❗️ В ответ на постоянно вводимые Администрацией Дж.Байдена все новые персональные санкции не только против российских официальных лиц, представителей деловых кругов и общественности, деятелей культуры, но и тех, кто по тем или иным причинам неугоден Вашингтону, на основе взаимности вводится запрет на въезд в Российскую Федерацию в отношении 200 граждан США.
❌ В их числе – отдельные представители органов власти и законодатели, а также их близкие родственники, руководители компаний и предприятий ВПК, эксперты и лоббисты, вовлеченные в раскрутку русофобской кампании и поддержку режима в Киеве.
Пофамильный перечень «списка-200», фигуранты которого вносятся в российский «стоп-лист» на постоянной основе.
Полный список граждан США, находящихся под персональными санкциями, включая запрет на въезд в Российскую Федерацию.

❗️ In response to the personal sanctions that the Biden administration constantly imposes on Russian officials, representatives of the business community and the public at large, cultural figures and those whom Washington dislikes for various reasons, it has been decided to ban the entry of 200 US citizens into the Russian Federation on a reciprocal basis.

⚡️ О «черноморской инициативе» по вывозу украинского продовольствия
18 ноября истекает срок действия четырехсторонней «сделки» (Россия-Турция-Украина-ООН), подписанной в Стамбуле 22 июля. Текст документа предусматривает его автоматическое продление на очередные 120 дней при отсутствии возражений какой-либо из сторон.
Таких возражений не поступило.
Российская сторона также допускает техническую пролонгацию «черноморской инициативы» без каких-либо изменений по срокам и охвату.
❗️ В Москве чётко и откровенно подчеркивали и продолжают подчёркивать взаимоувязанный «пакетный» характер договоренностей по украинскому продовольствию и эффективному выполнению российско-ооновского Меморандума по нормализации отечественного сельхозэкспорта.
Мы приняли к сведению активизацию работы Секретариата ООН по выполнению взятых им на себя обязательств в этой связи и предоставленную нам информацию о промежуточных результатах его работы по снятию препятствий на поставки российских удобрений и продовольствия. Все эти вопросы должны быть решены в ходе 120 дней, на которые продлевается «пакетная сделка».
Отмечаем, что после наших многократных напоминаний стали предприниматься усилия по разблокированию задержанных в портах ЕС около 300 тысяч тонн российских удобрений, которые Россия безвозмездно передает нуждающимся развивающимся странам. Дальнейшее затягивание в осуществлении этих остро необходимых им поставок недопустимо.
⚠️ Должно быть также абсолютно ясно, что любые попытки использовать гуманитарный коридор в Черном море в провокационных военных целях будут решительно пресекаться.
Исходим из того, что российские соображения и озабоченности в предстоящий период будут в полной мере учтены, что позволит обеспечить слаженную работу без перекосов и должную отдачу от полной реализации обеих Стамбульских договоренностей в интересах глобальной продовольственной безопасности.

⚡️ Press release on the Black Sea initiative for the export of Ukrainian food
The four-party deal by Russia, Turkey, Ukraine and the United Nations, signed in Istanbul on July 22, will expire on November 18. The text of the document provides for its automatic extension for another 120 days in the absence of objections from any of the parties.
No such objections have been received.
The Russian side also allows for the technical extension of the Black Sea initiative without any changes in its terms or scope. Moscow has clearly and openly emphasised that the agreements on Ukrainian food and the effective implementation of the Russian-UN Memorandum on the normalisation of Russian agricultural exports is a package deal, and that remains unchanged.
We took note of the intensification of the UN Secretariat’s effort to fulfil its obligations in this regard and the information provided to us on the intermediate results of its work to remove obstacles to Russian fertiliser and food exports. All these issues must be resolved within 120 days, the period for which the package deal is to be extended.
We note that, after our repeated reminders, efforts have begun to be made towards unblocking the nearly 300,000 tonnes of Russian fertilisers detained in EU ports, which Russia is donating to developing countries in need. Further delay of these urgently needed shipments is unacceptable.
⚠️ It should also be absolutely clear that any attempt to use the humanitarian corridor in the Black Sea for military provocations will receive a harsh response.
We believe that Russia’s considerations and concerns will be fully taken into account in the coming period, which will ensure well-coordinated work without any imbalances and the due result achieved from the full implementation of both Istanbul agreements in the interests of global food security.

⚡️ Foreign Ministry Statement on the District Court of The Hague’s verdict on the MH17 criminal case
On November 17, the District Court of The Hague delivered a verdict to two Russian nationals, Igor Girkin and Sergey Dubinsky, and Ukrainian citizen Leonid Kharchenko, ruling that they were guilty of complicity in the crash of Malaysia Airlines MH17 in eastern Ukraine on July 17, 2014. The defendants were given life sentences. A fourth defendant, Russian citizen Oleg Pulatov, was declared not guilty.

❗️ Both the proceedings and the outcome of the trial prove that the process was based on a political order to prop up the version of Russia’s responsibility for the tragedy.

Throughout the entire proceedings the court had been under unprecedented pressure from Dutch politicians, the Prosecutor’s Office and the media who were all trying to impose a politically motivated result on the hearings. It is also obvious that the Netherlands could not afford any verdict other than guilty at the national level since they had launched concurrent proceedings on the MH17 case in other platforms, and a ‘not guilty’ verdict would collapse the narrative of the collective platforms, including international jurisdictions. Objectivity and impartiality under these conditions were out of the question.
When determining the verdict, the court decided to ignore the fact that the conclusions of the Dutch prosecutors were based on evidence from anonymous witnesses whose identities had been classified, as well as questionable information and materials provided by an interested party – the Security Service of Ukraine, which had been repeatedly caught giving false and contradictory information.
☝️ In addition, the defence’s argument that there was no compelling evidence that MH17 was shot down by a Russian missile was ignored. Only the materials that supported the Hague-promoted version were analysed, while the documents, declassified by the Russian Defence Ministry, on transferring the missile to Ukraine, whose serial number was identified on the wreckage at the crash site, were brushed aside.

🛰 Images from US satellites taken on the day of the crash could have provided some clarity. However, Washington resolutely refused the judges’ requests to reveal the records or at least to let them look at them under special conditions.
It is still unclear what the most ardent accusers of Russia are concealing. The fact that this has never worried the judges is cause for sincere astonishment.

These court hearings in the Netherlands have every chance of becoming one of the most scandalous in justice history with its long list of irregularities, discrepancies and questionable arguments from prosecutors, which became the basis for the verdict.

❗️В корне не согласны с тезисом о том, что данное решение якобы принято под внешним давлением. Даже в условиях введенных против нашей страны нелегитимных санкций Россия остается надежным поставщиком сельхозпродукции на мировые рынки.
☝️Будучи ответственной стороной стамбульских соглашений, продолжаем рассчитывать на их неукоснительное выполнение всеми участниками, в том числе в плане устранения ограничений для росагроэкспорта.

▶️ Весьма востребована работа по линии Союзного государства. Сегодня 85 российских регионов, включая Крым, осуществляют плотное торгово-экономическое сотрудничество с Белоруссией.
▶️ Ресурс сотрудничества по линии регионов должен быть по максимуму задействован как в рамках Евразийского экономического союза, так и СНГ.
▶️ Развитие межрегиональных связей с дружественными государствами из числа не только соседей, но и из других регионов мира.
▶️ Констатируем серьезный интерес со стороны партнеров по ШОС в отношении деятельности созданного по инициативе России Форума глав регионов ШОС.
▶️ Приоритетом остается укрепление диалога с партнерами по БРИКС. Особую роль отводим развитию связей на уровне городов, муниципалитетов и регионов.

С учётом продления на очередные 120 дней срока действия Стамбульских договоренностей от 22 июля 2022 года о вывозе украинского зерна из черноморских портов и устранении препятствий для экспорта на мировой рынок российской сельхозпродукции и удобрений В.В.Путин и Р.Т.Эрдоган акцентировали важность комплексного и полного выполнения этого «пакетного» соглашения.

The leaders focused on prospects for implementing the initiative to create a major gas hub in Turkiye. The President of Russia voiced this initiative in October, and Recep Tayyip Erdogan supported it.
The Istanbul agreements of July 22, 2022, on exporting Ukrainian grain from Black Sea ports and eliminating obstacles to the export of Russian agricultural produce and fertiliser have been extended for another 120 days. In this connection, Vladimir Putin and Recep Tayyip Erdogan emphasised the importance of implementing this package agreement comprehensively and completely.
🕯 Vladimir Putin once again offered sincere condolences in connection with the tragic aftermath of the recent terrorist attack in Istanbul.

Question: Many Western outlets and even some officials initially blamed Russia for the missile strike in Poland, and now that it has been shown to be a Ukrainian defensive weapon, they say it is still Russia's fault as a result of the missile attack at the time. What is your response to Russia being blamed for this and the threat of this conflict now spilling across borders?
Anatoly Antonov: We have noted that Ukrainian missiles landing on Polish territory continues to evoke a significant response in the United States.
🔹US officials, media and non-governmental organizations continue to voice a mantra “Russia is to blame for everything”. The American side resorts to such a method in any difficult situation. Even when the U.S. publicly acknowledges the fact that Kiev is responsible for the deaths of Polish civilians.
☝️We are convinced that absurd attempts to shift responsibility onto our country can only provoke the Kiev regime, which already feels permissiveness. The Ukrainian authorities are not only begging Washington to provide more military assistance, but are also trying to provoke a direct military clash between the Russian Federation and NATO.
❗️We underscore that the following thesis is absolutely baseless: but for our military operation, nothing would have happened. In response to this, we can only say that if the United States and its satellites had not been turning Ukraine into “anti-Russia” for decades, the Russian Federation would not have launched the special military operation.

🎼 Были исполнены шедевры зарубежных и русских композиторов - Фредерика Шопена, Ференца Листа, Вольфганга Амадея Моцарта, Джона Филда, Петра Ильича Чайковского и Сергея Васильевича Рахманинова.
🎹Вечер прошел в теплой и дружеской атмосфере. Виртуозная игра русского пианиста получила множество восторженных откликов.
