Surprisingly, #Alita has way more practical #VFX than anyone could ever imagine.
Rosa Salazar breaks the real table with Zotan's head, she bend another one in the hospital, and it is not CGI. A lot of stunts and fights are real and then enchanced with CGI here and there.
Even the original storyline is shortened five years into one movie, the overall impression is great. And we can't underestimate what WETA Digital created, including Alita herself:
