Russia announced sending 2 advanced planes and helicopters to help in the search for the Iranian president's helicopter.

According to reports, 6 Iranian drones and 1 Turkish drone are searching the area to find the helicopter of the Iranian president, Raisi.

Turkish media is broadcasting scenes from the Turkish UAV (drone) AKINCI that is helping in the search and rescue efforts of the Iranian President and his delegation.

Red Crescent chief tells his crew to head to the place where the rescue forces said they smelled the smell of fuel, which possibly hints at the location of the President’s helicopter.

UPDATE: Head of Red Crescent: We reached the place where the smell of fuel was felt, it was found that the rescuers had made a mistake and the smell of fuel belonged to the cars, we are still searching.

Israel is too irrelevant to assassinate our president. You know, accidents also exist in Iran right? Not every fire, explosion, incident in Iran is related to israel, they don’t deserve this credit.

According to IRNA, quoting its field sources, the exact geographical coordinates of the helicopter carrying the president Raisi were determined by the air monitoring of the region and rescue teams are now on their way to the confirmed point called “Tifil”

This news has not yet been confirmed by official sources.

Tasnim also reports on finding possible coordinates of the landing location.

Iranian military journalist Shaltouki confirms that the the Akıncı drone discovered a thermal source in this forested mountainous area, northeast of a village called Tavayel.

Teams are now heading towards the coordinates.

I’m 100% certain none of you cheering knows what Raisi has done for Iran, and I’m partly blaming this on our own media for not publicising his achievements as much, but it’s also YOUR responsibility to research beyond what you read on Instagram posts or twitter.

With great sorrow and regret, I received the bitter news of the martyr-like death of the diligent scholar, the capable, hardworking, and people-oriented President, the servant of Imam Reza (AS), Hojjatoleslam Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi, and his esteemed companions.

May God's mercy be upon them.
This unfortunate incident occurred during a service effort; throughout his short presidency and before that, this noble and self-sacrificing person devoted his time tirelessly to serving the people, the country, and Islam.

Dear Raisi did not know fatigue.

In this tragic incident, the Iranian nation lost a sincere, devoted, and valuable servant. For him, the welfare and satisfaction of the people, indicative of divine satisfaction, was above all else. Therefore, the ingratitude and criticism of some ill-wishers did not deter his day and night efforts for progress and improvement.

In this grave incident, prominent figures such as Hojjatoleslam Al-Hashem, the beloved and esteemed Friday Prayer leader of Tabriz; Mr. Amir Abdollahian, the active and striving Foreign Minister; Mr. Rahmati, the revolutionary and devout Governor of East Azerbaijan province; the flight crew, and other companions also joined God's mercy.

I declare 5 days of public mourning and extend my condolences to the dear Iranian nation.
According to Article 131 of the Constitution, Mr. Mokhber is assigned to manage the executive branch and is obliged, along with the heads of the legislative and judicial branches, to arrange for the election of a new president within a maximum of 50 days.

In conclusion, I sincerely offer my condolences to the honorable mother of Mr. Raisi, his virtuous and esteemed wife, and the other survivors of the President and the respectable families of the companions, especially the venerable father of Mr. Al-Hashem. I ask for their patience and solace and divine mercy for the deceased.
