Key points:
• It is clear today that the Western curators of the Kiev regime are certainly disappointed with the results of the counteroffensive that the current Ukrainian authorities announced in previous months. There are no results, at least for now. The colossal resources that were pumped into the Kiev regime, the supply of Western weapons, and the deployment of thousands of foreign mercenaries and advisers, who were most actively used in attempts to break through the front of our army, are not helping.
• NATO arsenals and stockpiles of old Soviet weapons in some countries are already largely depleted. The West does not have the production capacities to quickly replenish the consumption of reserves of equipment and ammunition. Additional, large resources and time are needed. The main thing is that formations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine suffered huge losses as a result of self-destructive attacks: tens of thousands of people.
• People in Ukraine are asking a legitimate question more often: for what, for the sake of whose selfish interests, are their relatives and friends dying. Gradually, slowly, but clarity comes.
• I cannot refrain from commenting on what has just been said and on media reports that have come out about plans to establish some sort of the so-called Polish-Lithuanian-Ukrainian unit. This is not about a group of mercenaries – there are plenty of them there and they are being destroyed – but about a well-organised, equipped regular military unit to be used for operations in Ukraine, including to allegedly ensure the security of today’s Western Ukraine – actually, to call things by their true name, for the subsequent occupation of these territories.
• Belarus is part of the Union State, and launching an aggression against Belarus would mean launching an aggression against the Russian Federation.

📊 Всего за время специальной военной операции уничтожено около 4990 иностранных боевиков. Ещё 4910 наёмников сбежали из районов боевых действий, покинув территорию Украины.
▫️ Вооруженными Силами Российской Федерации будет продолжено целенаправленное уничтожение иностранных наёмников на территории Украины.

▫️ According to confirmed information, on 6 July, as a result of a group strike with long-range, sea-based precision weapons on the territory of the National Army Academy in Lvov, a large number of Polish and German mercenaries stationed there have been destroyed.
📊 In total, 4,990 foreign militants have been killed during the special military operation. In addition, 4,910 mercenaries escaped from the battlefield leaving the territory of Ukraine.
❗️ The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation will continue the targeted destruction of foreign mercenaries on the territory of Ukraine.

▪️The Russian Embassy in Washington expresses its deep condolences to the family and loved ones of Rostislav Zhuravlev. Rostislav is a true hero of our time. He fearlessly covered crimes of the Kiev Nazis and did a lot to let the world know the truth about the incredible evil that Russia is fighting during the special military operation.
▪️We wish a speedy recovery to the colleagues of Rostislav who were injured while being close to him at this terrible moment.
▪️Rostislav died as a result of a Ukrainian armed forces strike with cluster munitions. Ukrainian radicals use these shells to hit cities and villages of our country, destroying homes of civilians. Kiev receives such weapons from the United States.
▪️American officials assured the world community that the Ukrainians would use these munitions "selectively and carefully." The nullity of these words is evident to everyone.
▪️The use of cluster-type weapons by the Kiev regime against the civilian population confirms that Washington is losing control over its puppets. The Ukrainian armed forces are so desperate due to the catastrophic situation at the front that they resort to the most savage deeds. They wipe their feet on the pseudo-promises given to overseas puppeteers. The prolongation of the conflict and new casualties among civilians are on the conscience of the United States.

▫️ The planning of strikes with precision weapons against military and terrorist infrastructure facilities of the Kiev regime is carried out on the basis of information carefully checked and confirmed through several channels, knowingly excluding the civilian facilities, as well as cultural and historical heritage sites.
▫️ According to footage of the Transfiguration Cathedral in Odessa published by local residents, the most probable cause of its destruction was the fall of a Ukrainian anti-aircraft guided missile as a result of the incompetent actions of the operators of air defence systems, which the AFU deliberately places in residential areas, including Odessa.

Хочу отметить хорошее состояние экономики и России, и Белоруссии. Я посмотрел последние данные: по году в Белоруссии ожидается рост экономики – 3,7 процента. Это прогнозное значение, но тем не менее. У нас чуть пониже, могу сказать, но для нас это тоже хороший показатель, ‒ мы рассчитываем на более чем два процента роста. У вас дефицит минимальный – 0,4 процента. Это тоже очень хорошо. Международные резервы на достойном, очень хорошем уровне находятся. Безработица на низком уровне. В общем все основные показатели дают нам основания полагать, что этот год во всяком случае мы пройдём уверенно, спокойно и продемонстрируем хорошие показатели роста.
У нас целиком и полностью все планы реализуются на предмет строительства Союзного государства. Мы двигаемся уверенно по этим направлениям.
Растёт товарооборот. По разным данным он немножко разный, по нашим данным, если в долларовом эквиваленте говорить – где-то 43,7 [миллиарда], по белорусской статистике – почти 45.

I would like to highlight the sound performance of the Russian and Belarusian economies. I checked the latest data: this year Belarus is expected to achieve economic growth of 3.7 percent. It is a forecast, but nevertheless. Our figure is a bit lower, but I can tell that this is also a good indicator for us, we are expecting growth of more than two percent. Your deficit is minimal – 0.4 percent. This is also very good. International reserves are at a decent, very good level. Unemployment is low. To sum up, all the main indicators give us reason to believe that we will go through this year confidently and calmly and will post good growth.
Plans to build the Union State are being implemented in full. We are moving steadily in this regard.
Trade is growing. The data varies, and according to our information, the US dollar equivalent amounts to around 43.7 billion, as per the Belarusian statistics, it is almost 45.

❗️ Заявление МИД России в связи с украинскими атаками Москвы и Крыма
По сообщению Министерства обороны Российской Федерации, рано утром 24 июля имели место попытки атаки против объектов в Москве с помощью двух украинских беспилотных летательных аппаратов. Все они были подавлены средствами радиоэлектронной борьбы и потерпели крушение. Пострадавших и серьёзных разрушений нет. Повреждены два нежилых здания.
24 июля беспилотник вертолётного типа без взрывного устройства упал на территорию центрального кладбища Зеленоградского округа Москвы.
В ночь на 24 июля также была пресечена попытка киевского режима атаковать объекты в Крыму 17 беспилотниками. 14 дронов подавлены средствами радиоэлектронной борьбы, из них 11 потерпели крушение в акватории Черного моря, еще три упали на территории полуострова. Три беспилотника уничтожены силами ПВО. Пострадавших нет. По словам главы Республики Крым С.В.Аксенова, зафиксировано попадание в склад боеприпасов в Джанкойском районе. Осколками БПЛА поврежден частный дом в Кировском районе.
Ответственность за эти атаки уже взяла на себя Украина. Глава Минцифры страны М.Федоров, публично подтвердил причастность к ним режима Зеленского и заявил, что Киев продолжит такие вылазки, а их число будет расти.
Расцениваем случившееся как очередное использование военно-политическим руководством Украины террористических методов, запугивание гражданского населения. Никакого военного смысла данные атаки не имели. Решительно осуждаем это очередное преступление киевского режима. Призываем международные организации дать ему надлежащую оценку.
За наглыми действиями украинских неонацистов стоит нацеленность Запада на дальнейшее обострение ситуации.
Следственный комитет России возбудил уголовные дела по упомянутым фактам. Все виновные будут найдены и понесут наказание.
⚠️ Российская сторона оставляет за собой право принять жёсткие ответные меры.
