⚡️ 28 августа т.г. над юго-западной частью акваторией Черного моря средствами контроля воздушного пространства ВКС России был зафиксирован полет в направлении Государственной границы Российской Федерации беспилотных летательных аппаратов ВВС США MQ-9 «Reaper» и RQ-4 «Global Hawk», осуществляющих ведение воздушной разведки в районе Крымского полуострова.

▫️ С целью пресечения возможного нарушения Государственной границы Российской Федерации и противодействия ведению БПЛА радиотехнической разведки, был выполнен подъем двух российских истребителей из состава дежурных сил ПВО.

▫️ В результате действий дежурных сил ПВО разведывательные беспилотные летательные аппараты ВВС США изменили направление полета и покинули районы ведение воздушной разведки.

⚡️ On 28 August, over the south-western part of the Black Sea, the airspace monitoring systems of the Russian Aerospace Forces detected a flight in the direction of the State border of the Russian Federation by unmanned aerial vehicles of the U.S.A.F MQ-9 Reaper and RQ-4 Global Hawk carrying out aerial reconnaissance in the area of the Crimean peninsula.

▫️ In order to prevent a possible violation of the State border of the Russian Federation and to counter the conduct of radio-technical reconnaissance by UAVs, two Russian fighter jets from the on-duty air defence forces were scrambled.

▫️ As a result of the actions of the on-duty air defence forces, reconnaissance UAVs of the United States Air Force changed their flight direction and left the areas where air reconnaissance was being conducted.

Обратили внимание на заявления администрации о новом пакете военной помощи Киеву.

👉 Анонсированная поставка обанкротившемуся режиму Зеленского снарядов для РСЗО HIMARS и систем ПВО, а также других боеприпасов на сумму в четверть миллиарда долларов - верх лицемерия. Тем более, когда чиновники объясняют военное содействие «заботой» о народе Украины. На деле же Вашингтон никак не откажется от концепции борьбы с Россией до последнего украинца.

☝️Невозможно не связать сегодняшнее решение официальных лиц с недавними высказываниями одного из бывших кандидатов в президенты США М.Ромни. Он выдал и себя, и местных ястребов «с потрохами». Ничтоже сумняшеся, прямо сказал, что «Соединенные Штаты надеются уничтожить российскую армию, обходясь весьма небольшими финансовыми затратами. При этом - не жертвуя ни одним американским солдатом». Его слова расставляют все точки над i. Жизни граждан других стран большого значения не имеют.

We have noted the Administration’s announcement of a new military aid package to Kiev.

👉 The said delivery to the bankrupt Zelensky regime of HIMARS and air defense systems shells as well as other ammunition worth a quarter of a billion dollars is the height of hypocrisy. All the more so when officials attribute military assistance to "concern" for the people of Ukraine. In reality, Washington will not give up the concept of fighting Russia to the last Ukrainian.

☝️It is impossible not to connect today's decision by officials with recent statements by one of the former U.S. presidential candidates Mitt Romney. He gave both him and the local hawks away to the hilt. Without a second thought, he said bluntly that "the United States is diminishing and devastating the Russian military for a very small amount of money. We are losing no lives in Ukraine." His words dot the i’s and cross the t’s. The lives of citizens of other countries do not matter much.

❓: Уважаемый Анатолий Иванович, как Вы могли бы прокомментировать заявление администрации, приуроченное к Международному дню против ядерных испытаний?

💬 А.И.Антонов: Казалось, в попытке выдать желаемое за действительное Вашингтон перешел уже все нормы приличия. Но сегодня мы убедились - дно здешними чиновниками еще не достигнуто.

❗️ Первое. Госдепартамент нагло исказил суть февральского послания Президента России В.В.Путина Федеральному Собранию. Глава нашего государства ясно дал понять: курс США деструктивен. Если Америка возобновит ядерные испытания, мы готовы к зеркальному ответу. Однако в инициативном порядке на такие меры не пойдем.

☝️Россия последовательно и ответственно придерживается одностороннего моратория на ядерные испытания. Ратифицировала ДВЗЯИ еще в 2000 г. В свою очередь Соединенные Штаты нашему примеру не только не последовали, но и палец о палец не ударили, чтобы ввести Договор в действие.

👉 Вашингтон 30 лет «кормит» мир обещаниями содействовать вступлению ДВЗЯИ в силу. Но на деле остается уклонистом. Другие страны в своих решениях по данному вопросу оглядываются на Америку, которая по существу способствует эрозии этого важного соглашения в области ядерного разоружения и нераспространения.

‼️ Второе. США - единственное государство, применившее ядерное оружие. Причем сделано это было против мирного населения. Без малейшей военной необходимости стерты с лица земли два японских города, убиты сотни тысяч ни в чем не повинных граждан. Если бы американцы испытывали хоть каплю стыда и вины за содеянное, нужные меры по ратификации были бы предприняты.

❌ Политика Соединенных Штатов, в т.ч. в вопросах контроля над вооружениями, разоружения и нераспространения, заключается в том, что в разрушении столпов международной безопасности виноват всегда кто-то другой. Как правило, Россия. В этот раз, если Вашингтон не откажется от соблазна возобновить ядерные испытания, а этого никто исключить не может, «хоронить» будем ДВЗЯИ.

❓: Dear Ambassador Antonov, how could you comment on the administration's statement on the occasion of the International Day Against Nuclear Tests?

💬 Anatoly Antonov: Washington seems to have already overstepped the boundaries of decency in its attempts at wishful thinking. But today we have witnessed the US officials hit a new low.

❗️ First. The US State Department blatantly distorted the essence of President Vladimir Putin’s February address to the Russian Federal Assembly. The Russian leader made it clear: the US policy is disruptive. In case the United States resumes nuclear testing, we will be ready with a mirror response. However, we will not be the first ones to take such a step.

☝️ Russia adheres to the unilateral moratorium on nuclear tests in a consistent and responsible manner. We ratified the CTBT back in 2000. In turn, the United States has failed not only to follow our example, but even to lift a finger to bring the Treaty into force.

👉 For 30 years Washington has been feeding the world with promises to facilitate the CTBT’s entry into force. But in fact it remains a renegade. Other countries in their decisions on this issue look at the US who in fact contributes to the erosion of this important agreement on nuclear disarmament and nonproliferation.

‼️ Second. The United States is the only country that has used nuclear weapons. Moreover, it was done against the civilian population. Two Japanese cities were wiped off the map without any military purpose, hundreds of thousands of innocent citizens were killed. If the US felt even a drop of shame and guilt for what it did, it would take the necessary measures for ratification.

❌ The United States’ policy, including on arms control, disarmament and non-proliferation, is based on the assumption that someone else is always to blame for the destruction of international security foundations. As a rule, they point their finger at Russia. This time, if Washington does not resist the temptation to resume nuclear testing - which cannot be ruled out - it is the CTBT that will fall the victim.

💬 А.И.Антонов: Ровно 6 лет назад, 31 августа 2017 года, администрация предприняла новый виток беспрецедентных мер по ограничению деятельности российских дипломатических и консульских представительств в Соединенных Штатах и, по сути, дальнейшему сворачиванию двусторонних связей. В ультимативной форме от нас потребовали за двое суток закрыть Генеральное консульство в Сан-Франциско - одно из крупнейших учреждений по оказанию визовых, нотариальных и прочих консульских услуг гражданам России и США. Одновременно безосновательно предписали прекратить деятельность Торгового представительства в Вашингтоне.

📌 Американские власти по-рейдерски заблокировали доступ к суверенным объектам российской собственности, сняв с них дипиммунитет. То же самое ранее было сделано в отношении нашей недвижимости в шт. Мэриленд и Нью-Йорк, а впоследствии и в шт.Вашингтон.

📌 Соединенные Штаты грубо нарушили основополагающие нормы международного права, включая Венские конвенции
о дипломатических и консульских сношениях, а также двустороннюю Консульскую конвенцию 1964 г. Кроме того, попрали собственное законодательство, посягнув на принцип неприкосновенности частной собственности, гарантированный Конституцией США.

📌 Нам цинично говорят о том, что по документам права собственности на объекты Россию не лишили. Просто «запретили использовать их». Налицо - псевдолегитимная попытка жонглирования базовыми юридическими понятиями.

📌 Все это происходило под предлогом якобы российского вмешательства в американские выборы. В публичном пространстве звучала нелепая какофония вместе с инсинуациями об использовании отобранных у нас зданий в качестве шпионских объектов. Однако в дипломатических нотах госдепа об этом ничего не сказано. Впоследствии пресловутый доклад спецпрокурора Р.Мюллера подтвердил вымышленный и лживый характер этих обвинений.

📌 Таким образом, за годы тиражирования клеветы никаких реальных доказательств в подкрепление американских претензий нам предъявлено не было. Дело о «сговоре Д.Трампа с Москвой» развалилось, а все введенные санкции остались.

📌 За прошедшие 6 лет Посольство направило в госдепартамент сотни нотных обращений в отношении доступа к российской недвижимости хотя бы для определения ее технического состояния. На все из них получены отказы.

📌 Требуем от Вашингтона прекратить вакханалию, соблюдать международные обязательства и вернуть все до единого объекты похищенной у нас дипсобственности в США.

💬 Anatoly Antonov: On August 31, 2017, exactly 6 years ago, the Administration took a new round of unprecedented measures to restrict the activities of Russian diplomatic and consular missions in the United States and, in fact, further curtail bilateral ties. In the form of an ultimatum it demanded us to close in two days the Consulate General in San Francisco - one of the largest institutions providing visa, notary and other consular services to citizens of Russia and the United States. Simultaneously, we were groundlessly ordered to cease the activities of the Trade Representation in Washington, D.C.

📌 The U.S. authorities in a raider-like manner blocked access to the sovereign Russian property, waiving diplomatic immunity. The same actions had been previously taken with respect to our property in the states of Maryland, New York, and subsequently in Washington.

📌 The United States flagrantly violated fundamental norms
of international law, including the Vienna Conventions on diplomatic and consular relations, as well as bilateral Consular Convention of 1964. In addition, the U.S. authorities flouted their own legislation, encroaching on the principle of inviolability of private property, guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution.

📌 We are cynically told that, according to the documents, Russia has not been deprived of ownership title to the real estate assets - just "banned from using them". There is a pseudo-legitimate attempt to juggle basic legal concepts.

📌 All this happened under the pretext of alleged Russian interference in U.S. elections. There was a ridiculous cacophony in the public domain, along with insinuations that the premises taken from us had been used for spying activities. However, the diplomatic notes of the State Department contain no such reference. Subsequently, a high-profile report of the special counsel Robert Mueller confirmed the fictitious and false nature of these accusations.

📌 Thus, after years of slandering, no real evidence has been presented to us in support of U.S. claims. The case of "Donald Trump's collusion with Moscow" fell apart, but all the imposed sanctions are still there.

📌 Over the past 6 years, the Embassy has sent hundreds of diplomatic notes to the State Department regarding access to the real estate assets owned by the Russian Federation, at least to determine their technical condition. Each has been rejected.

📌 We demand Washington to stop the bacchanalia, comply with international obligations and return every single piece of diplomatic property in the United States stolen from us.
