▪️ Обратили внимание на заявление американских спецслужб, обвинивших нашу страну в тиражировании сфабрикованных видеороликов об электоральных нарушениях в США. Расцениваем эти претензии как очередную пустышку. Посольство не получало никаких доказательных материалов в контактах с официальными лицами Соединенных Штатов и даже обращений по раскручиваемому в прессе сюжету.

▪️ Это уже стало недоброй традицией: перед каждыми выборами американские власти и СМИ впадают в истерику по поводу «российской дезинформации и вмешательства», стараясь списать любые проблемы на влияние внешних сил. Когда мы спрашиваем собеседников в Госдепартаменте и Белом доме о наличии фактуры в подкрепление предъявляемых обвинений, нам лишь отвечают в том духе, что «вы сами все знаете».

▪️ Хотели бы подчеркнуть, что Россия не вмешивалась и не вмешивается во внутренние дела других государств, включая США. Как неоднократно подчеркивал Президент В.В.Путин, мы с уважением относимся к волеизьявлению американского народа. Все инсинуации о «российских происках» - злобная клевета, выдуманная для использования во внутриполитической борьбе Соединенных Штатов.

🇷🇺🇺🇸 Comment by the Russian Embassy in the United States

We have noticed the statement of the U.S. intelligence services accusing our country of disseminating fabricated videos about electoral violations in the United States. We view these allegations as baseless. The Embassy has not received either any proof for these claims during its communications with U.S. officials, or any inquiries regarding the narrative being promoted by the press.

This has become an unfortunate tradition: before every election, American authorities and media descend into hysteria about "Russian disinformation and interference", attempting to attribute any problems to external influence. When we ask our counterparts in the State Department and the White House about the presence of evidence in support of the accusations, we are only told something along the lines of “you know everything yourself.”

We would like to emphasize that Russia has not and does not interfere in the internal affairs of other countries, including the United States. As President Vladimir Putin has repeatedly stressed, we respect the will of the American people. All insinuations about "Russian machinations" are malicious slander, invented for use in the internal political struggles in the United States.

Категорически отвергаем американские обвинения в адрес России по поводу якобы вмешательства в молдавские выборы.

Заявления руководства Соединенных Штатов - не что иное, как попытка снять ответственность с себя и своих сателлитов за многолетнее «раскачивание» ситуации в Молдавии. Задача - поставить под сомнение искренность позиции многочисленных граждан Республики, несогласных с политикой нынешних властей.

При этом американская администрация намеренно не комментирует колоссальное давление на молдавские СМИ, осмелившиеся перечить западным кураторам. Замалчивает свидетельства нарушений и подтасовок в ходе волеизъявления, включая запрет на въезд заранее аккредитованных наблюдателей. Не говорит о санкциях США против оппозиции, явно введенных в стремлении помочь нужным кандидатам. Равно как и о создании эксклюзивных условий для голосования молдавской диаспоры, проживающей в странах Европы и Северной Америки.

В очередной раз риторика Вашингтона демонстрирует желание переложить проблемы с больной головы на здоровую. Ангажированные оценки Соединенных Штатов в отношении электоральных процессов за рубежом свидетельствуют лишь о двойных стандартах и пренебрежительном отношении к провозглашаемым здесь «демократическим ценностям».

We categorically reject U.S. accusations against Russia regarding alleged interference in the Moldovan elections.

Statements by the leadership of the United States are nothing more than an attempt to release themselves and their satellites of responsibility for the many years of “swaying” the situation in Moldova. The task is to cast doubt on the sincerity of the position of numerous citizens of the republic who disagree with the policies of the current authorities.

At the same time, the U.S. administration deliberately does not comment on the colossal pressure on the Moldovan media outlets, which dared to contradict Western curators. Suppresses evidence of irregularities and fraud during the expression of will, including a ban on the entry of pre-accredited observers. Doesn’t talk about U.S. sanctions against the opposition, which were clearly introduced in an effort to help the right candidates. As well as the creation of exclusive voting conditions for the Moldovan diaspora living in Europe and North America.

Once again, Washington’s rhetoric demonstrates a desire to shift blame. The biased assessments of the United States regarding electoral processes abroad indicate only double standards and disdain for the “democratic values” proclaimed here.

Победа на президентских выборах в США Д.Трампа, который возвращается в Белый дом после четырёхлетнего перерыва, безусловно, отражает недовольство американцев как итогами правления администрации Дж.Байдена, так и предвыборной программой демократической партии, предложенной её спешно выдвинутым кандидатом в лице вице-президента К.Харрис вместо действующего главы государства.

Несмотря на мощную пропагандистскую кампанию, развязанную против Д.Трампа демократами с использованием административного ресурса при поддержке либеральных СМИ, кандидат республиканцев, имея за плечами опыт своего первого президентства, сделал ставку на действительно волнующие избирателей вопросы экономики и нелегальной миграции в противовес глобалистскому курсу Белого дома.

В этих условиях даже хронические изъяны американской «демократии» с её архаикой и несоответствием современным стандартам прямых, честных и прозрачных выборов не помогли правящей группировке предотвратить поражение К.Харрис.

Это, однако, не отменяет глубокого гражданского раскола в США, где электорат разделен почти поровну. Фактически речь о противостоянии демократических и республиканских штатов, а также сторонников «прогрессивных» и традиционных ценностей. Можно ожидать, что возвращение Д.Трампа подстегнёт усиление внутренней напряжённости и ожесточение противоборствующих лагерей.

❗️Не питаем иллюзий в отношении избранного американского Президента, который в России хорошо известен, и нового состава Конгресса, где республиканцы, по предварительным данным, берут верх. Правящая в США политическая элита, независимо от партийной принадлежности, придерживается антироссийских установок и линии на «сдерживание Москвы». Эта линия не подвержена колебаниям внутриполитического барометра в США, идёт ли речь об «Америке прежде всего» в трактовке Д.Трампа и его сторонников либо о «миропорядке, основанном на правилах», на чём «зациклены» демократы.

🇷🇺🇺🇸 Россия будет работать с новой Администрацией, когда она «пропишется» в Белом доме, жёстко отстаивая российские национальные интересы и ориентируясь на достижение всех поставленных целей специальной военной операции.

Наши условия неизменны и в Вашингтоне хорошо известны.

⚡️ Russia's Foreign Ministry statement on elections in the United States of America

The victory of Donald Trump in the presidential election and his return to the White House after a four-year break obviously reflect Americans’ disappointment in the performance of the Biden administration and the election programme of the Democratic Party formulated by Vice-President Kamala Harris, who was hastily chosen to replace the incumbent President in the race.

Despite an overpowering propaganda campaign, which Democrats launched against Donald Trump based on the administrative resource and support from the liberal media, the Republican candidate, who relied on the experience of his previous presidency, highlighted issues that are of real interest to the electorate, namely, the economy and illegal migration, as a counterbalance to the White House’s globalist course.

In these circumstances, the ruling group was unable to use the chronically ill American “democracy,” a system, which is outdated, archaic and incompatible with the modern standards of direct, fair and transparent elections, to prevent Kamala Harris’s defeat.

At the same time, there is an obvious civil discord in the United States, whose electorate has split into almost equal halves. In fact, we are witnessing confrontation between Democratic and Republican states, and between the advocates of “progressive” and traditional values. It is possible that Donald Trump’s return will fuel internal tensions and bitterness between the confronting camps.

❗️ We have no illusions regarding the President-elect, who is well known in Russia, or the new Congress, where Republicans have reportedly won control. The US ruling political elite adheres to anti-Russia principles and the policy of “containing Moscow.” This line does not depend on changes in America’s domestic political barometer, no matter if it is Trump and his supporters’ “America above all” or the Democrats’ focus on a “rules-based world order.”

🇷🇺🇺🇸 Russia will interact with the new administration when it comes to the White House, firmly upholding Russia’s national interests and working to achieve all the goals of the special military operation.

Our conditions have not changed, and Washington is well aware of them.

The report continues the efforts of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation to draw attention to the manifestations of various forms of glorification of the Nazi movement, neo-Nazism, racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance in foreign countries.

The document reflects the line of Western countries aimed at fomenting rabid Russophobia. which has become one of the "manifestations" of their support for Ukraine against the background <...> Considerable attention is also paid to the actions of certain States, primarily the Baltic States, Poland and Ukraine, which <...> actively continue to destroy on their territory the entire array of Soviet and Russian, and often their own, memorial heritage and step up their activities to falsify the history of World War II.

🔻 The West is openly and unceremoniously changing historical concepts – from equating the Nazi regime with the "totalitarian" Soviet one to attempting to place all responsibility for the war on the Soviet Union and declare it "a criminal worse than the Third Reich".

🔻 The meaning and, most importantly, the essence of the verdict of the International Military Tribunal for the trial and punishment of major war criminals of the European Axis countries (the Nuremberg Tribunal) is being deliberately blurred.

🔻 The political elites of the overwhelming majority of European and North American "democratic" states are trying their best to conceal from the international community, including their own citizens, the Nazi essence of the policy of the Kiev and similar regimes.

The absolute majority of members of the international community share Russia's approaches to the glorification of Nazism and the justification of racism.

In 2023, the Russian resolution was supported by the majority of the world's countries – 1️⃣1️⃣8️⃣. 49 delegations voted against it, including the United States and Ukraine, as well as EU member states.

The manifestations of racial discrimination and glorification of Nazism pose a direct threat to the fundamental values of true democracy and human rights and a serious challenge to international and regional security and stability. <...>

☝️ Russia, together with like-minded countries, does not intend to tolerate such racist and neo-colonial approaches and will oppose them in every possible way.

#Запад #США

• Вашингтон не может допустить, чтобы Россия доказала, что она – «сильный игрок» и чтобы она «подорвала» репутацию Запада. Им наплевать на Украину. Им важна их репутация: они сказали, что на Украине будет такое правительство, а тут кто-то вдруг посмел возражать. Россия? Большая страна, но её надо «поставить на место». Вот о чём идёт речь, а совсем не о судьбе украинского народа. Их не интересует народ.

• Под санкциями находится больше половины стран мира. Может быть, не под такими беспрецедентными, какие применяются против России, КНДР, Ирана и Венесуэлы. Реальная причина того, почему они сейчас так буквально «остервенели» – это то, что Китай быстро и уверенно «обходит» Америку.

• Идея и интерес американцев понятны. Сидят «за океаном», их якобы никто «не достанет». А Европа будет решать их проблемы как в том, что касается накручивания и вооружения Украины против Российской Федерации, так и в том, что касается того, чтобы платить за трагедию на Ближнем Востоке.

#Евразия

• У нас один, Богом данный, континент с огромными, самыми богатыми природными ресурсами, с несколькими тысячелетними цивилизациями. Не пользоваться этими конкурентными преимуществами было бы неправильно. В этом смысл идеи Большого Евразийского партнёрства, в котором мы уже наблюдаем первые шаги по линии ЕАЭС, ШОС, АСЕАН. Между ними налаживаются связи, диалог. Большое Евразийское партнёрство, в случае продвижения по всем намеченным планам, создаст прочный материальный, экономический, транспортный фундамент для того, что Президент России В.В.Путин назвал новой архитектурой евразийской безопасности.

• Евразийская архитектура безопасности, равно как и #БЕП, должны быть открыты для всех стран континента, включая западную часть Евразии, которая пока по инерции пытается обеспечить свои интересы в рамках не евразийской (что было бы естественно, учитывая географию), а евроатлантической концепции безопасности, тем самым подтверждая, что они не собираются ничего делать без США.

• У нас остается немало партнёров. Их число растёт за пределами Евразийского континента. Здесь уже вступает в силу наша активность в рамках БРИКС.

#БРИКС

🌐 БРИКС – это всё про мировой порядок, который будет основан на главном принципе Устава ООН – суверенном равенстве государств.

• БРИКС совсем не собирается делить мир. Это объединение стран, которые хотят, чтобы на землях, доставшихся им от Бога и предшественников, они жили так, как принято в их великих цивилизациях.

• Мы создали категорию стран-партнёров. Более 30 государств хотят сближаться с БРИКС. Это серьёзная тенденция, позволяющая на этом уровне, на саммитах объединения обсуждать вопросы гармонизации работы Мирового большинства во всех областях: в экономике, политике, финансах, гуманитарной сфере.

• Никакой речи о бюрократизации БРИКС не идет. Всем импонирует именно гибкость.

#Африка

🌍 Деколонизация в широком смысле состоялась. Но настоящая возможность распоряжаться своей свободой и ресурсами – это другое. Здесь вступает в силу неоколониализм.

• В ходе первой министерской конференции Форума партнёрства Россия-Африка в Сочи и на саммите Россия-Африка в 2023 году в Санкт-Петербурге уже чётко проявлялись тенденции, которые можно назвать «вторым пробуждением» Африки.

They are speculating about stopping the hostilities at a certain line and coordinating a truce, so that 10 years from now they will decide who Crimea and Donbass belong to. This is coffee cup reading. I won’t engage in it. We have our tasks, and we will fulfil them.

• Our job is to assert and promote Russia’s interests in keeping with its Constitution as well as the objectives defined by President Vladimir Putin. This goes beyond Ukraine and applies to Russia’s Foreign Policy Concept in general.

#USA

• Washington can’t allow Russia to prove that it is a strong player and undermine the West’s reputation. They don’t care about Ukraine. They only care about their reputation. They decided that Ukraine should have a government they like and didn’t expect anyone to protest. Russia? It’s a big country but it must be brought down a peg. That is what this is about rather than the future of the Ukrainian people. They don’t care about people.

• Sanctions have been imposed on over half of the world’s countries, even if they are not as drastic as those that have been adopted against Russia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Iran and Venezuela. The real reason behind the West’s current rage is that China is rapidly and confidently surging ahead of the United States.

• We can see through what the Americans want. Sitting somewhere overseas, they believe that they are beyond the reach, while leaving it to Europe to overcome the challenges they face in terms of encouraging and arming Ukraine to fight Russia, as well as footing the bill for the Middle East tragedy.

#Eurasia4You

• God gave us one continent, and we share it. This continent possesses immense and, in fact, the biggest natural resources, while several millennia-old civilisations inhabit it. Failing to benefit from these competitive advantages would be a mistake. This is what the idea of building a Greater Eurasian Partnership is all about, and the EAEU, SCO and ASEAN have already taken the first steps in this direction. We are establishing ties and promoting dialogue. If we succeed in fulfilling the plans we have, the Greater Eurasian Partnership will offer a solid foundation and serve as an economic and transport backbone for what President Vladimir Putin called a new Eurasian security architecture.

• There is a clear understanding that the Eurasian security architecture, just like the Greater Eurasian Partnership, must be open to all countries and continents, including Eurasia’s western part, even if so far the latter has been trying, as if by inertia, to ensure its interests within a Euro-Atlantic security concept instead of opting for the Eurasian framework, which would be natural and reasonable, considering the geography factor. This is their way of saying that they do not intend to do anything without the United States.

#BRICS

🌐 BRICS is about the new world order that is based on the main principle of the UN Charter – the sovereign equality of states.

• BRICS has no intention of dividing the world. It wants to bring together countries that desire closer relations so that they can live on the land they got from God and their ancestors just as they used to, as great civilisations.

#Africa

🌍 Decolonisation has taken place, in a broad sense. But being able to actually manage one’s freedom and resources is a different story. This is where neo-colonialism comes to the fore.

• The First Ministerial Conference of the Russia-Africa Partnership Forum in Sochi, and the Russia-Africa Summit in St Petersburg in 2023 clearly put into perspective the trends that could be called Africa’s second awakening.
