🇷🇺🇹🇷📞 President Vladimir Putin and President of Türkiye Recep Tayyip Erdogan had a phone conversation.
The Presidents continued to discuss topical issues of Russian-Turkish cooperation. They expressed mutual confidence that a multifaceted and mutually beneficial partnership in various spheres would continue to develop dynamically. In this context, they noted their commitment to the consistent implementation of joint projects in energy, trade and tourism.
A range of international topics was also touched upon, including further coordination in multilateral organisations.
The Presidents discussed the situation around Ukraine. Vladimir Putin stated that the Kiev authorities, at the suggestion of their Western handlers, were still making a dangerous bet on the escalation of hostilities, committing war crimes, openly using terrorist methods and organising sabotage on Russian territory. A clear example of this was the barbaric action to destroy the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station in the Kherson Region, which resulted in a large environmental and humanitarian catastrophe.
🤝 The President of Russia once again congratulated his Turkish counterpart on his official assumption of office. The two leaders agreed to maintain a regular personal dialogue.

❌ Such an approach does not stand up to scrutiny. This is another desperate attempt to “whitewash” the Kiev regime, which deliberately shelled the station for many months. We have witnessed yet another gross violation of International humanitarian law by Ukraine. A terrorist attack that led to an ecological disaster, large-scale flooding of settlements and farmland. Endangered the functioning of the North Crimean Canal. Experts have yet to assess the imminent consequences for the cooling circuit of the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant as a result of this tragedy.
🚫 Washington patrons never criticize Kiev. All actions of the regime are approved of, while any strikes, that Russians suffer from, are encouraged. This is a textbook example of an ill-conceived, flawed position that has already caused serious upheavals in the world. However, this is obviously not enough for the United States, and terrorist acts of Ukraine will receive further support.
👉 According to the American logic, the main idea is not to slow down assistance to Kiev. Ensure its illusory victory. Not only military specialists, but also political technologists are apparently involved in the United States to solve this problem.

🎙 Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov’s remarks at the reception on #AfricaDay
💬 Our country has always paid special attention to relations with Africa. We developed close ties of friendship and solidarity with its peoples during their liberation from the colonial oppression.
At that time, the Soviet Union supported its African friends in their natural striving for independence. The USSR rendered young African states tangible diplomatic, economic, technical, military and other support. It signed cooperation agreements with 37 African countries.
We did not suspend our political dialogue with Africa even in the 1990s when Russia faced numerous problems itself. We developed cooperation in personnel training, helped African states maintain their defence capabilities and resolve other problems.
Additional opportunities for developing our ties are opening up with the strengthening of Russia and Africa’s positions as centres of a multi-polar world. As genuine friends, we are developing this cooperation along the lines of equality, observance of international law and non-interference in other’s internal affairs.
🤝 Russia is helping the African states in good faith to strengthen sovereignty and ensure security and economic growth. This is a difference of principle between the collective West and us. The West has not outlived its superiority syndrome and is trying to perpetuate neo-colonial practices.
In this context, I would like to thank our African partners that have not allowed themselves to be drawn into the anti-Russia campaign and have held a balanced position on the European security crisis.

🌍 7 июня по случаю Дня Африки в Особняке МИД России состоялся приём от имени С.В.Лаврова для аккредитованного в Москве африканского дипкорпуса.
С.В.Лавров огласил поздравительное послание Президента Российской Федерации В.В.Путина главам государств и правительств стран Африки, особо отметив 60-летний юбилей Организации африканского единства, впоследствии – Африканского союза, который значительно преуспел в деле интеграции континента.
В своём выступлении Глава внешнеполитического ведомства России приветствовал укрепление традиционно дружественных отношений России и Африки, диалог которых выстраивается на основе принципов равенства, невмешательства во внутренние дела и с соблюдением международного права.
🤝 В своём ответном слове дуайен африканского дипломатического корпуса в Москве, Чрезвычайный и Полномочный Посол Республики Камерун М.Паба Сале высоко оценил роль России в процессе деколонизации Африки, её содействие становлению молодых африканских независимых государств. При этом была с удовлетворением отмечена активизация многогранных связей африканских стран с Россией за последнее время, акцентирован настрой Африканского союза на дальнейшее расширение контактов на благо наших народов.

• В Совете Федерации Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации с негодованием восприняли информацию о новом преступлении киевского режима – подрыве Каховской ГЭС, который привёл к крупномасштабной экологической катастрофе.
• В октябре 2022 года Российская Федерация предупреждала Генерального секретаря Организации Объединенных Наций и Совет Безопасности Организации Объединенных Наций об угрозе такого террористического акта. Киевский режим, уверенный в своей безнаказанности, пошёл на это преступление.
• Совет Федерации Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации заявляет о том, что всю ответственность за террористический акт на Каховской ГЭС несут киевский режим и покрывающие его преступления государства коллективного Запада, тем самым являющиеся соучастниками всех противоправных действий полностью зависимых от них украинских властей.

• The Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation was indignant when it learned about the latest crime perpetrated by the Kiev regime, the blowing up of the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant which led to a large-scale environmental disaster.
• In October 2022, Russia let the Secretary-General of the UN and the UN Security Council know about the possible threat of such a terrorist attack. Confident of its impunity, the Kiev regime went ahead and committed this crime.
• The Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation hereby states that the entire responsibility for the terrorist attack at the Kakhovka HPP lies with the Kiev regime and the countries of the collective West that are covering up its crimes, and that are thus accomplices in the illegal actions by the Ukrainian authorities that are completely dependent on these countries.
• The senators of Russia note that this is not the first time that the UN Secretariat has tried to avoid a substantive discussion of the Kiev regime’s crimes citing a lack of information, as was the case with the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant.
• The Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation regards the terrorist attack committed by Ukrainian armed units at the Kakhovka HPP as a gross violation of international law and insists on establishing the circumstances of this barbaric attack on the Kakhovka HPP and full reimbursement for the damage.

💬 The "Big Bad Kuleba", the Foreign Minister of the Kiev regime, has rejected a proposal from international organisations to conduct an independent investigation into the Kakhovskya hydroelectric dam explosion. Only this time, he used rude language on air speaking to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who had called Zelensky the day before and proposed creating an international commission to investigate the collapse of the Kakhovskya hydroelectric dam involving experts from Russia, Ukraine, the UN and Turkey.
Kiev’s odious Permanent Representative to the UN Sergey Kislitsa expressed the same idea in New York, saying that the investigation was “impossible.”
Why am I not surprised? Too obvious. The Kiev regime never even gave the UN the lists of persons it declared dead in Bucha. Fat chance they’ll want an investigation of the terrorist attack on a power plant!
Moreover, who are the terrorists and their sponsors, and who wants an investigation? Remember how the United States and their vassals blocked the Russian resolution at the UN, which called for an independent investigation into the explosions on the Nord Stream and Nord Stream 2 gas pipelines?
An investigation would have stuck in Zelensky's throat. According to Kislitsa, the Kiev neo-Nazis need to reach the other side of the Dnieper. Preferably, it seems, on the Leopards and Abrams.
But I hasten to reassure the Kiev “diplomats”: don’t worry, this terrorist attack is already being investigated, and those who have stepped out of line won’t get to the other side.

9 июня вступил в силу Федеральный закон № 179-ФЗ от 29 мая 2023 г. «О денонсации Российской Федерацией Договора об обычных вооруженных силах в Европе».
В связи с этим российская сторона направила предусмотренные данным Договором (также известным как ДОВСЕ) уведомления его депозитарию (Нидерландам) и остальным государствам-участникам через их посольства в Москве, а также через делегации в Совместной Консультативной группе по ДОВСЕ в Вене.
Россия уведомила все государства-участники о своём решении выйти из ДОВСЕ через 150 дней после направления уведомления. Таким образом, это произойдёт в 00:00 часов 7 ноября 2023 года.
В связи с выходом из ДОВСЕ ещё два связанных с ним юридически обязывающих документа утратят силу в отношении Российской Федерации:
👉 Будапештское соглашение от 3 ноября 1990 года о максимальных уровнях для наличия обычных вооружений и техники шести государств-участников Варшавского Договора (имело целью определение уровней обычных вооружений для каждого из участников тогдашнего Варшавского Договора и механизма их изменения);
👉 т.н. Фланговый Документ от 31 мая 1996 года (временное решение проблемы фланговых ограничений, возникшей в связи с прекращением существования СССР).
Понятно, что в новых условиях Договор окончательно стал пережитком прошлого.
⚠️ У наших оппонентов не должно быть иллюзий, что Россия может в него вернуться.
