Стороны обсудили текущее состояние российско-пакистанских отношений, региональную и международную проблематику, обменялись мнениями по ситуации в Афганистане.

Дали высокую оценку взаимодействию России и Пакистана на мировой арене, в том числе на таких авторитетных многосторонних площадках, как #ООН и #ШОС.

🤝 Договорились о дальнейшем расширении контактов между внешнеполитическими ведомствами двух стран.

🇷🇺🇵🇰 On May 4, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov held a meeting with Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on the sidelines of the meeting of the SCO Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs in Goa, India.

They discussed the current state of Russian-Pakistani relations, regional and international affairs, and exchanged views on the situation in Afghanistan.

The Ministers praised Russia and Pakistan's interaction on the global stage, including at high-profile multilateral platforms such as the #UN and the #SCO.

🤝 The officials agreed to further expand contacts between the foreign ministries of the two countries.

🇷🇺🇻🇪📞 President of Russia Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with President of Venezuela Nicolas Maduro.

Nicolas Maduro resolutely condemned the Kiev regime’s attempt to attack the Kremlin with drones, and expressed solidarity and support for Russia on behalf of the people of Venezuela.

During the telephone conversation, the presidents also discussed important issues of further promoting bilateral strategic partnership, including the implementation of joint trade, economic, energy and humanitarian projects.
