💬Anatoly Antonov: The statements of the representatives of the administration are outrageous. Instead of calmly and without politicizing fixing the successful completion of the consultations in Istanbul, local officials again rushed to criticize the Russian Federation in every possible way. Accuse us of allegedly creating artificial obstacles in the way of grain shipments to the poorest states. The notorious theses about the weaponization of hunger again went into play.
📌Such comments are not just a distortion of facts, but outright deception. Washington deliberately forgets about the "package" nature of the "Istanbul agreements". About the specific requirements laid down in the Russia-UN memorandum that are not being met. We mean the restoration of the admission of Russian ships to foreign ports, the normalization of the situation with the insurance of dry cargo ships, the removal of barriers to the sale of agricultural equipment and technologies to our country, the reconnection of Rosselkhozbank to the SWIFT system, the launch of the Togliatti-Odessa ammonia pipeline.
📌Moreover, the Americans are again turning the data of deliveries geography upside down. To put it mildly, the statement that Ukrainian grain goes to needy states is not true. Only 2.5% of the 30 million tons of cargo went to indeed hungry. But domestic products are delayed for many months in western harbors, even if we are talking about gratuitous humanitarian flights.
📌Instead of empty slogans that are clearly aimed at “pricking” Russia, we would recommend that Washington work more actively to correct the imbalances in the global food market that have arisen due to their unilateral sanctions and political demands. Only in this way, with full consideration of Russian interests, will it be possible to talk about the prospects for transferring the "Black Sea Initiative", as the White House put it, onto a sustainable basis.

🇷🇺 "RUSSIA DOSSIER": MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING 🇺🇸
The results of special counsel John Durham’s investigation into the U.S. intelligence agencies’ misconduct in their probe of the so-called collusion between Donald Trump and Russia represent a vivid illustration of what kind of fairytales Washington political elites can come up with. The 300-page report once again confirms that the recent high-profile topic of "ties" between the former president of the United States and Moscow is nothing more than a fruit of the rampant imagination of local politicians who have tried to play the "Russia card" for domestic political purposes the topic.
There a priori could be no other conclusion than that there was no "collusion". Russia’s leadership has repeatedly stated our principled position of non-intervention in the affairs of other States. It is striking that it required two special counsels (don’t forget about R.Mueller) and several years of work by a large team of investigators to finally make a point. Millions of dollars from U.S. state coffers were poured down the drain. This is a costly affair, especially given the contradictions between Democrats and Republicans that have sharpened to the limit and the fading image of the U.S. as the showcase of democracy.
At the same time, the instigators behind the "collusion" hysteria pursued one more goal – to anchor the Russophobic focus of Washington’s foreign policy. This gave ground for a myth about Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. election, which is being hyped in sync.
Numerous sanctions against our country, expulsions of diplomats and seizure of Russia's diplomatic property are the products of that bacchanalia, which has been among the factors that have led to the collapse of bilateral relations. It is worth noting that amidst this furious anti-Russia campaign, no evidence of our influence on the outcome of the elections has ever been presented. At the same time, there is a plethora of counterarguments (https://is.gd/HPhpdT). Even now, we do not see any apologies for those sweeping accusations. American elites like to say that they can walk and chew gum at the same time. It doesn’t hurt to think about where you go and the possible effects of your steps.

💬 Рад возможности обратиться к участникам седьмого Форума молодых дипломатов стран Организации исламского сотрудничества, который в этом году проходит в рамках Международного экономического форума «Россия – Исламский мир: KazanForum 2023».
🇷🇺 Традиционно Россия развивает дружеские отношения с подавляющим большинством мусульманских стран. Нас объединяет приверженность выстраиванию межгосударственного сотрудничества на принципах равноправия, взаимного учета интересов и поиска баланса интересов.
🔹 В числе безусловных приоритетов российской дипломатии – продвижение межрелигиозного, межкультурного диалога и взаимопонимания, консолидация усилий по защите традиционных духовно-нравственных ценностей, общих для всех мировых религий, борьба с исламофобией, в том числе по линии Организации исламского сотрудничества и в рамках ОБСЕ.
🌐 Новые мировые центры в Евразии, Азиатско-Тихоокеанского региона, на Ближнем Востоке, в Африке, Латинской Америке добиваются впечатляющих успехов в различных областях – с опорой на самостоятельность, государственный суверенитет и культурно-цивилизационную самобытность. При этом руководствуются своими коренными национальными интересами, проводят независимую внешнюю политику.
🔹 Россия последовательно исходит из того, что развитие международных отношений в режиме конфронтации – путь тупиковый. Необходимо избегать бессмысленного и крайне опасного противостояния мировых центров.
❗️ Востребован выход на новый, выверенный баланс интересов. Важно обеспечить нарождающемуся многополярному миропорядку не силовое, а именно правовое регулирование – с опорой на Устав ООН.

💬 It is a great privilege for me to greet the participants in the 7th Young Diplomats Forum of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation countries. This year, it is being held as part of Russia − Islamic World: Kazanforum 2023.
🇷🇺 Russia has a tradition of promoting friendly ties with the majority of Muslim countries. We share a commitment to seeking guidance in our interstate cooperation from the principles of equality, mutually respecting our interests and seeking to balance them.
🔹 Russian diplomacy prioritises the promotion of interfaith and intercultural dialogue and mutual understanding, as well as the consolidation of our efforts to stand up for the traditional spiritual and moral values shared by all world religions, and also combatting Islamophobia, including within the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation and the #OSCE.
🌐 New global centres in Eurasia, the Asia-Pacific Region, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America have achieved impressive results in various areas by focusing on their independence, state sovereignty, and their unique cultural and civilisational identities, all while acting based on their core national interests and conducting an independent foreign policy.
🔹 Russia has been consistent in its belief that confrontation leads international relations into a dead-end. We need to avoid confrontation, unreasonable and extremely dangerous as it is, between the global centres of power.
❗️People aspire to reach a new, well-considered balance of interests. It is essential that instead of rule by force, we equip the emerging world order with legal norms and regulations based on the UN Charter.

• В связи с истечением 18 мая 60-дневного срока продления «черноморской инициативы» по вывозу украинского продовольствия и в ответ на обращения, прежде всего турецких партнёров как стороны договоренности, подтвердили её продление ещё на два месяца, до 17 июля включительно, без каких-либо изменений.
• Наши принципиальные оценки реализации взаимоувязанных Стамбульских соглашений остаются прежними – до сих пор выполняется только «черноморская инициатива» за исключением экспорта аммиака.
• Конкретный прогресс по Меморандуму Россия-ООН отсутствует.
• Сохраняются и явные проблемы с заявленной гуманитарной составляющей «сделки» – украинское зерно вывозится по морскому коридору преимущественно в государства с высоким уровнем доходов и выше среднего, в том числе на «сытые» европейские рынки.
• Нуждающиеся страны получают абсолютный мизер – 722 000 тонн (или 2,5%) от общего числа в 30 млн тонн, вывезенных из украинских портов за 9 месяцев.
• Поставки российской продукции, даже безвозмездная передача удобрений беднейшим странам, продолжают сталкиваться с блокирующим влиянием незаконных односторонних санкций.
• Нет подвижек и по возобновлению поставок аммиака, прописанных в обоих Стамбульских документах.
• Вынуждены напомнить и повторить пять «системных» задач, которые должны быть решены в рамках реализации Меморандума Россия-ООН и прогресс по которым до сих пор отсутствует:

• In connection with expiration of the 60-day deadline for renewing the Black Sea Initiative to export Ukrainian grain on May 18 and in response to requests primarily from our Turkish partners as a party to the agreement, we confirmed the renewal of the agreement for another two months through July 17 without any changes.
• Our principled assessments of the implementation of the interrelated Istanbul agreements have remain unchanged, and so far only the Black Sea Initiative has been implemented with the exception of ammonia exports.
• There’s no measurable progress under the Russia-UN Memorandum.
• There are obvious issues with the declared humanitarian component of the deal where Ukrainian grain is being exported through this sea corridor mostly to high and above-average income countries, including “well-stocked” European markets.
• Countries that need it most have received hardly anything, 722,000 tonnes (or 2.5 percent) of the total amount of 30 million tonnes that had been moved from Ukrainian ports over nine months.
• The export of Russian products, even donations of fertilisers to the neediest countries, continues to be blocked by various aspects of the illegal and unilateral sanctions.
• There is no progress either in resuming ammonia shipments mentioned in both Istanbul documents.
• Given the circumstances, we are compelled to issue a reminder that there are five systemically important issues that must be resolved as part of implementing the Russia-UN Memorandum and which have seen no progress whatsoever so far:
- reconnecting Rosselkhozbank to the SWIFT system
- supplying spare parts
- unblocking transport logistics and insurance
- reestablishing the Togliatti-Odessa ammonia pipeline
- unfreezing the Russian companies’ assets
• There can be no talk of expanding the Black Sea Initiative in principle without these requirements first being met. The agreement will be terminated after July 17.

Они были весьма предметными и полезными как с точки зрения развития двустороннего взаимодействия с каждой из наших дружественных стран, так и в рамках подготовки к очередному раунду трехсторонних консультаций, нацеленных на то, чтобы обменяться мнениями о задачах нормализации отношений между Баку и Ереваном, а также о шагах, которые Российская Федерация может предпринять в этом направлении, чтобы способствовать полноценному выполнению трехсторонних заявлений (1, 2, 3, 4), подписанных за последние три года президентами Азербайджана, России и премьер-министром Армении.
Последний раз встречались достаточно давно. Назрело немало новых сюжетов. Рассчитываю, что сегодняшняя встреча пройдет в конструктивной атмосфере, а ваш прямой диалог позволит достичь дополнительных результатов.

В трехсторонних заявлениях, подписанных нашими лидерами, содержится, по сути, дорожная карта для достижения устойчивых решений. Анализируя ситуацию вокруг Южного Кавказа, считаем, что альтернативы договоренностям наших лидеров не существует.

💬 I'm delighted to have both of you here. Thank you for coming to Moscow.
You and I just had separate bilateral meetings. They were quite productive and useful both in terms of promoting bilateral interaction with each friendly country and us gearing up for another round of trilateral consultations to exchange views on ways to normalise relations between Baku and Yerevan, as well as the steps that the Russian Federation can take in this area in order to facilitate the implementation in full of the tripartite statements (1, 2, 3, 4 ) signed over the past three years by the presidents of Azerbaijan and Russia and the Prime Minister of Armenia.
The last time we met was quite a while ago. Many new issues have come up. I hope today's meeting will be held in a constructive atmosphere, and your face-to-face dialogue will help break new ground.

The tripartite statements signed by our leaders provide, in effect, a roadmap for arriving at sustainable solutions. With the situation surrounding the South Caucasus in mind, we believe there is no alternative to the agreements that our leaders have achieved.
In turn, we are fully interested in seeing peace and stability in this region.

You and I just had separate bilateral meetings. They were quite productive and useful both in terms of promoting bilateral interaction with each friendly country and us gearing up for another round of trilateral consultations to exchange views on ways to normalise relations between Baku and Yerevan, as well as the steps that the Russian Federation can take in this area in order to facilitate the implementation in full of the tripartite statements (1, 2, 3, 4 ) signed over the past three years by the presidents of Azerbaijan and Russia and the Prime Minister of Armenia.
The last time we met was quite a while ago. Many new issues have come up. I hope today's meeting will be held in a constructive atmosphere, and your face-to-face dialogue will help break new ground.

The tripartite statements signed by our leaders provide, in effect, a roadmap for arriving at sustainable solutions. With the situation surrounding the South Caucasus in mind, we believe there is no alternative to the agreements that our leaders have achieved.
In turn, we are fully interested in seeing peace and stability in this region.

I expect other countries which, one way or another, have a stake in having a presence in this region to respect them.

В этот день в 1922 г. II Всероссийская конференция комсомола приняла решение о повсеместном создании пионерских отрядов.
📌 Термин «пионер» заимствован из французского языка, что в переводе на русский означает «первопроходец». Девиз пионеров - «Будь готов – всегда готов!».
📌 Членом организации мог стать школьник в возрасте 9-14 лет. Каждый новобранец давал клятву на традиционной торжественной линейке. Главный отличительный символ пионера, галстук ярко-красного цвета, повязывал на шею старший товарищ.
📌 Все решения, включая прием и исключение из организации, принимались коллективно. У пионеров был строгий устав и свои законы.
📌 На заре движения ребята помогали беспризорным детям и боролись с безграмотностью, собирали книги, организовывали и пополняли библиотеки.
📌 Позже – привлекали к работе в колхозах, юношеских пожарных дружинах, к патрулированию территории лесных хозяйств и водоемов, уходу за животными.
