up the version of Russia’s responsibility for the tragedy.

Throughout the entire proceedings the court had been under unprecedented pressure from Dutch politicians, the Prosecutor’s Office and the media who were all trying to impose a politically motivated result on the hearings. It is also obvious that the Netherlands could not afford any verdict other than guilty at the national level since they had launched concurrent proceedings on the MH17 case in other platforms, and a ‘not guilty’ verdict would collapse the narrative of the collective platforms, including international jurisdictions. Objectivity and impartiality under these conditions were out of the question.

When determining the verdict, the court decided to ignore the fact that the conclusions of the Dutch prosecutors were based on evidence from anonymous witnesses whose identities had been classified, as well as questionable information and materials provided by an interested party – the Security Service of Ukraine, which had been repeatedly caught giving false and contradictory information.

☝️ In addition, the defence’s argument that there was no compelling evidence that MH17 was shot down by a Russian missile was ignored. Only the materials that supported the Hague-promoted version were analysed, while the documents, declassified by the Russian Defence Ministry, on transferring the missile to Ukraine, whose serial number was identified on the wreckage at the crash site, were brushed aside.

🛰 Images from US satellites taken on the day of the crash could have provided some clarity. However, Washington resolutely refused the judges’ requests to reveal the records or at least to let them look at them under special conditions.

It is still unclear what the most ardent accusers of Russia are concealing. The fact that this has never worried the judges is cause for sincere astonishment.

Ukraine is flagrantly violating international humanitarian law, specifically the 1949 Geneva Convention relative to the Treatment of Prisoners of War and international human rights laws, including the 1966 International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the 1984 Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment.

We have repeatedly drawn the attention of the international community to Ukraine’s cruel and inhuman treatment of detained Russian military personnel. Clips regularly disseminated by the militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine showed how they murder, torture, humiliate and beat people. Without any embarrassment, Ukrainian neo-Nazis showed their “exploits” for everyone to see. These videos will make your blood run cold – they shoot tied up soldiers in the legs, disrespect the bodies of the dead and shoot unarmed soldiers and civilians. They have even shared footage of tanks crushing people alive.

The collective West that supports Kiev totally paid no attention to these numerous facts. Such approval by the US and European curators makes them accomplices to the crimes committed by the Ukrainian neo-Nazis whom they foster.

This concerns not only Azov militants and other radical groups but also personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine carrying out official orders of their commanders. Their commitment to neo-Nazi ideology and actions in furtherance of those principles reveal the criminal essence of the Kiev regime.

⚠️ We demand that international organisations condemn and thoroughly investigate this shocking crime. No atrocity committed by Ukrainian military units will remain unpunished.

All those guilty and their accomplices will be identified and punished accordingly.
