❓ Вопрос: Вы уже говорили о ситуации на Украине. Видим, что Запад взял последовательный курс на наращивание поставок оружия киевскому режиму. При этом все активнее среди западных элит звучат призывы к истреблению русских, истреблению гражданского населения в России. Как Вы информируете об этом и информируете ли Ваших африканских партнёров, тем более что вся складывающаяся ситуация уже близка к масштабам геноцида?

💬 С.В.Лавров: Сегодня подробно говорили об этом. Нет сомнения, что киевский режим давно перешёл к откровенно террористическим методам. Для этого используется вооружение, которым Запад накачивает этот режим. Заявления Запада о том, что поставляемое вооружение не должно использоваться против Российский Федерации, – это очередная ложь. Что касается угроз, звучащих в отношении русских, тоже сегодня рассказали нашим друзьям о том, как мы эту ситуацию расцениваем.

Угрозы убивать русских звучали из уст многих представителей киевского режима, включая секретаря Совета Безопасности А.М.Данилова, советника главы администрации В.А.Зеленского М.М.Подоляка, нескольких послов Украины за рубежом. Теперь разоткровенничался на эту тему один из американских сенаторов.

Поскольку Запад настаивает, что нет другой основы для урегулирования украинской ситуации, кроме как пресловутая «формула мира» В.А.Зеленского, а одновременно его команда грозится, освободив Крым и восточные районы Украины, начать убивать всех русских и уничтожать там всё русское.

❗️ Вывод простой: Запад напрямую поддерживает геноцид.

Это в известной степени качественно новое развитие ситуации, когда Запад сначала стал непосредственным участником войны, развязанной против Российской Федерации, а теперь ещё и призывает к геноциду.

Всегда лучше знать правду о том, кто в отношении тебя что затевает. Мы эту правду достаточно давно выяснили. Будем исходить из того, что Запад занимает именно такую позицию.

Понимаем, что на этом фоне идеи, высказываемые странами Глобального большинства, в том числе африканскими странами, о том, что они хотели бы внести вклад в поиск каких-то путей преодоления этой ситуации, озвучиваются искренне, из стремления каким-то образом помочь. Ценим такое отношение. Но рассматривать все эти идеи и инициативы необходимо в контексте геополитического противостояния, затеянного Западом против России, а заодно и против Китая, как это было недавно провозглашено в документах «семерки».

🔹 Рассмотрение основных международных и региональных проблем подтвердило широкое совпадение наших подходов к необходимости демократизации международных отношений и устранения элементов несправедливости, которые по инициативе «коллективного Запада» во главе США нагнетаются на мировой арене.

🇺🇳 Россия и Бурунди последовательно выступают за уважение принципов Устава ООН во всей их совокупности и взаимосвязи. Прежде всего, принципа суверенного равенства государств, который грубо и ежедневно попирается Соединенными Штатами и их союзниками. Ценим тесную координацию в Организации Объединенных Наций, которая будет продолжена.

🤝 Высоко ценим взвешенную сбалансированную позицию Бурунди и хорошее понимание причин, лежащих в основе происходящего [на Украине]. Они коренятся в использовании Западом киевского режима для создания угроз российской безопасности непосредственно на наших границах и для уничтожения законных прав людей, которые хотят оставаться причастными к русскому языку и культуре.

👆 Эта ситуация является одним из проявлений того курса, который Запад проводит на обеспечение своего доминирования на всех континентах и регионах мира. Такого рода конфликты не могут рассматриваться в отрыве от общей геополитической ситуации и тех намерений, которые Запад вынашивает в отношении практически любого государства, так или иначе проводящего самостоятельную линию.

⚡️ МИД России решительно осуждает попытки террористических атак ВСУ, имевшие место рано утром 30 мая на территории Москвы и Московской области.

По информации Минобороны России, атаки были совершены с задействованием восьми БПЛА самолётного типа. Все они были поражены российскими средствами ПВО и РЭБ. Пять дронов были сбиты зенитно-ракетными пушечными комплексами «Панцирь-С», ещё три беспилотника были подавлены средствами радиоэлектронной борьбы, в результате чего они потеряли управление и отклонились от намеченных целей.

К сожалению, потерявшие управление дроны упали на многоэтажные жилые дома в районе совхоза «Московский», на Ленинском проспекте и Профсоюзной улице. По данным профильных служб, серьёзно пострадавших от их падения нет

Следственный комитет России возбудил по данному факту уголовное дело. Уверены, что все причастные к нему лица обязательно будут найдены и понесут суровое наказание.

❌ Эти атаки были спланированы и совершены неонацистским киевским режимом, для которого использование методов актов террора стало зловещей практикой. Его представители давно и открыто призывали нанести по Москве «удары возмездия». Подобные атаки, не имея никакого смысла с военной точки зрения, судя по всему, направлены исключительно против гражданского населения с целью посеять панику среди мирных жителей.

Поддержка Западом киевского режима подталкивает украинское руководство к всё более безрассудным преступным деяниям, включая акты терроризма, нарушение международного гуманитарного права и военные преступления.

Заверения официальных лиц стран НАТО в том, что киевский режим не будет наносить удары вглубь российской территории, оказываются абсолютно лицемерными.

❗️ Российская сторона оставляет за собой право принять самые жёсткие меры в ответ на террористические атаки киевского режима.

⚡️The Foreign Ministry strongly condemns the Ukraine forces’ attempted terrorist attacks that took place in the early morning of May 30 in Moscow and the Moscow Region.

According to the Defence Ministry, the attacks were carried out with the use of eight fixed-wing UAVs. All of them were downed by the Russian air defence and electronic warfare systems. Five drones were shot down by Pantsir-S anti-aircraft missile systems, and three other drones were suppressed by electronic warfare means, after which they lost control and went astray. Unfortunately, the drones that lost control fell on high-rise residential blocks of flats near the Moskovsky State Farm, Leninsky Prospekt and Profsoyuznaya Street. According to the responders, no serious injuries have been reported.

The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case in this regard. We are confident that every person involved in it will be found and suffer severe punishment.

❌ These attacks were plotted and carried out by the neo-Nazi Kiev regime, for which acts of terror have become an evil routine practice. Its representatives have long and openly called for “retaliation strikes” against Moscow. While making no sense from a military point of view, these attacks appear to be directed exclusively against civilians in order to sow panic among them.

Western support for the Kiev regime is emboldening the Ukrainian leadership towards committing increasingly reckless criminal acts, including acts of terrorism, violations of international humanitarian law and war crimes.
Assurances by NATO officials to the effect that the Kiev regime will not strike deep into Russian territory have turned out to be completely disingenuous.

💬 We held meetings in Kenya’s capital Nairobi with President William Ruto, National Assembly Speaker Moses Wetangula and Foreign Minister Alfred Mutua. The talks took place in a friendly atmosphere and allowed us to conduct a sincere, trust-based exchange of views on all key international issues and map out ways of further developing bilateral cooperation.

We discussed the development of ties between Russia and the African Union. The Second Russia-Africa Summit will play a special role in this respect. It will take place in St. Petersburg in late July. Our Kenyan friends and we seriously hope the decisions that are being drafted will help promote practical cooperation and development of our interaction in the international arena.

🌍 We exchanged views on the situation in Europe. President of Kenya William Ruto views the developments around Ukraine in this context. We described in detail our assessment of the situation that took shape due to the West’s perennial line towards creating direct threats to Russia’s security, encouraging the Kiev regime to destroy all things Russian and our entire common history, and the discrimination against Russian-speaking citizens of Ukraine, who associate themselves with the traditional Orthodox Church, the Russian language, culture and education. It seems to me that our partners understand us.

🤝 We also reviewed the need to reform the world economy, global finances, the IMF, the World Bank and the World Trade Organisation. We have identical opinions on these issues. <...> It will take time to reach these goals. This is hard work but we are v. I am content with the results of my visit.

💬 An outrageous remark by US Senator Lindsey Graham during a meeting with head of the Kiev regime Zelensky, “And the Russians are dying... the best money we’ve ever spent” stunned the international public not just with its Neanderthal Russophobia, but with its truly human-hating underlying message.

The widespread indignation forced the propaganda machine at the service of Western politicians, with Reuters & the BBC as its cogs, which led the effort to justify the senator, to scramble to manage the crisis & to try to keep the lid on the situation.

It turns out, supposedly, that Senator Graham said something different & in a different way. As was the case with similar monstrous fabrications of former US President George W.Bush, they used clumsy & shameful excuses to the effect that the senator’s words were ripped out of context, or that the video was spliced & so on.

The attempt to justify themselves is doomed. It is already impossible to come out clean after saying these words, even if they were uttered separately.

The senator is not the only such person, & these words of his are far from being the first ones ever said on this matter. The Nazi philosophy of hatred for Russians is what really unites the Kiev regime & its American patrons. The hateful Russophobic remarks by other officials & representatives of the political establishment in Washington & Kiev are still fresh in memory. Here are just a few of them.

This entire story, with the cowardly excuses & preposterous attempts to cover up for Lindsey Graham, is another blow to the already faded reputation of Reuters & the BBC, which had to ride it out for both Washington & Kiev. This is not journalism, but PR agencies working on the order of the collective West. They need to absolve Senator Graham & keep the head of the Zelensky regime out of it at the same time. With everything said and done, that mission is impossible.

❓: Dear Ambassador Antonov, how could you comment on the statements by U.S. officials regarding the terrorist attacks that took place in Russia today?

💬 Anatoly Antonov: Most importantly, we strongly condemn the unprecedented terrorist attack by the Kiev regime, which was senseless from a military perspective. The assault was inflicted on the residential buildings of ordinary Russian citizens. This onslaught unequivocally and without exaggeration must be considered as an act of terrorism.

‼️ Surreptitious actions, killing of civilians in their own country, and now in Russia, have become the hallmark of Ukrainian neo-Nazis. They do not spare either the elderly or the children. Nobody. They behave like gangsters, presuming to go unpunished for the massacre of ordinary people. At the same time, they flaunt with perverted slogans of humanity. Simultaneously, they are calling for a “retaliatory strike” against Moscow.

⁉️ We have taken note of Washington's statements regarding the terrorist attack in Moscow involving drones. In fact, they sound like an encouragement for Ukrainian terrorists. Just consider the U.S. officials’ attempts to hide behind the phrase that they are gathering information about what happened! And then they immediately switch to a media attack against our country. So really, doesn’t the administration understand that no one believes their slogans about non-support of Ukrainian strikes on Russian territory?! Especially, when these words are pronounced somehow bashfully and hesitantly. The United States is consciously and irretrievably descending into the abyss of hostilities in Europe. By the way, to generate confrontation between NATO and Russia is an old cherished dream of Nazi radicals in Kiev.

Today’s terrorist attack is in line with the general policy of the collective West to subvert our country, turn it into a minor player on the international arena, and even more – to dismember the Great Russia. For such purposes they do not disdain from any, even the ugliest means.

🇷🇺 The Russian Federation has been sentenced to “capital punishment” in the west long ago. But simply, they don’t have it in them to achieve this goal. The special military operation will be continued until complete victory. We will find everyone involved in the attacks against Russia and its citizens, and they will face the sentence they deserve.

💬 This looks like a case where the convinced “realist” negates the reality for the sole reason of not being able to allow it to exist. Speculations that the Russians were going to attack Eastern Europe, along with Sweden and Finland into the bargain, are ridiculous.

In the meantime, it is the alliance of Russia and China, with the two great powers standing back to back against the United States, that sets the main trend in modern geopolitics.

From the perspective of the “Kissinger doctrine,” this is an absolute nightmare. But this is not the question they ask themselves. They proceed from the assumption that Russia is nearly done with and they can focus on China, a delusion dangerous for America but objectively beneficial for Russia.
