В ночь на 17 июля Крымский мост подвергся очередной террористической атаке с использованием двух украинских надводных беспилотных аппаратов. Повреждение получила одна из секций дорожного полотна.

Погибли мирные граждане - Алексей и Наталья Кулик, жители Новооскольского городского округа Белгородской области, следовавшие по мосту на легковом автомобиле. Их 14-летняя дочь Ангелина осталась сиротой и была госпитализирована в состоянии средней степени тяжести.

В Киеве заявили, что произошедшее стало результатом совместной операции Военно-морских сил и Службы безопасности Украины. Это подтверждает причастность к теракту политического руководства и спецслужб страны. Еще более циничной и чудовищной была реакция ряда украинских парламентариев на трагедию семьи Кулик. Они стали глумиться над людским горем, что позволяет сделать выводы об уровне нравственного и психического развития киевских политиков.

По факту совершения теракта возбуждено уголовное дело, в рамках которого проводятся необходимые следственные мероприятия. Уверены, что виновные будут установлены и не уйдут от правосудия. Если будет выявлено западное происхождение надводных беспилотных аппаратов, атаковавших мост, а также роль стран Запада в планировании, спонсорстве и осуществлении этой операции, то это подтвердит их соучастие в террористической деятельности киевского режима.

❗️ МИД России решительно осуждает террористическую атаку против Крымского моста, который является сугубо гражданским объектом. Рассчитываем, что международное сообщество и профильные многосторонние структуры проявят принципиальность и дадут надлежащую оценку очередному преступлению украинских властей.

Повреждения дорожного полотна Крымского моста, полученные в результате теракта, будут устранены в кратчайшие сроки. Все попытки нарушить транспортное сообщение с полуостровом и оторвать Крым от остальной части России являются заведомо невыполнимыми.

💬 В Киеве продолжаются гонения на каноническую православную церковь. По сфабрикованному и политически мотивированному делу настоятелю Киево-Печерской лавры митрополиту Павлу суд заменил домашний арест на содержание под стражей до 14 августа. Ему грозит восемь лет тюремного заключения.

Устроенное над владыкой судилище вписывается в русло линии Киева на ликвидацию Украинской православной церкви.

Призываем международные правозащитные организации наконец-то не на словах, а на деле вмешаться в происходящее, так как на Украине разворачивается политически мотивированное преследование человека за свои убеждения. Это недопустимо и нарушает основополагающие положения многочисленных международно-правовых документов. Обращаемся также к правозащитникам поддержать наместника Киево-Печерской лавры, ведь, по существу, речь идет об «узнике совести».

Со своей стороны на предстоящем заседании Совета Безопасности ООН по тематике преследований в отношении УПЦ особо заострим вопрос на беззаконии, творящемся с преследованием митрополита Павла, которому киевский режим отказывает в гуманном обращении и необходимой медицинской помощи.

❗️The Russian Foreign Ministry has gathered data and facts exposing the mechanisms for how private military companies in the United States, the United Kingdom and France are regulated and managed.

The United States, the United Kingdom and France actively deploy their private military companies abroad. Technically speaking, these companies have the status of commercial entities that provide security and defence services. In reality, these companies consist of mercenaries with rich experience in conducting combat operations on the territory of various states.

For example, it is common knowledge that:

▪️ at least four major US companies (Academi, DynCorp International, Cubic Corporation and Forward Observations Group) assist the Armed Forces of Ukraine;

▪️ Prevail Partners from the UK provides Ukrainian special services with intelligence data, including personal data of foreign and Russian citizens;

▪️ French PMCs offer to train service personnel for the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the territory of Eastern European states, and they recruit volunteers to fight for the Kiev regime.

⚡️ Comment by Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova on prevention of the preparation of the assassination of Margarita Simonyan and Ksenia Sobchak by the Ukrainian special services

💬 On July 15, together with the Investigative Committee and the Ministry of the Interior, the Russian Federal Security Service prevented preparations made by Ukrainian special services to assassinate Margarita Simonyan, editor-in-chief of the RT channel and the Rossiya Segodnya International Media Group, as well as journalist and TV presenter Ksenia Sobchak.

❗️ This is yet another attempt at a terrorist attack on Russian civilians, organised by the Kiev regime, and which has been carefully patronised by Western curators. Law enforcement agencies are investigating all the details, but it is already clear that the justification for their failed assassination attempt was the professional activities of Russian journalists.

Margarita Simonyan receives death threats regularly and is included in various hit lists; and this is not the first assassination attempt against her by the Ukrainian special services that has been prevented.

All of this once again demonstrates the terrorist nature of the Vladimir Zelensky regime, which is responsible for a whole series of terrorist attacks. In August 2022, saboteurs of the Kiev regime killed Russian journalist Darya Dugina; in March 2023 they made attempts on the life of the founder of the Tsargrad TV channel Konstantin Malofeyev; in April 2023, military correspondent Maxim Fomin (Vladlen Tatarsky) was killed in an explosion; and in May 2023, Yevgeny (Zakhar) Prilepin, writer, publicist and public figure was gravely injured.

It is unlikely that there will be a reaction from relevant international organisations. Pathological hypocrisy has long been a political tradition of Western liberalism, as well as its usual instinctive response.

⚡️ Comment by Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova on the UAV attack on Kurchatov, Kursk Region

💬 On July 14, a UAV crashed and exploded in the city of Kurchatov, Kursk Region, where the Kursk NPP is located. Thanks to the smooth work of the air defence forces guarding the station, critical facilities were not damaged. There were no victims. At the same time, the nuclear power plant was the likely target of a new Ukrainian provocation, which once again indicates that the Kiev regime has embarked on the path of nuclear terrorism.

☝️ This is not the first time Kiev has threatened the safety of the Kursk nuclear power plant. In August 2022, as a result of the actions of Ukrainian saboteurs, power transmission towers were blown up, which created risk for the safe operation of the plant.

❗️ We strongly condemn Ukraine’s malicious plans to actively use terrorist methods against Russian nuclear power plants, which could result in a major nuclear catastrophe in Europe. We call on the international community and the leadership of the IAEA and the UN to pay close attention to this, and we strongly condemn Kiev’s irresponsible behaviour.

❗️ Northern Europe nations pose themselves as human rights champions, but in reality the trends as regards human rights situation are quite disturbing. The issues mainly stem from the mass migration, deficiencies in the law enforcement system, the spread of radical neo-liberal ideas and far-right ideologies.

🇸🇪 In Sweden:
• The statistics of hate crimes are alarming: 6-7 thousand cases per year, about 70% of them have xenophobic and racist overtones.
• The situation is still aggravated by heightened activities of aggressive right-wing extremist and neo-Nazi movements.
• Violations against refugees have increased due to the worsening migration crisis.

🇩🇰 In Denmark:
• Discriminatory attitudes towards migrants still persist.
• There is a practice of detaining persons who have been refused asylum (this mainly concerns people from Syria).
• The number of religious and racially motivated hate crimes continues to rise.

🇳🇴 In Norway:
• Anti-Semitism and Islamophobia are not uncommon.
• A number of radical right groups confessing ideas of national and racial exclusivity operate in the country.
• Human rights activists note the excessive use of isolation and coercive methods in prisons.

🇮🇸 In Iceland:
• Sexual violence is widespread. A survey by the University of Iceland found that every fourth Icelandic woman has been raped or sexually assaulted in her lifetime.
• Human rights community notes with concern a rise of hate speech, especially towards ethnic and religious groups and foreign Muslims.
• There is a rise of Russophobia in Icelandic society.

🇫🇮 In Finland:
• Racial discrimination and xenophobia remain a problem.
• Right‑wing extremist sentiments are widespread and even growing in society.
• There have also been cases of disproportionate use of coercive measures by law enforcement agencies against participants in peaceful demonstrations.
• Significant growth of discriminatory attitude towards our compatriots has been noted.

⚡️ The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation:

💬 In connection with the incident on the Crimean Bridge, a criminal case of a terrorist attack has been opened

Upon the fact of damage to the Crimean Bridge, the Main Investigative Directorate the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation has opened a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Article 205 of the Russian Criminal Code (terrorist act).

According to the investigation, on the night of July 16-17, as a result of a terrorist act committed by the special services of Ukraine, one of the sections of the Crimean Bridge was damaged. Two civilians were killed (a man and a woman travelling in a car on the bridge), their minor daughter was injured.

As part of the criminal case, the necessary examinations have been appointed. The investigation is identifying persons from among the Ukrainian special services and armed formations involved in the organization and execution of this crime.

🇧🇾 The official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus has published the English version of the regular report The Most Resonant Human Rights Violations in Certain Countries.

The report is a logical continuation of the work of the allied foreign ministry in covering systemic problems in the human rights sphere that have taken root in the countries of the "collective West."

It is based on information from the universal periodic review reports of the United Nations Human Rights Council, conclusions of its special procedures and other international human rights bodies and agencies, as well as data from regional and national NGOs and media.

📄 This document was presented to the international community simultaneously with the Russian Foreign Ministry's report on the human rights situation in individual countries, on June 22, on the sidelines of the 53rd session of the UN Human Rights Council during the panel discussion dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the importance of states' compliance with their international legal obligations in this area.

☝️ The aim of both studies is not to label or make unsubstantiated accusations against the countries in question, but to analyse impartially the human rights situation in those states that claim to be flagships in the development of democracy and the rule of law.

🤝 We welcome the active work of our partners in this area and plan to unite the efforts of the Russian and Belarusian ministries in the near future in order to pursue a common line of action by the Union State of Russia and Belarus to promote a non-confrontational approach to human rights issues in the international arena and to develop a mutually respectful dialogue between countries on these issues.

In the early hours of July 17, the Crimean Bridge suffered yet another terrorist attack with the use of two Ukrainian water-surface drones. One of the deck sections was damaged.

Two civilians were killed: Alexey and Natalya Kulik, residents of the Novy Oskol municipality of the Belgorod Region, who were crossing the bridge in their car. Their 14-year-old daughter, Angelina, has become an orphan; she was admitted to a hospital in a moderately severe condition.

Kiev said that it was a joint operation by the Ukrainian Navy and Security Service. It confirms the involvement the country’s political leadership and security services in the terrorist attack. The reaction of some Ukrainian MPs to the Kulik family tragedy was even more cynical and unsettling. They sneered at people’s grief, which allows us to make conclusions about the moral and mental development of the Kiev politicians.

A criminal case was opened after the terrorist attack, and the necessary investigative actions are being taken. We are confident that those guilty will be found and will not escape justice. If the investigation finds that the surface drones that attacked the bridge are of Western origin, and that Western countries played a role in planning, sponsoring and conducting this operation, it will confirm their complicity in the Kiev regime’s terrorist activity.

❗️ The Foreign Ministry strongly condemns the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge, which is a purely civilian facility. We hope that the international community and relevant multilateral agencies will put their foot down and give a proper assessment of yet another crime committed by the Ukrainian authorities.

The damage to the Crimean Bridge caused by the terrorist attack will be repaired shortly. All attempts to disrupt the transport link to the peninsula and tear Crimea from the rest of Russia are invariably futile.

🇺🇸 The human rights situation in the United States is far from international standards for the protection of fundamental freedoms.

The US continues to flagrantly violate human rights within its borders as well as abroad by, for instance, imposing unlawful unilateral coercive measures (sanctions), the most glaring example of which is its economic blockade of Cuba for more than a decade.

It is also important to mention blatant violations of the international humanitarian law committed by US authorities in third nations. Under the "traditional" pretext of the need to combat terrorism, Washington has continued to indiscriminately use military force. As a result, the casualties among civilians have increased.

☝️ The US actively uses the human rights rhetoric to justify interference in the internal affairs of sovereign nations and impose illegal sanctions against them. It has become common practice for the US State Department to release biased reports on the state of human rights in Russia and other undesirable countries, which are used to validate pressure on them.

Washington applies the principle of the extraterritoriality of the US justice and uses it to prey on citizens of sovereign States in flagrant violation of their national legislation.

The Americans are hunting not only Russians, but also citizens of other countries, who are often held without trial in CIA "secret prisons", where they are tortured and humiliated.

Immigrants and inmates, including minors, face constant repression of freedoms in the US. Journalists do not feel safe and become victims of attacks. Citizens' dissatisfaction with voting rights violations has only deepened the divisions in the American society. Alternative opinions have become increasingly censored in social media.

🤦 Despite all the above facts, the US continues to declare itself a global leader in human rights protection. However, Washington is in no hurry to expand its international legal commitments in this area.

Президент обозначил меры поддержки отечественных разработок в области искусственного интеллекта:

🔸Важно обеспечить до 2030 года господдержку исследовательских центров в области искусственного интеллекта. В федеральном бюджете на 2024–2026 годы должны быть заложены средства на финансирование таких центров.

🔸Необходимо расширить охват компаний с государственным участием, которые используют или планируют задействовать механизмы искусственного интеллекта в своей работе.

🔸Ключевой элемент работы искусственного интеллекта – обработка больших массивов данных. Сведения, которые касаются наших граждан, должны быть обезличены и надёжно защищены. С учётом этих требований нужно организовать доступ к данным со стороны участников рынка.

🔸В России запущены экспериментальные правовые режимы в сфере цифровых инноваций. Нужно дополнительно упростить доступ к таким режимам на законодательном уровне, а также ввести страхование ответственности за возможный ущерб, причинённый при использовании искусственного интеллекта.

🔸Нужно включить требования об обязательном использовании искусственного интеллекта для компаний, которые планируют получить субсидии из федерального бюджета.

🔸Важнейший вопрос – это подготовка специалистов, которые работают с цифровыми технологиями. Всем вузам страны уже направлен обновлённый образовательный модуль системы искусственного интеллекта. Нужно объявить его обязательным.

💬 Упорное нежелание видеть нацистскую сущность киевского режима имеет глубинные причины, которые подпитываются укоренившимся на Западе национализмом, замешанном на идеях превосходства и исключительности.

Спустя десятилетия, прошедшие с момента одной из самых страшных трагедий Второй мировой – блокады Ленинграда, в 2021 году Германия решается выплатить компенсации жителям города.

Но не тут-то было.

👉 Компенсация положена, с точки зрения немцев, не всем. А лишь тем, кто может подтвердить своё еврейское происхождение. <...> Сегрегируя блокадников по национальному признаку, Германия одновременно платит ветеранам вермахта, и, в некоторых случаях, даже служившим в карательных подразделениях СС.

<...> Тем страшнее читать новое интервью уже известного нам посла Израиля на Украине – Михаила Бродского, в котором он в очередной раз оправдывает неонацистский киевский режим.

Ну почему же никто не смеет учить, как кому сохранять память о Холокосте? Холокост – это преследование и массовое уничтожение нацистами представителей различных этнических и социальных групп.

❗️ Именно так это зафиксировано в важнейших международных документах:
• Резолюция Генеральной Ассамблеи ООН A/RES/60/7;
• Резолюция ЮНЕСКО 34С/61;
• Берлинская декларация ОБСЕ.

Вот мы и руководствуемся этими универсальными и единодушно одобренными положениями в связи с очевидными проявлениями ненависти по национальному признаку, сегрегации и ксенофобии на Украине при поддержке Запада.

Вы понимаете, почему надо помнить о Холокосте? Не потому что тогда нацисты убивали какую-то одну или несколько конкретных национальностей, а потому что в принципе нельзя дискриминировать людей по национальному признаку.

☝️ К сожалению, ни один геноцид так человечество ничему не научил. Но что ужаснее всего, сегодня потомки жертв сами становятся адвокатами палачей своих предков. А это уже один шаг до апокалипсиса.

👉 From the German point of view, not everyone is eligible for the compensation, only the people who can prove their Jewish ancestry. An abominable and inexplicable division based on ethnicity. <...> It was revealed that Berlin is making official payments... to former collaborators.

Once again, let that sink in: In the 21st century, Germany is paying collaborators who ratted out Jews and partisans to the Polizei, but is not willing to pay the survivors of the Siege of Leningrad

A new interview with Michael Brodsky, Israel's ambassador to Ukraine (we've discussed his previous remarks), in which he once again justifies the neo-Nazi regime in Kiev, is a dreadful read. <...>

The Holocaust was the persecution and mass extermination by the Nazis of members of various ethnic and social groups.

We are following universally accepted provisions in connection with the blatant manifestations of the West-supported ethnic hatred, segregation and xenophobia in Ukraine.

Do you realise why it is important to remember the Holocaust? Not because the Nazis killed one or more specific ethnicities, but because discriminating against people on the basis of ethnicity is not an option in principle <...>

☝️ Unfortunately, genocides have not taught humanity anything. The worst part is that today the descendants of the victims have become advocates for those who killed their ancestors. And this is just one step away from the apocalypse.

💬 Постпред 🇷🇺 Р.Аляутдинов в комментарии ТАСС в связи с заявлением Секретариата ЮНЕСКО по Одессе:

📍Секретариат ЮНЕСКО в очередной раз проявил предвзятость в отношении ситуации на Украине. Не разобравшись в сути происходящего, не вникая в детали, в отрыве от контекста и в угоду западным спонсорам киевского режима опубликовал 22 июля написанное «на скорую руку» заявление с осуждением так называемой «атаки» на Всемирное наследие в Одессе, ставшее еще одним примером «двойных стандартов» в деятельности этой международной структуры.

📍Решительно отвергаем обвинения в нарушении Гаагской конвенции 1954 г. о защите культурных ценностей в случае вооруженного конфликта. Российские военные четко соблюдают свои обязательства, не выбирают в качестве военных целей объекты образования и культуры, а наносят точечные удары по ВСУ и украинской военной инфраструктуре.
☝ Это подтверждает и официальное заявление Минобороны России о нанесении ударов возмездия по тем объектам, которые использовались для производства надводных беспилотников – тех самых, направленных Киевом 17 июля для подрыва Крымского моста. В результате этого террористического акта погибли и были ранены невинные люди.

📍Украина, напротив, нарушает положения Гаагской конвенции 1954 года, используя территорию культурных объектов и их ближайшие окрестности в военных целях. Это по существу подтвердил 16 июля сам официальный представитель Воздушных сил ВСУ Ю.Р.Игнат, из заявления которого следует, что Украина намеренно располагает системы ПВО вблизи жилых кварталов. Таким образом, Киев не только использует объекты образования и культуры при планировании и совершении преступлений против мирных жителей, но и при этом цинично прикрывается ЮНЕСКО для оправдания своих кровавых деяний.

📍Мы неоднократно обращали внимание на то, что решение о включении «Исторического центра Одессы» в Список всемирного наследия на заседании Комитета Всемирного наследия в январе с.г. было принято в спешке и с нарушениями правил процедуры, много вопросов было также в отношении определения границ объекта и его буферной зоны. При этом ЮНЕСКО не смутило то, что киевские власти накануне упомянутого заседания снесли памятники основательнице Одессы российской императрице Екатерине Великой и первым губернаторам города. Не заметила этот существенный урон культурному наследию города и посетившая Одессу 4 апреля с.г. Гендиректор ЮНЕСКО О.Азуле.  

☝Как известно, предлагая включить тот или иной объект в Список всемирного наследия страна-участница Конвенции 1972 г. не просто «перекладывает на плечи ЮНЕСКО» ответственность за его сохранение, но и берет на себя обязательства с особой тщательностью следить за состоянием объекта и воздерживаться от любых действий, которые могут нанести ему урон. Развивать военную активность вблизи объекта всемирного наследия, прикрываясь «зонтиком ЮНЕСКО», недопустимо.
  
📍Секретариат ЮНЕСКО слеп не только в отношении сноса Киевом памятников на Украине и размещения вооружений на объектах образования и культуры, но и полностью закрывает глаза на преступления киевского режима за рубежом. Так, не дождались страны-члены Организации реакции ЮНЕСКО на атаку украинских беспилотников 3 мая против Московского Кремля и Красной площади, которые, как известно, являются объектом Всемирного наследия.

💬 Судя по всему, Секретариат Организации по-разному и субъективно, исходя не из общих, а из известных только Секретариату политических критериев оценивает объекты Всемирного наследия, не рассматривая их как имеющих одинаковую выдающуюся универсальную ценность.

💬 Киевский режим продолжает практику преступного террора.

В результате артиллерийского удара кассетными боеприпасами со стороны укронацистов по группе журналистов МИЦ «Известия» и информационного агентства РИА «Новости» сегодня прервалась жизнь журналиста Ростислава Журавлёва. Ещё три его коллеги, получившие осколочные ранения, в состоянии средней степени тяжести были доставлены в полевые медицинские учреждения Минобороны России. Им оказывается необходимая медицинская помощь.

❗️ Все указывает на то, что атака на журналистскую группу была осуществлена не случайно: корреспонденты собирали материалы для репортажа об обстрелах боевиками киевского режима населенных пунктов Запорожской области запрещенными во многих странах мира кассетными боеприпасами.

Теми, которые поставляют Киеву США. Вашингтон, а вместе с ним и Лондон с Парижем, снабжающие режим Зеленского ракетами дальнего радиуса действия, лишь на словах выражают обеспокоенность безопасностью журналистов, на деле же являются спонсорами террористов.

Не имеем никаких иллюзий в отношении того, что профильные международные структуры предпочтут, как и прежде в подобных случаях, закрыть глаза на это гнусное преступление, что, по сути, делает их соучастниками террористического беспредела Киева.

☝️ Виновные в жестокой расправе над российским журналистом неминуемо понесут заслуженное наказание. Всю меру ответственности разделят и те, кто поставлял своим киевским протеже кассетные боеприпасы.

📍Безопасность журналистов - мандат ЮНЕСКО. Гендиректор Организации обязана осуждать убийство и любое физическое насилие над репортёрами!  В мае этого года на сессии Исполнительного совета ЮНЕСКО было принято решение, которое предписывает Гендиректору осуждать такие преступления против журналистов без каких-либо различий. Таким образом, страны-члены еще раз подтвердили соответствующий мандат, который был выдан еще в 1997-ом году. Это решение должно поддержать наши усилия и побудить О.Азуле, наконец, отреагировать должным образом на убийства российских журналистов.

(Ранее Секретариат ЮНЕСКО проявлял двойные стандарты - в частности, не последовало реакции на убийство российских журналистов Дарьи Дугиной и Владлена Татарского)

📍Киев совершает гнусные преступления против российских журналистов, используя поставляемые Западом вооружения. Западные страны, которые на словах пекутся о свободе слова, на деле поставляют Киеву вооружения, от которых погибают корреспонденты. То есть в устах Запада забота о безопасности журналистов – чистое лицемерие. По сути же – это соучастие и спонсорство террористических актов Киева.
